"Micro Estimating A+"

Commentaires: After 28 years of estimating and using other software, I feel ME is on top of the list and the best in the field. Customer service is very professional and is always ready to help. I (we) highly recommend Micro Estimating...

Avantages: I love the ease of navigation in ME (micro estimating). As we develop and engineer our process in ME, we are always amazed on how much easier it is compared with other "estimating" software. The time saving alone is enough to draw you in and use élite and powerful system.

Inconvénients: The integration with Global Shop has been the most painful issue we have had, but it had nothing to do with ME.

"Support"

Commentaires: Really buggy, crashes often, extremely long save times, slower than using EXCEL to quote.

Avantages: Very detailed and thorough. Automatic feature recognition.

Inconvénients: Horrible customer service. Left 3 voice mails over a week and have not received any response. Our IT department has been requesting support for over a month.
