Commentaires : Lorsque je mets en place des réunions avec d'âtres pays que la France, ce logiciel est plus apprécié car plus déployé qu'en France

Avantages :

Sa prise en main rapide et les fonctionnalités de bases font le job. C'est un outil déployé dans d'autres pays que la France et avec ces clients je ne peux m'en passer.

Inconvénients :

Le fait de devoir télécharger un logiciel ou l'application alors que d'autres ne le nécessite pas

Bon Logiciel pour faire des réunions en audio visuel

Commentaires : Avec le commencement de la pandémie Covid 19 , ce logiciel est pour moi une découverte pour réaliser mes réunions quotidiennes et hebdomadaire, je crois que même après la pandémie je vais continuer à utiliser ce logiciel

Simplicité de l'emploi , Possibilité de partager des contenus de ton ordinateur, bonne qualité de la voix et l'image

Pas d'audio possible. le renseignement de la liste des participants est compliquée, le logiciel ne propose pas les emails déjà tapés.

Appli Correcte

Avantages :

Bonne réactivité sur les présentations video. Partage d'écran sans latence.

Inconvénients :

Difficulté à se connecter aux reunions via téléphone, serveur vocal pas très réactif et identifiant de connexion trop long.

Commentaires : Overall experience regarding WebEx remains top notch as I’ve been using it more than a year over a long period of time it’s consistency has shown a lot of results .

The most impactful feature about WebEx that it keep us in touch with your colleagues , managers and team leads . End to end update can be shared easily among the team members

No , Nothing was difficult when it comes to WebEx , it’s a very simplified software used by my organisation and i didn’t find any difficulty integrating it with the process

Webex is an efficient video/audio call software for professional meetings

Commentaires : Overall, it is a very great group call and messaging software. I would recommend using it for businesses meetings in a professional setting.

Avantages :

I have used webex for years, and I barely have had any issues with it. Voice call, video call, screen sharing, and messaging features are great. It is very quick to connect. You can also have webinars with a lot of attendees on webe. You can restrict permission as the owner of the event on webex. The meetings can be added in your calander and you get notifications before the meetings start, so you have a good track of time. It is great especially for employees working remotely.

Inconvénients :

There is no specific dislike I have for webex. I would suggest they improve the sync between desktop version and mobile version. Sometimes my apps in two devices do not sync properly and I do not get notifications on one of the devices (chat notification or call notification)

Commentaires : Overall, I am fully satisfied with Webex. I use it almost everyday at work. It especially assists me the days I work remotely from home. I collaborate with my team members throguh Webex audio and video calls. I securely share information, files, and docuements with my colleagures throguh Webex.

I enjoy working with Webex. What I like most about Webex are mentioned in the following:Webex offers you with high quality audio/video calls and meetings.Users can join WEbex meetings from different devices and they can change between them in the middle of a call. I do this most of the time, when I am leaving my workplace for home.Participants can share a variety of files amongst themselves, and there are also web-based content sharing extensions available.Tools for annotation-check are available.The capability to record a meeting or calls is amazing.There are facilities for screen sharing, browser sharing, and chat.Additional security measures are taken into account in Webex.

Inconvénients :

I do not have many dislikes about Webex. I mention a couple of them in the following:I find the Webex web-based version a little weaker than the mobile-based version. You can not control the comments, and participants' text in the public chat box. The free version of Webex allows up to maximum of 100 attendees in a meeting. Also, the time of the conference is restricted up to 50 minutes.

Review of Webex

Avantages :

The process of scheduling and conducting meetings with colleagues was made simple by the user-friendly interface, and the audio and video quality were outstanding. The added benefits of being able to record meetings, share documents, and access the platform from multiple devices were also appreciated.

Inconvénients :

Nothing to dislike as this is one of the best meeting app

An average messaging application with some room for improvement

Commentaires : Overall, it's an OK product. The cons mentioned above are a major set back for me. Otherwise, I find no other issues.

Avantages :

It's integration with your calendar is nice. You can see your WebEx and Teams meeting and can join them from within the chat window. Also, all previous chat history is preserved in the chat itself with all files that were shared. It's easy to go back and refer the previous chat.

Inconvénients :

When you start sharing your screen, the chat window and chat option is not easily visible. If someone sends you some chat, then it becomes very frustrating to find the chat window (when on screen share). Also, giving control to someone while on screen share is not so easy (not even sure if it exists since we have stopped trying for it).

Webex is one of the popular professional video conferencing tools offered by Cisco.

Avantages :

The best thing about Cisco Webex, in my opinion, is its excellent user interface. It is the best video conferencing tool, regardless of how many people there are. In cases where there is no internet, it offers calls over the phone. Because Cisco manages it, it provides excellent security. It has a lot of functions, including a whiteboard that enables drawing on the screen. When using laptops, there is no need to download any software because it has a web version. It is also available on all platforms and can be used on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android.

Inconvénients :

Using Cisco Webex hasn't given me any problems as of yet. When joining a meeting, Webex takes longer. When you join a meeting, you must manually add your credentials. Webex is free, but if you want its premium plan which comes with more advanced capabilities, it is slightly more expensive than that alternative video conferencing software.

Great Conferencing Software for business partners

Cisco WebEx Meeting Huge Improvement

Commentaires : Eight months ago, I would not recommend WebEx Meeting. But now, November 2020, WebEx Meeting is definitely a different one, and is already at par, if not exceeded Zoom as the standard for virtual meetings.

Avantages :

The Pros: As Zoom has been the standard of virtual meeting since pandemic, WebEx meeting has quickly improved from their lackluster features 8 months ago, to almost Zoom. Our company has been using WebEx as standard virtual conference platform. It used to be very buggy and laggy and having audio and video performance issues. Now, it's one click audio and video integrated in internet. No need to dial separately using phone call. I like the GUI now as it is more intuitive than before. I like the mobile connectivity and the capability to do breakout rooms and mute everyone without unmuting themselves. AI features are also great. Now they've introduced background noise suppression, so I do not need a third party software like Krisp. We also like the introduction of cohosting to give some assistance to the host of the meeting. Overall, we are enjoying the use of WebEx Meeting unlike previously.

Inconvénients :

Although WebEx Meetings has improved a lot, there are still a few features not working properly. 1. Virtual Background in video eats a lot of computer memory and sometimes causing laptop to freeze. 2. The breakout rooms do not have advance assignments yet, so imagine you have 500 attendees and you have to break them up manually.

Host Meetings Professionally!

Commentaires : Cisco WebEx keeps our meetings professional for both internal users and clients we work with! We've noticed that most people are familiar with the software and have used it before so it makes hosting meetings even easier.

Avantages :

WebEx is really easy to use and setup! From both the view point of the admin setting up a meeting or an end user who was invited to a meeting, it's all really simple! I especially enjoy how WebEx will automatically adjust for time zone changes since many meetings I'm joining or hosting are with people on the other side of the country. Screen sharing also works really well, usually I'd experience some bandwidth issues with other software but for some reason WebEx works wonderfully!

Inconvénients :

The only con I can think of is that sometimes if I'm joining a meeting that I have scheduled in my Google Calendar it won't work correctly. It should be able to load the meeting invite and join as intended but I usually find myself having to manually enter the meeting ID, attendee ID, and passcode.

It's an easy-to-use video and web conferencing solution

Commentaires : It's simple to attend a Webex meeting from anywhere, just like many other online meeting solutions. Browser integration is a piece of cake. Everything runs better using the desktop application. My lectures and meetings go more easily thanks to the screen-sharing capability.

Video conferences and interviews with Webex may be smooth and error-free. For our meetings, we utilized WebEx, which provides a secure connection. I'm a fan of the variety of methods to connect. For those who are constantly on the go, the mobile version is ideal.

Inconvénients :

We're solely on the user side of the program, so there's not much to say here. We have a good selection of options at our disposal. I believe Webex should be more user-friendly because it can be a little difficult to access calls.

An enterprise tool for the meetings with broader Global teams - Very featureful

Commentaires : Overall, experience is great but UI is not something which is fun. Features are great and helpful.

Avantages :

1. Ease of use 2. App is super helpful to take meetings on the move 3. Several features for sharing documents live (pause, do selective share) 4. Attendance can be collected easily 5. You get to know who is on mute and who is causing background unknowingly and mute them as needed 6. Chat option is availble 7. There are upfront prompts available for you to select mute or camera options 8. You can take audio using various methods (Dial in, computer or receive call back without calling in). I use call back all the time. 9. It shows who is dialing in with what option using symbols 10. Recently the added search box for finding specific attendee on the call and with partial input, it filters the name 11. You can choose different video virtual backgrounds and you can see others videos and you can pin anyone as needed 12. You can insert a welcome message for a call 13. You can make alternate host arrangement 14. UI: Zoom In/Zoom out per your eye needs in self controlled manner 15. You can share meeting details from app with anyone else very easily 16. You can record the calls 17. Call quality (audio and video) is good 18. Several users across the globe can dial in using toll free nos. at no cost to them

Inconvénients :

1. Sometimes when a meeting (especially a recurring one) is moved/cancelled, app doesn't sync always 2. They took away an app feature (not sure why), where a notification used to come for the next meeting and that was helpful to know next call even when you are away from machine or not in app. They should consider that feature back 3. Cisco recently had a big audio failure with phone dial feature but computer dial in was working. So, if you don't have any other meeting set up for org, you may be impacted. 4. Users are advised to end the call to stop the meeting time from usage perspective otherwise meeting won't end. 5. UI can be made more fun

Solid platform for setting up internal and external meetings, with a few drawbacks

Commentaires : Aside from the few drawbacks mentioned above, overall I have had a relatively good experience using Cisco WebEx for both team as well as client meetings. It's easy to share the dial-in information with the clients, schedule meetings, and set up calls using different rooms. In the future, if there is a way to allow an original host to EXIT a meeting without ending the call altogether, that would be very helpful.

Avantages :

I use WebEx meetings almost daily for work - for both internal and external check-ins. Pretty straightforward navigation, once you get the hang of setting up a room (either personal or client-facing) the platform is quite easy to navigate. At my meeting we have WebEx integrated with peoples' calendars, so when I schedule a meeting on WebEx it allows me to easily see my coworkers' availability which is definitely a plus - good ease of integration with other applications. Interface is simple enough that the main functions (setting up a meeting, sharing meeting info) are easy to use and I have not had issues with this software unexpectedly crashing which is an added bonus.

Inconvénients :

One of my main gripes is regarding shared rooms (ex. other members on your team are able to start/stop the meeting if you're unavailable). One of the recurring issues with shared rooms is that they all use the same call-in number and pin. With that said, if there are back-to-back meetings using the same room, and the earlier meeting runs over, we run the risk of clients calling into a call that is still going on, which creates confusion and can have us coming off as unprofessional. I have avoided this issue in the past by creating internal check-ins using my own personal room, however the drawback to this is that - if I'm unavailable for any reason - the meeting cannot be started by anyone other than myself. For back-to-back meetings, if there's a way for new users to be put into a waiting room until AFTER the previous meeting has completed ended, that may avoid these issues in the future. Another issue is that if I set up simultaneous meetings in both my personal and shared rooms, there is no way I can remove myself from the first meeting without it ending the call altogether. I have not found a way to assign someone else as the host, so if there have been simultaneous meetings (where I am just listening in the background) I have had to juggle this by calling into one meeting using my laptop, and calling into the second using my phone. It works, but it's not very efficient.
