We were looking for an app just like this

Avantages :

We had used many invoice apps, and nothing did everything we needed until Square came out with their Invoice app. For starters, it is quick and easy to use, super fast to fill out an invoice. Once filled in, review and send in matter of seconds. You will be notified if the customer pays, if not, you can quickly send a reminder, and if they fail to pay by the due date, you will receive notification again. Keeps a running tab of total amount of invoices sent, what has been paid and what is still due. Super easy to customize with your own logo, and keep customer credit card on file for future purchases. It only takes a second to resend receipts and cancel invoices also. Highly recommended.

Inconvénients :

The only thing I can come up with, and I am being nit-picky here, is it would be nice to be able to swap out different logos for different projects. Not a HUGE issue though.

Avantages :

Ease of use! Love that the invoicing allows you to set dates finances are due, the analytics are seamless, and it tracks customers emails for you allowing you the added bonus and ability to reach out to customers if you wish. Love this Software!

Inconvénients :

All credit information is keyed in by customer - resulting in higher fee's. If you do find an error with the invoice, any changes are automatically emailed to the customer. I feel this could be annoying to customers receiving multiple unnecessary emails. There should be an option to prevent this from being automatically sent.

Commentaires : There are several features I need to make my business effort easier. I certainly need to spend less time with collecting money than I do making it.

Avantages :

Love the online invoicing capabilities it has so far. Love the phone app so far.

Inconvénients :

Relationship between app and online web access need major connection improvements. Editing capabilities of the line item in invoice statement need to be editable.........

Best tool that I own on my phone

Avantages :

I like how I am able to complete transactions/send invoices right there on my phone without making a trip to the bank

Inconvénients :

I honestly dont have any cons about this product. It has helped me tremendously with my business. Overall great product.

Amazing, easy and effecient

Its easy, its quick and most of all, i can send invoices right from my phone. It's absolutely the best!

Commentaires : I am using the invoices to manage deliveries and payments for baked goods

Avantages :

Invoices are easy to create, copy and update.

Inconvénients :

I cannot edit an invoice after it’s been marked paid. This is really a problem if it’s been marked paid in error. It’s also impossible to mark a partial payment in an invoice. I have a customer that makes partial payments and that’s forcing me to keep the invoice in an overdue state until it has been paid in full.

LOVE this software!

Avantages :

With the type of invoicing we do as a social media marketing firm, Square supports our needs. It is quickly, easy to use and keeps us highly organized and looking professional

Inconvénients :

I would like to have more options for invoice designs. I found them to be a bit limited - but definitely not a "con" that would stop me from using this software.

Square is an excellent payment processor for all of my clients.

Commentaires : Great service, support, decent mobile apps and a robust tool to manage transactions for small-mid size businesses.

Avantages :

I really like how easy it is to setup recurring or one time invoices. Some of my clients pay via credit, others don't and Square makes it easy to mark any invoice paid even if it wasn't thru them.

Simple and Straight forward

Avantages :

We love using Square within our business because all of their software is so user-friendly. We use the Square Invoicing for our wholesale clients and it's made it even easier for them to pay their invoices online.

Inconvénients :

I wish Square invoices would sync with Quickbooks invoices since we use Quickbooks Online for the majority of our wholesale record-keeping.

Great, Easy Way to Get Paid!

Commentaires : I've been using Square invoices since they launched. I run a product-based business and using the invoice feature at wholesale trade shows has been amazing! I use the program on my iPad so I can quickly scroll through products with a buyer and select the items for their order. Since a lot of wholesale orders are not paid upfront, I can send the invoice in an email to be paid at a later date. I can easily edit the orders after the show and send reminders as the due date approaches.
On the buyer's end, the process is really simple. They receive an email with the itemized order and your customized note. With a click on the "Pay" button, they can quickly enter their payment information and submit--no need to sign in or create an account.
I loved that the processing rate for invoices was the same as running a credit card in person, but unfortunately, the rate increased in fall 2016. Because of that change, I direct customers to place orders through my online store instead, but I still can't beat the ease of use in the busy trade show setting, so I will continue to use invoices for that.

Easiest way to get paid

My clients love how easy it is to pay me, it is great not have checks laying around and it is really easy to check on the status of payment.

Inconvénients :

I do not love being charged the fee to process payments, but my clients really like not getting charged so I will keep using it

Square is a great program!

Avantages :

It is very easy to create, and send invoices. Square tracks invoices that are overdue or need paid. Very useful program to process credit card payments.

Inconvénients :

Overall, there are no major cons about Square. It is very easy to use and processing is very simple.

Commentaires : These are great. Wish there were a few more options, but for ease of use, value, and functionality, these are fantastic.

Avantages :

Easy to use. Can you either on desktop or mobile. Quick, fast and functionality is stellar.

Inconvénients :

No way to 'pre-schedule' invoices to go out automatically on a certain date. No way to schedule recurring invoices. Wish the system automatically numbered your invoices and allowed you to put them into pre-designed categories. Wish there were more options for designs, but the current version is fine

Amazing Perk of Square

Avantages :

I love how easy it is to use Square Invoices. All you do is put in the customers name and email, and the $ amount and then you can either email it to them, or even more conveniently you can copy a link to the invoice and text that to them. I use the texting feature most often these days.

Inconvénients :

The only aspect of Square Invoices that I would like changed is that they require you to put in an email address even though the invoice can be shared via text. It's an extra step to have to ask for the clients email address even though I end up texting them anyway. Hopefully that will change.

Easy to use!

Avantages :

Square Invoices is so convenient to use and I prefer it so much more to the regular Square App because it provides me exactly what I need - the ability to create invoices easily.

Inconvénients :

I do not have dislikes of this software because, unlike the regular Square app, this one is not bloated with tools that I will never use.

Great way to keep track of Invoices

Commentaires : Was able to keep track of my invoices with ease, just the cost was more than what I get with my package with Wix.

Avantages :

With this tool, you can keep track of what you have earned vs what you are waiting to get paid for/outstanding invoices. Helps you keep track of how much you are bringing up by different time frames.

Avantages :

It's easy to use. I can bill a customer anytime from anywhere from any device and I am.only charged a flat fee.

Inconvénients :

There really isn't any downside to using Square Invoices. If I had to come up with something I would say the fee for Invoices could be a little less.

Extremely helpful

Commentaires : As a therapist with many young adult clients from out of state, Square invoicing allows me to bill my client's parents and keep track of payments with ease. My only complaint is the higher cost Square charges for invoices and card on file, but with the ease of use it is worth it.

Avantages :

I liked the fact that you can create an invoice with payment processing integrated into it. You cannpersonalize your invoice and send with ease.

Inconvénients :

My experience was very bad! I run a website that offers services to my users and wanted to Move away from Paypal, however it was not a good experience. After my first sale, Square canceled my account and closed it, locking up my funds. It was weird because I refunds customer for What ever circumstance and Square in their infinite wisdom decided that I was Too risky. How?

Setting up and using Square was so easy.

Commentaires : I am able to invoice customers and email them directly from the software as well as record the payments there as well.

Avantages :

Easy to set up and to use. I am able to create an invoice for my lawn service company and email the invoice directly from the software. Once the payment is made it alerts me.

Inconvénients :

I can not find where there is a way to set up a payment reminder to be sent automatically to customers that have not paid after a set amount of time.

Best Quick Use Sales Product!

Commentaires : Allowed us to pull off sales at an event without a hitch! So great to be able to offer sales immediately.

Avantages :

Its easy to download and use no matter where you are. It extends the capabilities and allows you to sell no matter where you are.

Inconvénients :

There was a weird bug when I used where the items were not actually showing up but for the most part it was great.

Commentaires : I have only used this from the buyer side but love how easy it seems to work and that I get a receipt emailed straight to me. Very convenient!
