Avantages :

Through its Cloud functionalities its very simple tracking all the Construction projects Assets and the ability to manage event through AssetCloud is incredible.Helpful on easy allocation of Assets and the employees data management and expense tracking using AssetCloud is perfect.

Effective and easy on Cloud implementation and its training curve is very friendly and myself i got nothing to dislike.

Commentaires : Its decent, there a few bugs where I have to refresh, or if I check out a certain way example checking out through an asset it would bugg out.

I like that it has a friendly interface and really customizable.

It bugs out sometimes, and have just had to refresh constantly.

WASP Asset Cloud - Warhouse Management

Commentaires : Overall, we've been very happy with Asset Cloud, we've used it for many years, even before it became cloud based.

Avantages :

Asset Cloud is fairly simple to use and gets the job done.

Inconvénients :

Customized Reports are time consuming and confusing to get setup, I wish they were easier to get setup and saved. The Check In / Out Reports are missing a field that we fill out that would be quite helpful but honestly, we gave up on creating a custom report to gain the information we needed. It would be nice if you could choose columns to show in a particular order and it remain permanent to your profile.

Commentaires : My overall experience with AssetCloud is Extraordinary.

Avantages :

1) It let you use RFID technology to track your assets which is extraordinary and unique feature. With this technology you can scan multiple tags at once and save your big time. You don't have to scan asset barcode individually. 2) It also offers you amazing feature of geolocation tracking of your assets. 3) It helps you streamline your asset tracking process.

Inconvénients :

We never experienced any problem with AssetCloud so far.

Report Extraction & Check In & Check Out

Inconvénients :

Receipts and forms - They need to be tailored to suit business requirements and also integrate company details. These also need to be shared/made available with other users easily. Support - Support services by 3rd party vendors need to be consistent. At times, we have to wait for 3rd party to contact WASP in America to get solutions to our problems.

We use both the web client and android app. Android app doesn't have the same search functions as the web app which would be very handy to have

Commentaires : Overall experience now that we’ve been using it for a long time. It makes life so much easier knowing where all your assets are how many of which assets. You can combine assets together, so you know that they are there together. You can see what location they’re at you can check assets out you can check assets in Can attach you can do so much with it. It’s amazing.

Avantages :

Once it’s all set up. You are able to fill in so much description that it’s readily available to you. You can attach images to your ass. You can put notes about your asset, so that everything is right there when you need to find it. It was one of the best purchases that we have made and we use it weekly.

Inconvénients :

The least likely thing I like about it is, it takes some time to get familiar where to set up

It is also simple to use and set up because of its intuitive and user-friendly interface. Wasp is an excellent solution for firms trying to streamline asset management. I appreciate how simple WASP is to use. New users can rapidly travel around the product and learn basic features. This is useful when new people join the team and need to be brought up to speed on how processes work. Wasp has shown to be quite useful in streamlining asset management in enterprises of all sizes. The cloud-based technology enables me to track my assets from any location, making it simple to keep track of stock levels and orders. Furthermore, the platform includes several capabilities that help my company better manage its assets, such as the ability to establish and manage custom product types, set thresholds for low-stock alerts, and generate reports.

Inconvénients :

Wasp’s lack of support is frequently a concern. Because the company provided no training or support resources, it is difficult to troubleshoot every problem that arise. It lacks things that I would want to see. More bespoke features would be advantageous to me. Report templates can be perplexing and intimidating. It would be beneficial to make it easy to produce bespoke reports.

Avantages :

We have never experienced any downtime in the years of using the service and we love the ability to export/import between Microsoft Excel.

Inconvénients :

I am unable to search using a partial serial number which could help locate typos. I must export to Microsoft Excel which I can partially check and then copy and paste from Microsoft Excel back into AssetCloud. This is time-consuming when on the go and a mobile device.

Commentaires : It is nice but would like for it to be a little more user friendly. Would like it to be a little intuitive as we enter in items.

Web based can be accessed from anywhere.

Still seems kind of clunky. Some things do not pop up right away, other things require two to three steps to do the same function.

1) It is one of the best Asset tracking solution which helps you to track your assets in easiest way. 2) You can use mobile scanners or RFID for asset tracking. 3) The best thing is that you can track GeoLocation of any asset easily.

As of now we never faced any issues with AssetCloud.

Useful, but likely not worth the price for the way that we use it

Commentaires : While it's a helpful tool, the AssetCloud product doesn't quite meet our needs. We have a simple inventory/tracking/audit requirement and are considering moving it into an Excel document in the near future.

Avantages :

The product helps to manage our inventory and track/audit assets.

Inconvénients :

Have not discovered an easy way to assign employees (that do not have access to WASP) to audit their own assets or be notified when an audit needs to occur.

Commentaires : Overall I love the product and will continue to use it in the future.

Avantages :

WASP AssetCloud is easy to maintain and manage. Previous systems it was extremely difficult to make sure all items were entered in in a consistent manner, with templates it's much easier now. Checking in and out is easy.

Inconvénients :

The Scheduled Maintenance is a bit cumbersome, alerts do not always work. Creating custom reports are not easy to create at all.
