It really is the most user friendly CRM that you can imagine.
Commentaires : Insight and overview in all processes, pre-sales and after-sales. Better and more personal communication with prospects and customers.
Avantages :
User interface is great. Very easy to use and administer. Users can work with the CRM functions within a few hours. Integration with Office applications and Office 365 is more than perfect. You can use Outlook like you always did and still your emails are stored in CRM linked to the right customer and project. I love the fact that you never really have to search for anything. All parts of the application are never more than two clicks away.
Inconvénients :
Only one thing that bothers me using SuperOffice: the standard reports are very basic. We use the dashboards a lot -they are great- and there are some Apps in their own app store that allow us to generate the reports we need.

Commentaires : We run the business on SuperOffice, dealing with customer communications (incoming and outgoing) and sales pipeline management, but most importantly the event management using the projects area.
Avantages :
I like the fact that we can out every process in to the CRM, from sales to event management, data capture and enquiry management.
Inconvénients :
The Community needs a bit of work adding more complex resources in, but as a starter guide is useful and support do assist.

Commentaires : The overall experience for me is that I would never choose SuperOffice again but rather the solution Microsoft offers. It is more expensive, but trust me, it is worth it!
Avantages :
The best thing about the CRM is that it is very easy to use and has a very easy to follow structure (Firm/People and Sale/Projekt).
Inconvénients :
Many basic features which one thinks every CRM provide are not available. The most critical problem is that selections are extremely limited. For example, one cannot make a selection of all "Projekt leaders", which would be critical for us in order to send all of our customers who are Project leaders a standardised e-mail. Many further issues arise there once you have spent some time testing the selections (many limitations became apparent only after using the CRM, not during the evaluation process). A further issue are the many bugs which the system has, for example the data-export does not work properly even though issues have been posted on the community platform for 5 years!

Commentaires : SuperOffice has been a great hub for collecting, organizing and making sense of valuable contact data and insights, whilst providing all the features and tools needed to manage information about people, projects, relations and other aspects that are important to our line of business.
Avantages :
It is reliable, easy to implement and use and optimizes all our contacts, relationships, projects, tasks etc.
Inconvénients :
Perhaps the marketing module should be included in the base package.

Save time and increase overview

Avantages :
Bus storing all the customer and supplier data in one user friendly CRM package we save a lot of searching time. Who sent when the message? As it is userfriendly even salesman work happy with it, not only office people.
Inconvénients :
Some bugs are annoying and the repair information is slow and merely on the online software. On premesis takes longer or does not happen at all. Some features seem to be invented by software guys or girls but ptobably not first presented to a user panel.

SuperOffice: Easy to use, very good support
Commentaires : SuperOffice makes it very easy for me to manage my clients. It's also nice to see everyone's activity in my team. When there's some issue, SuperOffice support is very fast answering questions and solving problems. That's one of the things i admire most.
Avantages :
The way you can arrange your variable information. It's easy to make a selection based on several factors. In that way we can perform well in several marketing activities
Inconvénients :
The development; there are not so many new features introduced last year.

Great CRM that helps our company in different fields (finance-sales-marketing-support)
Avantages :
The diversity of the different modules and the ease of use in general. SuperOffice helps our marketing, support, finance and sales departments to work close together and to have a beneficial CRM working to satisfy all these departments.
Inconvénients :
That not all of my colleagues are using SuperOffice to the fullest extend, but we're working on this and hopefully soon to get the most our of SuperOffice.

Good platform with highly customizable, but expensive

It's possible to write a lot of customizations and to adjust it just as you wish. Fast and robust system
Inconvénients :
Price is too high. If you can't develop SuperOffice self, you will have to pay huge amounts for every small update. Not ITIL compatible, not for IT departments - you can get much more in-box in alternative products in the same price.

Easy to use and learn. Very effective use of the computer screen area with no or very little scrolling. The integration with MSOffice makes SO very effective.

CRM for different business realities
Commentaires : On average, the experience we had with Superoffice is positive. it allowed colleagues to work more as a team by sharing the information entered in the CRM for the good of the company.
Avantages :
Superoffice has been the reference point for us as CRM for at least a couple of years. Its ease of use and integration with the e-mail client has allowed the sales department to perform various activities on customers thanks to the information collected and available in an optimal way. It is the first CRM that allowed us to integrate the data of our management program.
Inconvénients :
In some cases the integration with the mail did not work correctly, this is one of the aspects that led us to evaluate other CRMs.

Avantages :
Clean and intuitive user interface, I do prefer the online version though as it's always up to date and saves time and cost of having the version updates applied and it has a reliable and easy to use mobile app, which I find really useful.
Inconvénients :
Like most CRM systems, you need to put the time in to customize the system and get to know it, which obviously takes time, but I have to say it's time well spent.

Superoffice is just what we needed - helps keep our data centralised and easy to keep up to date.
Avantages :
- The Superoffice live chat is a great feature we use on our website. We have had a few enquiries from this already. - Through Superoffice we are able to track consent with the current GDPR and update it when we get opt ins.
Inconvénients :
The mailings aren't the easiest to create and does take a little while to get used to. Once you have done a few of them, it gets easier.

Commentaires : I´m very happy to be a user. It is so easy to be in control of the sales/project process, but of course wrong input to the system and you will get wrong out put.

It is an easy way to catalog your customer with projects and sales and get reminders to follow up

It is not so easy to change a field (administrator mode). But this can also be because that I´m not very often in admin.

Commentaires : It is a good way to keep your contacts and correspondence in order so that all staff can have access.
Avantages :
Easy even for salesmen to understand. I like the integrated mailing function.
Inconvénients :
If you have a lot of users it can be quite expensive, especially in the cloud. A separate licence is required for the smartphone version.

Unlike a previous system we tried, this software is reliable, clean, sharp, and intuitive to use.
Avantages :
The ability to link SuperOffice to Outlook makes it easy to archive and track all emails. The diary is a useful feature, which enables you to see at a glance any task outstanding. SuperOffice almost thinks for you, for example by suggesting a company or contact you may wish to select, based on your most recent activity. Any support requested has always been extremely prompt, efficient and effective. It's a joy to deal with a company that is so responsive and clearly values its customers.
Inconvénients :
It can be a little bit slow to open archived mail, which can be frustrating when you're busy and in a rush.

Commentaires : I'm glad we finally got this software. I've begging for it in nine years :-). My experience so far is good. But as I said, I need to learn more.
Avantages :
Since it's still new for me I haven't discovered evething I can use (I think). It's good to collect e-mail, meetings and events to a project/customer.
Inconvénients :
I still don't be master of how to handle ToDo's. I'm looking forward to learn more about that but it's also a matter of time for me to learn more. I want to set up small ToDo's without create it on the calender.

Commentaires : We use SuperOffice mainly as a way to administrate our client and prospect lists and to analyse our business needs.
Avantages :
I like that it's very easy to customise to your own needs and it's wonderful to have all your data collected in one place. The to do lists and different selections you can set up according to your own needs make our teams more efficient and allow them to have a great overview over their own clients and activities.
Inconvénients :
It can feel a bit fiddly to set everything up before you really get to grips with it.

Commentaires : I've worked with several CRM software, but this is by far the best.
Avantages :
It is very easy to link a client to a project and reverse. Correspondence, data, information and documents can be stored and easily retrieved.
Inconvénients :
The online support is a bit slow or the button doesn't work, so you have to email separately.

Outdated CRM, not built for deployment in the cloud
Commentaires : We have recently decided to move away from SuperOffice to a new CRM

Inconvénients :
The UI is extremely clunky, looks like an installer-based application that they have tweaked to be able to deploy to the cloud. It does not support having multiple tabs open in the browser. The integration to O365 is OK when it works, but it frequently disconnects and requires a re-install. More importantly, it is not built to support a sales process. 50% of the product seems to be affected by some kind of unfortunate workaround/tradeoff they have made as they scaled from a digital rolodex to an attempt to be a proper CRM solution.
