4) They won't refund even if you are within a week of your renewal
5) Their website is difficult to navigate

> I essentially stopped using the product and when I went to cancel I couldn't find where I should go to do that. I finally figured out that I have to get on the phone with them. The system was a nightmare to get through to a person. I had to verify through both the billing address and the last 4 of my credit card, which had been stolen so they had the wrong number. Then I requested a refund and they refused. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused.
