Not only does it help with the day to day operations, it helps preserve our vehicles long term.
The 12 volt system (no fault of their as they did send me the cords i needed) it was just inconvenient.

Ease of use is easily where Fleet Complete excels. All functions are easy to find and access.

When we first started using Fleet Complete there were regular service outages that were frustrating. Luckily, those outages are now few and far between.

Cannot cancel service
Commentaires : Horrible. No customer service. Cannot cancel service- have never been able to utilize service due to poor connectivity and overage use at time of connection. Have spoken to fleeet complete and ATT reps but no resolution. Continual billing with ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICES PROVIDED!!!!
Avantages :
None- nothing- have not been able to use service at all. Have been billed for almost one year and cannot cancel with ATT or Fleet Complete- each Fleet Complete rep says they’ll make a note. All ATT reps say they cannot cancel or that they’ll cancel and credit our account. Trackers have been suspended in hopes of waiting on cancellation but it never happens. We’re to the pony of seeking legal advice because there is no end to billing for a device we have NEVER USED!!! I have emails to verify all written communication.

Have tried cancelling this service through ATT & Fleet Complete numerous times via phone, email, and online.

Very user friendly after initial setup, lots of tabs and customizable options for assets and recourses.

Bread crumbs is a great option for checking on time frame of delivery and what not but the GPS needs work because there are whole sections missing from the recorded trip.

Fleet Complete Used Daily
Commentaires : It is very helpful with a company with 20+ drivers within two different states, going in so many directions.
Avantages :
We used this for our technicians to make sure they are where they are suppose to be, it helps us see where they are when a customer is calling asking how far away he is from the location, it helps see if they have van trouble. This is very useful for us to keep up with all the technicians we have. The Breadcrumb feature is the most helpful when tracking a tech.
Inconvénients :
The only thing I would really say that I least like is that is it delayed some times and not as accurate as we need it to be sometimes, but that is to be expected.

Fleet Complete Delivers
Commentaires : Fleet Complete is an organization committed to customer service and overcoming any challenges thrown their way. Overall they have found ways to meet the challenges we have thrown at them.
Avantages :
Flexible configuration and event tracking has helped our company identify driver behavior challenges. The near by and trip reporting have been used to feed our work management system allowing for a more efficient use of our fleet.
Inconvénients :
With the proliferation of technology inside our units we need GPS hardware that can be married with other technology for one cellular network connection. Sharing a single standard modem for idle technologies, in cab laptops, GPS tracking, dash cam coaching and electronic logging devices is a must.

Fleet Complete has been a nice solution
Commentaires : We are driving about 2.5 million miles a year with 220 vehicles. Fleet Complete gives us the ability to keep track of our vehicles, keep them on the road, and keep them safe.
Avantages :
The comprehensive application that comes with the fleet complete solution has been a major improvement over our last software. The GPS devices that are installed in our vehicles give us many diagnostic points that we then use to expedite repairs. The reporting that is offered in the application is superior to other products we have used in the past!
Inconvénients :
The cell coverage of the GPS units has been disappointing. Basically, we have some days were the GPS unit doesn't show up at all. The unit eventually catches up. I am hoping to see an improvement in this area in the future.

We use Fleet complete for our sales and delivery routes and it is easy to use .
Commentaires : Visibility to our vehicles and knowing how long each sales and delivery stop takes.
Avantages :
The ease of use is great, allowing us to see and track all vehicles in our fleet. We can run a number of reports which help us manage our vehicles and personel.
Inconvénients :
Adding Points of Interest isn't as easy as we would have hoped and we would like to see more routing tools that can help with planning and efficiency.

The mobile app was more user-friendly. Able to do everything on the mobile app. I wish when you plug the unit in the OBD2 scanner it pulled everything from the truck. No reason we should have to type vin, odometer, and what type of vehicle it is,

Still the Most Reliable and Accurate
Commentaires : Overall, I find the software to meet my expectations for my small fleet. I typically use it to keep track of the hours driven and review reports easily through excel.
Avantages :
I've used several fleet tracking softwares throughout the years and I've had issues with the complexities of the interface for users with smaller fleets. I find Fleet Complete to be the easiest to understand and even customize.
Inconvénients :
The customer support could be better. We have issues with one of our devices system went down. It took several phone calls and emails to get tech support to submit an actual ticket to get a technician to install a new device. We did receive a credit for the months it did not work.

The GPS fleet tracking units worked at best only 50% of the time.

Avantages :
The software seemed to work OK when and only when the GPS tracking units transmitted data correctly.....which was not often.
Inconvénients :
Software was OK, we had major issues with the GPS hardware installed in our fleet. The technical team admitted that they sold me an inferior, alpha product but would be happy to upgrade my fleet to the new units free of charge.....then they never contacted me. Poor product...Poor customer service. The 35 GPS units they sold me are now being used as very expensive paper weights. I am now contracted with another fleet tracking service that actually works.

Complete Failure
Avantages :
When it works the reporting is good. The application is so unreliable, I cannot depend on knowing where my vehicles are at any given time.
Inconvénients :
The application is a complete failure. Do not sign a contract. I have vehicles that have not reported for months. Even with replacement devices to upgraded technology, still no tracking available. I have ask for refunds for a vehicle that did not report for 3 months from March to June 2017. As of November still no refund.TOTALLY UNRELIABLE.

Terrible product and customer service
Commentaires : The software is slow, really only works for one vehicle. We have been having a specific problem with the software since June and it is still not resolved despite having opened a ticket with them several problems. They seem sincere about solving the problem and then eventually forget about it. Thus begins the process of calling them again and trying to again to get it resolved. will be asking for a refund for the time we have had this problem. Maybe this review will get someone's attention that can actually push some buttons and get this issue fixed.

They cannot solve a problem that we have had since June at least. I have to keep calling them and re-opening the ticket. For some reason, they think that after I notify them of a problem and enough time has passed they feel they can give up and close the ticket. Only works for one vehicle. It simply doesn't work. there are holes in registration of driving, some tours are registered others not. Support in unreachable. I used 2 hours to try to reach them today.

The ability to label vehicles and drivers as needed is very convenient. Tracking vehicles on map is easy.

Commentaires : Do not get this software of hardware. Do not work properly most of the time.
Avantages :
Customer service pick up phone immediately. But most of the time they are unable to resolve the issue.
Inconvénients :
When devices stopped working(which is most of the time), it is big hassle to fixed them. I shipped two defective devices back in July, 2017 and still have not received any replacements yet. I called Customer services several time and every time they promise to call me back. But nobody called me back about this issue.

Commentaires : We got set up with Fleet Complete in error. We were using a previous tracking software and when we needed to get some additional units, AT&T for some reason set us up with them rather than stay with what we had. I feel like this software does the job on a basic level but unless you have the time to really dive in to things, it's not very user friendly. I find myself using it for the bare minimum for that reason.
Avantages :
I can see a history (software refers to this as breadcrumbs) of where my tech was on a previous day or time.
Inconvénients :
It feels like there are too many mouse clicks to get me to the information I'm after. I'd rather have more of a snapshot.

GPS sytem does not track in real time if it tracks at all. Phone app only works half the time.
Avantages :
There is nothing good I can say about this company. They will not let you out of your contract even though they do not hold up there end of the contract. When trying to get out of the contract since the system wasn't working properly I got the run around. They put me in touch with four different people. They also told me they would contact me in 48 hours but after a week of waiting I had to contact them.
Inconvénients :
Was mislead by the rep that it tracks in real time. The devices don't even track my trucks. Very unreliable. I've used other GPS systems that are MUCH more reliable.

Avantages :
The ability to track physical location and maintenance items for vehicles is crucial for our motor pool operation. Not only does it help with the day to day operations, it helps preserve our vehicles long term.
Inconvénients :
I do wish that the automated reports could point out items such as low tire pressure, low DEF, etc.

Great way to Save Time and Worry
Commentaires : It is a great tool to see where you driver is and how long it takes to get to a job site. It is easy to track and updates quickly. We would recommend Fleet Complete to anyone.

A Big Mistake
Commentaires : Unfortunately, my experience has been horrible. The customer service people have been great but in 6 months I do not have any solutions to my problems.
Avantages :
If everything worked this software would be excellent. Very competitive pricing.
Inconvénients :
The software does not track your assets in real time, often taking hours to update, if information updates at all. Many units stop working for no reason. Odometers are progressively off. They are in the middle of transitioning from as desktop to a web-based platform and they do not work well together. My first invoice was 293 pages long. Units work off AT&T and the signal is poor in Midwest.

Getting Better
Avantages :
The service seems to be improving over time and allows us to track our teams affordably.
Inconvénients :
We've experienced a lot of glitches and have had trouble getting help from the support team in the past. We hope that these issues are resolved with the recent updates now implemented.
