Great process management tool, easy to use
Commentaires: We just recently brought on this product for our call center and support staff. It's a simple to use step-by-step process guide -- letting our staff quickly learn how to do complex and not-too-often tasks without having to read through a huge manual. Having everything in one database, instead of multiple word docs/pdfs, saves time and frustrations.
Avantages: Easy enough that any employee can figure it out, regardless of skill or aptitude.
Inconvénients: Takes a very long time to setup. Not so much a fault of the software, just the nature of the service--we have to write all the process guides and put them into the system.
