Core to our clinic operations - couldn't run the clinics without it.

Commentaires : Sadly the customer service element has deteriorated in the last 1-2 years as they have moved to online support rather than telephone support. We have also had issues with there being no support 'out of hours' such as weekends and bank holidays. One bank holiday the servers crashed and the system was unavailable until they reopened on Tue to reboot the servers. The customer support has become an increasing concern and would be the only reason we would look to change suppliers.

Avantages :

We have been with TM3 for over a year, and its predecessor TM2 for around 5 years before that. It is purpose built for physiotherapy practices, particularly multi-location clinics, with high volumes of staff and insurance referrals. We have over 20,000 patients on our data base and it runs seamlessly.

Inconvénients :

There are still come glitches with the new TM3 web platform which we report and nothing gets resolved. We don't get any ongoing update about this, only they will pass it to the development team but then nothing.

Commentaires : TM3 has pushed us to move with the times and yes we needed that push. It has allowed us reach a wider market with online booking features. It has pushed us to move outside our comfort zone in a positive way into the digital and technology features with online notes and payments.

Avantages :

Appointment scheduling has been made alot more accessible for both the practitioners on the move and our clients via online bookings. Emailing receipts to clients and quick access to patient portals to view their appointment history is a major plus. The waiting list system has provided flexibility of clients to choose their own appointment times.

Inconvénients :

Unfortunately for a certain cohort of clients they can cancel without direct contact with clinic at short notice meaning we have to be sharp in keeping a constant eye on emails to practice and nofiying the individual practitioners. Online support via chat feed can be slower response than we would desire at times but we are understandable of times we are in with staff working from home. Together feature and TM3 support articles does alleviate this issue.

Commentaires : Awkward when working, awful support when not

Avantages :

Not much really. as a diary its ok but there are cheaper versions of those available

Inconvénients :

Clunky, not intuitive. can't read previous notes while writing another. Support desk is useless

Vital to operations

Avantages :

The online diary with booking and automatic reminders and confirmations save me a lot of admin time. Frees my time up to spend with patients rather than answering phones etc. The ability to edit a large amounts of the templates for case histories and treatments.

Inconvénients :

I miss a lot of the 1 touch features of TM2. It really does save a lot of time. I also wish that the highlighter button floated up and down with the notes. In a long first patient appointment there can be a lot of scrolling up and down to select and deselect the highlighter tool.

Hi Donal, Thanks very much for the great feedback. Great to hear TM3 is so vital to your business! We have started to improve features which some of the smaller features in TM3 that they enjoyed in TM2. I'm happy to say the highlighter scroll will be adjusted in the next release!

The Keep Clinic

Commentaires : Satisfactory. Transition across from PPs was well supported, but data migration was poor, so there was a need for much replication initially. We are a relatively new business, so the system and data is helping to shape and decide direction, and analysing activity has been a real boon. We are growing to appreciate TM3 as our knowledge of the system grows.

Avantages :

The activity analysis and reports. Making appointments. Registering new patients.

Inconvénients :

Difficult for me to distinguish activity in multiple clinics at a quick glance when viewing the daily calendar. Moving between multiple patient's clinical details. Viewing attached clinical files and documents need to download and view adding additional steps.

A good decision to switch to TM3

Commentaires : The decision to move to TM3 was a good one - the team are a pleasure to work with and nothing is too hard for them to investigate/ discuss.
Use of the system is logical, which helped with compliance.

Avantages :

I had the pleasure of working with a hands-on implementation team: always available and it wasn't a simple database to bring across! The training for both admin and practitioners went smoothly, with the system being very logical, so easy to learn. Our company as a whole have been very compliant, embracing the new system with relative ease (having used the old one forever). Day to day tasks of TM3 have been an easy switch and the diary management so much more straight forward than what we had previously. We look forward to exporting more data outcomes and using these for the industry as a whole.

Inconvénients :

The hardest transition has been the Classes feature: we run so many a week and its quite clunky for both admin and practitioners, plus the reporting wasn't readily available so we've had bespoke reports made. Speed can be an issue with a database as large as ours but this has been taken on board by the team at TM3 and is being investigated.

Easy to Use and Operate Accurately

Commentaires : Anytime I've encountered a problem, the TM3 support team have been amazing. I would recommend this software to others and rate the customer service as exceptional

I like the fact that I can record everything related to a customer accurately and with ease

Sometimes it does have glitches but the Customer Service Team are amazing and are able to fix things with ease

The accessibility and ease of use is fantastic whether in clinic or home visits

Inconvénients :

Not being able to scan documents directly into records (like you could in TM2)

Hi Russ, Thanks for your feedback. At present uploading a scanned document into TM3 is a little different to that of TM2. However, we are working on some functions to make clinics truly paperless. This may actually mean you forego the need for scanning altogether! We'll keep you posted!

Commentaires : Scheduling and cancellation tracking have been great benefits

Avantages :

Very good for scheduling & diary management. Easy online access ensures working from home flexibility. Customer service is responsive to queries.

Inconvénients :

Patient record keeping / SOAP notes do not offer anything over and above the competitors

Commentaires : Great overall experience just a shame about the techy bugs.

Avantages :

Cloud based - work from anywhere. Account managers very friendly and staff always happy to help.

Inconvénients :

all the bugs that keep cropping up. Feels like I'm spending more time in a week waiting for support to answer buggy issues than working on my business - I'm promised this will get less.

Commentaires : Never had a any issues. It takes a while to learn all the different features but once everything is set up it runs smoothly

Avantages :

How easy it is to amend notes templates and great customer service

Inconvénients :

It’s is expensive compared to other software out there. With the increase of prices to add practitioners and locations it does not give encouragement to expand and try out new locations. We do ovcasional pop up clinics in other locations and have chosen not to use TM3 booking system for these pop ups due to cost

Commentaires : Love the fact that we can see each other diaries and make appointments for each other. It's lovely to be able to have my diary with me all the time on my phone.

Avantages :

I use this app mostly for the diary features and patient recording . As a license user I love the way we add each individual patient and the ease of making the next appointment. Plus it's easy to add notes and keep records

Inconvénients :

I find it difficult to add the individual addresses . I have to go down to additional info . Surely this is important and not additional? We do clinic and home visit treatments so it would be handy to be able to see their address in the actual diary . Also we each have our own mobile phone numbers but the text message reminders can't be sent from each practioner. We have put our numbers on the text but people are getting confused and try to reply to the text .

Too different from tm2 not as user friendlu

Commentaires : Set up was rushed.

Avantages :

Clinikal notes are easy to use. Receipts emailing also good

Inconvénients :

Sold its like tm2 its a new package I could of got off another business dies not feel like tm2. Screen face has 24 hr clock. Reports are different. Help line has long q. Booking online says prices start at a certain price which makes people paying full price feel like there being overcharged.

A change in the right direction

Commentaires : TM3 is great, as it can be used both on our desktop computer and my personal laptop, so it is easy to gain a quick oversight of my clinic no matter where I am. I think what sets this private practice software apart from the rest, is the level of detail and functionality available. The software can do almost everything, apart from treat patients. We particularly like the reports - they help us locate areas for growth ... and we love the colourful graphs.

Avantages :

The software can be used on desktop and on tablets etc The level of functionality Support and training The look of the software is way ahead of other programs

Inconvénients :

The lack of clinical notes on the web side of the software - although I've been informed this is changing in early 2017.

Commentaires : I am a sole practitioner so I use TM3 for many admin functions. It is great for keeping track of payments, invoices.
I don't find the clinical notes very easy to use.

Easy to use Able to use on any computer and ipad

Inconvénients :

The TM3 version is quite different to TM2.

Commentaires : Has been lacklustre to say the least. Would not recommend at all if you are counting on good customer service

Cloud based software allows us to access diary from anywhere

Inconvénients :

In transferring over we were promised training, inservicing and adequate customer support to ease the transition. All of this Has been non existent. Emails never answered. No way to call. Live chat unanswered. Frustrated is an understatement
