Logiciel très efficace pour tableau de bord et prévisions

Commentaires : Nos tableaux et graphes pour la production de nos tableaux de bord tenait sur une seule page. Avant on faisait tout sur Excel et power point sur plusieurs pages.

Avantages :

Facile d'utilisation. Génération facile des données. Création facile est simple des graphes et des tableaux de bord. intégration facile avec nos processus.

Inconvénients :

Dans le cadre de mon travail, je n'ai trouvé aucune fonctionnalité manquante pour mon besoin.

Commentaires : Un très bon outil, qui malheureusement par son interface/ UX rend la prise en main un peu difficile.

Avantages :

Un outil idéal pour la réalisation de vos dahsboards depuis des sources multiples

Inconvénients :

Interface un peu datée comparé à certaines autres solutions du marché

Commentaires : Très positive avec beaucoup de difficulté au début mais avec le temps c'est très appréciable comme logiciel.

Avantages :

Pour nos rapports journalier et hebdomadaires c'est parfait, on ne passe plus par excel avec une mise à jour manuelle tous les jours, tout ce fait en automatique une fois que l'on a configuré le rapport

Inconvénients :

La prise en main qui est assez complexe par rapport à excel que nous utilisions avant, il faut en faire presque tous les jours au début pendant 6 mois afin de bien l'avoir en main.

Mon avis sur Tableau

Commentaires : Tableau me permet d'analyser mes données en temps réel et plus rapide. Ce qui me permet de gagner en temps dans mes prises de décisions.

Avantages :

Tableau a des fonctionnalités de visualisation avancées facile à utiliser et avec des mise à jours adpatées.

Inconvénients :

Pas de fonctionalités mais plutot le coût du produit qui est un élévé. En plus le produit est un peu difficile à utilser du faite de ses aspect trop technique.

Rien à dire sur la solution mais le service client est inexistant

Avantages :

Simple et efficace. Rien à dire c'est une bonne solution.

Inconvénients :

Pas de service client, que des clones qui disent oui, oui ! Les factures se renouvellent toutes seules sans pouvoir rien y faire. Scandaleux. Je ne reprendrai jamais ce produit.

Un outil de Datavisualisation trés complet

Avantages :

- intégration direct Salesforce- beaucoup de paramètres pour customiser ses tableaux de bords

Inconvénients :

- UX design perfectible - la gestion des sources primaires/secondaires

Excellent tool for Data Visualization with simplicity

Commentaires : I have worked on domains like Telecom and Network where in I have been using Tableau. Its really liked by senior management as it shows each and every bit very clearly to relevant stake holders. For example, Marketing head likes region wise revenue sale dashboard which gives region/sales manager/product wise sale.

Avantages :

There are many features which lot of users would have liked:- 1. Connection to almost all database 2. Many types of Charts can be created including Sankey, Doughnut, Maps etc. 3. Its has the feature of data blending and data extraction 4. Dashboards can be viewed on multiple devices like tablet, mobile and laptops. 5. Its really fast while drilling down or filtering out from any dashboard.

Inconvénients :

Its a bit expensive tool as compared to other data visualization tools however its a value for money.

User-friendly dashboard/report Tool

Commentaires : Tableau is amazing software that has greatly aided our data analysis efforts. Tableau meets all of our needs for data analysis and dashboard creation. The nicest element is that direct use of ad hoc data needs is possible, with no dependencies.

Avantages :

One of the most useful features of Tableau is the flexibility with which its dashboards may be filtered. Information that is simple to understand, demonstrate, and infer. Any group may quickly and simply extract useful data thanks to a drag-and-drop interface.

Inconvénients :

Data syncing problems can cause the dashboards to malfunction. Notifications about impending outages would be greatly appreciated. however, that shouldn't be a deal breaker.

Tableau Review

Commentaires : We only have one license because of the cost. This means that only one user can edit reports, etc. This makes it very difficult as the user who runs the daily report isn't necessarily the user who we would want to create new reports or edit existing ones. More than one license is too expensive and working with a single license is annoying.

Avantages :

We use it mostly to create a daily report. Once it is setup, modifying the dated is simple enough to produce the same report daily.

Inconvénients :

It is very slow when trying to modify an existing report to add something new. Takes many minutes to load after each additional join. Takes a very long time to create new reports. Also, I would like to see the SQL that is being run in an easier way (currently can edit the log files and find it, but very annoying and difficult to find the queries in a text editor)

Exceptional Data Visualization Tool & Dashboard

Commentaires : Still Learning to create the dashboard & integrating BigData like Google's Big Query and its fun while building visualization. I enjoyed creating Visualization for one of the Clothing Brands in Surat, India.

Avantages :

It supports Python, so customized visualization is possible (for Python programmers, it's easy) to create their own custom dashboard and visualization.

Inconvénients :

It's a bit costly, where PowerBI is free.

Avantages :

Tableau is an easy tool to use and learn. Depending on the complexity of data projects and reports, Tableau can be considered a flexible tool that can transform data into insightful charts. Its web blog and public catalog have a lot of help, ideas, examples, answers, and solutions to problems which proved to be very helpful on a lot of occasions.

Inconvénients :

The challenging part is that sometimes I get outcomes that are different from what is expected in terms of values. It is difficult and sometimes time-consuming to debug and understand how Tableau reached these values and errors.

Commentaires : Tableau gives you the tools to create whatever reports you need for your business. It is very user friendly, and we use it daily for pulling information from our cooperative software.

Avantages :

What I love about Tableau is how easy it is to quickly change, modify and filter reports to produce the exact data visualizations that you need. In the office, we use it a lot for simple reporting measures.

Inconvénients :

It might just be our software, but we are unable to change the visuals for our reports. Font style, size and colors are not able to be changed from our view, but it would be nice to have the option.

Made the world of difference to our reports!

Avantages :

Tableau is visually appealing and easy to read. The filter and search functions are extremely helpful for a user to look at the reports to help them find and filter the information they are looking at.It has made the world of difference to reading a reporting seeing something much more interactive and customisable than reading a spreadsheet.

Inconvénients :

As it was such a big change from our old processes, some walkthroughs and guidance was needed to learn how to use the platform. Not really a con, as it's still worked great for us.

Avantages :

Gives real-time data and dashboards, good for team work as the team can access anything that has been building together and by the role-based permissions, it allows you to work with something that can be accessed by both managers and employees.

Inconvénients :

Data modeling features does not come with the product, and it would be great if it had it.

Great for dashboards, but training is required

Commentaires : I generally use tableau to show sales data on dashboards to executives. Overall experience is great now that I have enough skill to operate and manipulate the data to generate what I want.

Avantages :

I like that you can merge different data sources to generate new views of data. for example, overlay a census report above your sales data and have a demographic profile of sales for the country. Also the hundred different graphs and charts to choose from. this scores me high points with the executives when I show them a fancy graphic in meetings.

Inconvénients :

We had some trouble with tableau speaking to our servers and applications which took longer that we wanted before we could start using live data to run reports. You must clean your data before you upload to tableau. the data scrubbing system on tableau needs work. This makes it difficult when using live data. I usually just use and extract, clean and upload.

Best looking data analyst tool

Commentaires : Extremely happy with Tableau. Compared to other tools like PowerBI or Qlik, Tableau is far ahead, and improving all the time. Going forward, as the products are now, I can't imagine choosing any other.

Avantages :

Tableau Desktop absolutely produces the cleanest and most intuitive reports of any software like it. The learning curve for basic functionality is short and the online resources for deeper dives are plentiful.

Inconvénients :

Reports distribution in Tableau Desktop is clunky and connecting to SharePoint or similar distribution tools are too difficult to setup without professional IT assistance. Tableau Prep is still in early stages of development. Some Flows take much too long for what shouldn't be so challenging an operation.

Great BI Tool

Commentaires : Love the product, great for Ad-Hoc presentations and digging into historical data.

Avantages :

I really like how easy it is to try visualizing data in different ways. Going into an analysis I don't always know the best way to present my data, so being able to try different things so easily makes my analysis a lot easier.

Inconvénients :

Formatting visualizations is not easy to understand. Clunky UI for formatting. Somewhat difficult to figure out what exactly is being changed by different options.

Very comprehensive and all-inclusive solution

Commentaires : The ability to build dashboards that capture data that originate from sources so that it can be compiled in reports and dashboards that are used to analyze performance data of digital marketing campaigns.

Avantages :

The ability to create and visualize sets of data in a number of different ways, and tailor it to your liking something very powerful about the tool that really stands out. Having one set of data and being able to visualize and paint of a picture of that data in two different ways side by side in one dashboard really stands out for me.

Inconvénients :

The time it has taken to get in touch with customer support at times when there are urgent issues has been a frustration and has prevented our team from being able to troubleshoot a few different technical product issues in a timely manner.
