Avantages :

beaucoup de demo, belle documentation, beaucoup de composants utiles, communauté importante et support 5 étoiles

Inconvénients :

malgré la documentation déjà énorme, il y manque quelques informations que vous trouverez dans les forums ou par le support. il est parfois difficile d'obtenir exactement le comportement voulu, mais avec quelques efforts on y arrive toujours.

Avantages :

La meilleure intégration ajax et js sur des produits Asp. Les controls permettent de créer des applications modernes facilement. Les webforms prennent un coup de neuf. Le support est très réactif, et n'hésite pas à jeter un œil au code à problème.

Inconvénients :

La commerciale pas très professionnelle ne m'a pas recontactée comme convenue, il a fallu que je contact le tchat direct sur le site.

Logiciel de création d'application

Ce logiciel est vraiment génial et m'aide beaucoup à la créativité de d'autre application que je n'ai jamais découvrir.C'est vraiment chouette.

Inconvénients :

Je n'y trouve aucun inconvénient, C'est un meilleur logiciel et me donne la faveur de créer d'autre application inconnu.

Logiciel de création d'applications

Avantages :

Honnêtement, j'ai été très surpris de constater que ce logiciel peut créer des applications. Il m'a vraiment faciliter la tâche concernant mes projets.

Inconvénients :

A vrai dire ce Logiciel m'a beaucoup aidé, il est vraiment très pratique.

Complete, robust, fully functional web UI

Commentaires : Overall it's a great product. It does everything Telerik Kendo does but is cheaper and therefore a better value.

Avantages :

The Syncfusion Grid component is as good or better than any other on the market. It has every feature you could want: paging, sorting, filtering, sizing and reordering columns, exporting to PDF, CSV, or Excel. And they have just about every other rich web component you think of: Calendar, sortable list, embedded rich text/HTML editor, charts, maps, you name it. And best of all, their free community license includes ASP.Net MVC so you can develop rich MVC web UI applications. And also includes Xam

Inconvénients :

Although they have extensive documentation, they so many components that do so many things, that not every feature has specific programming examples, so you sometimes have to figure things out through trail and error. And although the MVC components all have tons of methods and parameters you sometimes have to write JavaScript to make it work the way you want. So you need to be a strong programmer.

Professional UI components with solid performance for the past 20 years or so.

Commentaires : The Syncfusion UI components for Windows programming (WinForms, WPF, UWP, etc) definitely add a more polished look for the software I write. I use only a small fraction of the available components, primarily charting, data grids and docking manager, occasionally some others like the diagram and editor components. As one who writes software primarily for industrial applications (machine controls, HMI etc) that are meant to be installed and run 24x7 for months at a time in very harsh conditions, their components run solidly and without long term issues like memory leaks that can be difficult to pinpoint. The only "crash" I've seen in their components was from the Chart control displaying a large red X - and even in those few instances, the program kept running without the chart function. A later release seems to have resolved whatever the issue was. Support for the components is through form submission on their website. I was skeptical at first, but it has proven very effective over the years and their response time is very good - even had one instance where I was coding at 2am and submitted and was able to chat with their support person in Inda for a very quick resolution. Other issues that take a day or two, generally code samples of the problem are given as part of their solution which is very helpful.

Avantages :

As a long-time user of Syncfusion (since .NET 1.1 about 20 years ago), the consistency and availability of the platform has been key in delivering equipment in the mining industry. I've seen many tech stacks come and go in that time, and I've been able to operate essentially the same code-base the entire time, upgrading the .NET versions and the Syncfusion libraries with virtually no breaking changes. I've used Syncfusion in various side projects with WPF, UWP, etc and others in our company have used the React.js components, the commonality between the platforms helps reduce the learning curve when changing platforms.

Inconvénients :

The licensing structure. I started as a single developer in a very small company with the product and it was very cost effective. When we sold to a larger company, I continued with the single seat until we added other devs and eventually had a global license (which is definitely cost effective for a team). Since we had a corporate restructuring, that global license is now back to basically a single dev license which we pay the same price as the previous global license. Their latest license structure is cost-prohibitive for a single developer seat. There are a few components I find

Commentaires : I never seen that many bugs in blazor components in competition on the market.

Many blazor components with many features.

A lot of bugs in blazor components and not native blazor components. Not all component properties are sufficiently described in the documentation.

Essential Studio, Community License

Commentaires : I have been using Essential Studio, with a community license, for over a year now, and I have been extremely satisfied with the components, frequency of updates, and overall experience.

Avantages :

The package includes all the components that we would use for all of our products.

Inconvénients :

I do not like the installed product explorer; my preference is to use the website.

Lots of components all under one "umbrella" and the majority of the time, they just work

The documentation is not always the best

Avantages :

Tools are fairly intuitive. The Syncfusion team is very responsive on helping with features and behavior that are more complex, and are open to bringing feature updates online in a timely manner. When behaviors in tools are unexpected and considered bugs, they get fixed quickly.

Inconvénients :

I could not find diagrams in terms of the event stack for components. It would be very helpful if the event stack were diagrammed in the documentation. The Chart events take some getting used to. The ChartClick event is always executed (even when the Legend is clicked), which is OK, but it is not clear on when that event happens without trial/error. In example: the ChartClick is executed before OnAxisLabelClick, but after the OnEndZoom, unless you click the Pan option. It can be confusion. It would be a nice to see that stack visually. (maybe I just havent found it yet?)

Crucial tool for our business

Commentaires : Very happy, especially with their support.

Avantages :

It includes everything we need to build our apps. Could not have developed our product as quickly as we had, without Syncfusion.

Can sometimes be buggy, and the documentation aren’t always up to date.

A package for everything

Commentaires : It's a huge help to have a ready-made set of controls and components to integrate into my application, and to have a consistent, good-looking, feature-rich user interface. That way I can focus on the real task I want to solve.

Avantages :

The Essential Studio is a full featured complex package. It would really hard to name something that I cannot do with it.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes it can be challenging to understand how to correctly link client code to server code. But no problem, Syncfusion support is always here to help. I love them :)

Software development partnership made in heaven.

Commentaires : Great company to work with and it feels like the Syncfusion team are an extension of our own team. If you need components for your application development no matter what language, there is probably something in the tool set. I made the decision to use Syncfusion a long time ago and have never looked back. As development trends change and new languages come along Syncfusion are always there with up to date tools for the job.

Avantages :

Having a huge number of components ready built and fully customisable at hand is amazing. Saves so much time and they help make applications look great. The support from Syncfusion is probably the best support I have received in my time being a developer.

Inconvénients :

I think sometimes the documentation could be better. It is not always easy to find the help you need to perform a specific task but this is always countered by top notch support.

Best componet and Best support

Some of the documentation is out of date and when doing something complex, you need to contact support for help. Support are pretty active in getting back, but still when under a deadline this can be frustrating.

A must have for developpers

Xamarin UI controls

Commentaires : I’ve used the Syncfusion controls when I worked at other companies so I knew what I was getting into. I felt very confident in the controls, ease of integration and quality of the technical support team. By using these controls I’ve been able to get my apps out the door much faster than before.

Avantages :

Integration is a breeze. The software is well designed and is rock solid. One of the best additions to the software are two apps you can download, Syncfusion Controls Explorer and Essential UI kit. The Controls explorer does a great job of showcasing various controls and illustrating different ways the control can be used. The other app, Essential UI Kit provides me with both a jumpstart for getting certain screens up and running but also a real work example of how the controls can be used. As an independent developer, I don’t have the luxury of hiring a full-time designer nor the flexibility of time to see how the control works. These controls allow me the ability to get my app up and running faster than before.

Inconvénients :

The grid control still needs work. It’s great for presenting data, but if you’re looking for more flexibility when entering values directly within the grid, you’ll be disappointed. The richness of options available to you just isn’t there. Knowledgebase on the website needs work. You can drill down to a specific control, say, Xamarin.Forms -> SfDataGrid however if I search for "Initialize" it searches the entire product line. Really frustrating and makes the feature rather useless.

My Review of Syncfusion Tools

Inconvénients :

There were a few shortcomings I initially noticed, but honestly, the tools are so flexible that with some time spent on them, they become very effective. Plus, the support was great.

Html->Pdf Converter works well mostly, but could be easier to use for the cost

Commentaires : Support could have been better - we encountered a critical bug (which was fixed quickly by the developers, no issue there) and we got from support a windows nuget package without native binaries (because the support portal can't upload > 50mb files apparently) in them, which we decided to repackage to linux (which is the platform we reported the bug on) and add the native binaries binaries - the version was also identical to a live version on nuget.org so we had to change that in the repackage to avoid conflicts too. The suggestion was to "Manually reference the dlls" which is a bit mad considering the effort already sunk into locating the native binaries originating from the nuget package, and the lack of transistive resolution etc...

Avantages :

It works, renders html correctly enough.

Inconvénients :

Non-platform independence for devops - requires package installation on deployment targets. Also requires manual setting of path to syncfusion binaries (that are in the nuget package!) at runtime. Extra package e.g. Syncfusion.HtmlToPdf.Blink.Static.Linux could be created with a static compile to eliminate system dependencies and manage CVEs etc. The code (which we have had to write ourselves) to locate the native binaries originating from the nuget package should be inside the syncfusion lib - there should be no argument to their path. Also, while it might bloat the package, nuget supports separate native binaries per runtime [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] which would enable to create a single platform-independant nuget package - this would really lower the difficulty - especially in places like dotnet-script where you have no csproj to change the PackageReferences depending on the runtime!

World Class Tools for Developing World Class Apps

Commentaires : I am the CEO and Sr. Developer of my own company and since we generate < million annually in revenue we qualified for a free license (Awesome!). However, I also work for a corporation and was able to acquire a paid ES license because the tools had very much become a valuable part of our application development team.

Avantages :

Great set of Tools! But equally important I would say is the stellar support that you receive. ES also has a huge community so I've rarely had to reach out for support as there is usually documentation on whatever issue I am currently having already. However I have been amazed that such a Enterprise Level company has a support team that actually gets back to you in a day or two with either code examples or a resolution! In my whole development career of over 15 years, I've never seen that level of dedicated support! Not from Microsoft, Google( Does Google even do support?) or any third party tool.

Inconvénients :

Integration into projects isn't bad... I just wish it was a little more streamlined especially into Visual Studio. I ended up going with the Nuget Package installation because the other proved to be buggy and problematic.

Feature-rich easy to implement product with amazing customer support

Commentaires : This products solves almost all our needs along with the standard ui and productivity components on the platforms that we deliver solutions on. We are almost entirely an angular/typescript, asp.net core and Xamarin shop. This makes our life much simpler and the less complex and we are able to deliver multi-platform solutions quickly to the customer and make our own customer service more responsive.

Avantages :

This products solves almost all our needs along with the standard ui and productivity components on the platforms that we deliver solutions on. We are almost entirely an angular/typescript, asp.net core and Xamarin shop.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes the documentation and examples leave something to be desired but the very quick and responsive customer support more than compensates for that.

Comprehensive cross platform components

Commentaires : Essential Studio has addressed two of my critical requirements:1) Implement feature rich components in my software without having to write them myself. 2) Have consistent, flexible and attractive UI styling in my products.

Avantages :

Essential Studio provides key UI components for my products. Particularly import is the Grid component, which is widely used in my products. I use Essential Studio in both WCF and Blazor apps and gain a lot of productivity in learning to use a single component provider. The broad range of components means I can use Syncfusion for everything which makes consistent UI styling a snap. Customer support and documentation is very good.

Inconvénients :

I dislike having to generate a new product key when I update releases.
