Anyone with multiple locations will benefit from this platform. With some experience, the reports are extremely customizable to your exact needs as well.

Inconvénients :

I wouldn't mind if there was a "lite" or "simple" solution. But I guess I can see where that would undermine the overall software architecture.

Avantages :

J'aime la facilité dont il m'offre à chaque fois que je l'utilise son intégration dans mes paiements m'ont beaucoup aidé et surtout mes gestions de projets mais il y a plusieurs choses qui vraiment plû, c'est juste magnifique

Le seul problème avec lui ce que lorsque tu ne sais rien ça ne sera pas du gâteau

Commentaires : Sage Intacct has been an invaluable tool that has simplified and streamlined several complex tasks, improving my efficiency and allowing me to deliver accurate results in a timely manner. I highly recommend Sage Intacct to other professionals in my field.

Avantages :

What I like most about this platform is its ability to simplify and automate complex accounting and financial tasks. The multi-currency integration and automatic consolidation capabilities have been critical to my work, as I manage accounts for a wide diversity of clients. In addition, the customization and real-time reporting have significantly improved my productivity and efficiency. The dashboard feature allows me to have a clear view of the company's performance.

Inconvénients :

At times, the platform can be a bit slow and the user interface can be complicated for new users.

Our entire accounting process is managed using Sage Intacct

Commentaires : To help our customers, we use Sage Intacct. Besides partnering with Intacct, we also work with Var. As a result, we serve a wide range of businesses. I utilize it on a regular basis, help other employees, and provide customer training and support. My shoppers, families, and patients come from the retail, family office, and medical fields respectively.

Avantages :

Sage Intacct is used for all of our daily activities, from accounts payable through accounts receivable, as well as month-end close and reporting. Our month-close has been delayed in the past due to technical difficulties and problems with AP synchronisation. Their support team's sluggish reaction time is also a problem.

Inconvénients :

The product's usability would improve greatly if the Fixed Assets and Prepaids sections were modernized. The Charge Payoff screen, like the bank and credit card reconciliation screens, needs a "match transactions" capability.

Commentaires : Experience with post software itself and with support have been positive. Believe that product has ‘top tier’ accounting / financial functionality at a ‘mid-tier’ price.

Very robust system. Easy to give business users access to information and reporting that they need. Very good reporting capabilities.

Very satisfied with product. Wished was a little certainty in long term product pricing.

Commentaires : Our experience is OK. We spend more then needed since we cannot remove international currency and we never even used it. Support is just OK, as we are always referred to long articles when we just need simple instructions. The system is mostly user friendly outside of reporting.

Avantages :

The ability to create your own views. I find the system to be pretty user friendly.

Inconvénients :

The reporting module is very difficult and we can never get reporting support, always told we need to contact professional services for non-complex reporting that should be basic reports. And don't like having to log in to a site to submit cases, would rather email and be able to see the email history versus signing in to review the full case.

Commentaires : Wonderful. I have converted to Intacct for 3 different companies for which I've worked.

Avantages :

Ease of use, creating reports is easy, importing journal entries

Inconvénients :

Cannot zero out beginning of year balances of Non-Financial accounts. Balances roll over. Should have the option of zeroing out or balance forward at year-end.

Great product, need lite version for non-profit users

Commentaires : Our support person, [sensitive content hidden], is great to work with. Checking in and always helpful.

Avantages :

The ease of adding locations or additional accounts.

Inconvénients :

Too expensive for the small portion that we use. It won't be long until we will have to switch to another provider if prices continue to increase. Recommend a "lite" version with limited access for non-profit users.

Avantages :

Sage Intacct is a web-based financial management system that offers advanced accounting capabilities and integrations for various industries and workflows. I like how it allows me to manage my financial and operational data from one place, with tools for planning, budgeting, reporting, automation, and compliance. I can also customize and configure the system to suit my specific needs and preferences, such as creating custom fields, forms, dashboards, and workflows. Sage Intacct integrates well with other Adobe products, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as other third-party applications, such as Slack, Salesforce, and Google Drive.

Inconvénients :

One thing that I think Sage Intacct can improve on is the pricing and limitation options. The plans are quote-based and depend on the number of users, entities, modules, and transactions. The pricing can be quite expensive and complex, especially for small businesses with limited budgets. The system also has some limitations on the number of custom fields, reports, and dashboards that can be created. I hope they can offer more affordable and flexible plans in the future.

Sage Intacct Can Change Your Life

Commentaires : Overall I love the Sage Intacct product. If I know of anyone looking for new software, I tell them that this is the product to get and have. I'm constantly looking at the additional modules that are being added on and built upon to see how we can utilize it for our businesses. Our organization is comprised of roughly 30 different entities, most of which have similar ownership, but they're in very different industries, and Sage helps us keep it all together on one platform and gives us everything we need in order to handle all that we do.

Avantages :

They're constantly investing in making their product better based on what their users are telling them that they need or want to see. There seems to be no limit on what they will do to make sure that everyone that uses their product is satisfied.

Inconvénients :

We had a period of time when things were just out of control in our finance offices, and reviewing the release notes wasn't even a blip on anyone's mind as a priority. Turns out that while we were losing our minds, features were rolled out that might have helped us that we missed because we didn't review the release notes, and they were features that needed added to a role to even see them or know they existed if you didn't review the release notes. More than likely an "us" problem more so than a Sage problem, but if we had known that was possible, it might have changed our "priority" thinking.

Commentaires : I have always been a fan of Sage and continue to be.

Avantages :

Reporting, Dashboards and statistical data. You can make a report on almost anything - setting them up however can be complex. I love being able to monitor non financial data in the statistical entries.

Inconvénients :

The Fixed Asset module is far too complex and does not manage the reducing balance method in Britain currently. This was tested various times with ourselves and the implementation team.

The easiest accounting program I've ever used

Commentaires : With Sage Intacct's user-friendly interface, you won't have any trouble using it and getting the job done. For my accounting needs, I generally utilize Sage Intacct's reporting tools. These tools provide me a wide range of options for reporting and analysis, and the software's user-friendly design makes it easy for anybody to use.

Avantages :

I like how well-organized the financial records are, as well as the automated payment schedules and reminders he sends to remind me of upcoming due dates. It features a better user interface than some of its rivals. Adoption was pushed by one of our staff members, and the system's users said they liked it.

Inconvénients :

Sage Intacct is a great system in general, and I have no complaints. My time would be better spent if there were shortcuts. People who aren't familiar with accounting systems may have a hard time with the interface.

Avantages :

It will accommodate our organization for many years to come. We are able to automate processes and we are learning how to use features in Sage at a deeper level.

Inconvénients :

Our implementation was rough, but we have spoken to many who had lovely integrations and deployments! Speak up if you feel like your implementation team is just going through the motions.

Sage simplifies monthly transaction reporting for all users

Commentaires : Everything is managed centrally, and we can keep tabs on all of the accounting-related tasks at once. Our company reaped numerous advantages, chief among them the simplification of a great deal of administrative tasks. Here, we won't be able to make a polished dashboard aggregating data from multiple sources within Sage Intacct, but will instead have to do so in a separate program.

Avantages :

Sage Intacct is used for all of our accounting needs, both internally and for our clients. We also utilize it for time entry-related activities, such as recording payroll and other employee compensation, and for other purposes.

Inconvénients :

Ticket support has to be improved; now, users of Sage often receive little assistance when submitting support requests.
