Suren le meilleur agent pour notre clinique
Avantages :
Le soutien technique de l'agent attitré a notre clinique (Suren) Beaucoup de disponibilité soit par courriel ou téléphonique Rien a dire, très belle continuité Ouverture en rapport d'adapter le support selon nos besoins
Inconvénients :
Pour l'instant je n'en ai pas Car le service a toujours ete hors pair
Pratique et intuitif
Avantages :
J'apprécie l'aspect pratique. Je peux utiliser clinicmaster tant au bureau qu'à la maison en conservant la confidentialité des données de mes clients. La facilité d'utilisation par les thérapeutes pour compléter les notes médicales est excellente.
Inconvénients :
Plusieurs mises à jour, fréquentes, qui offre des avantages, mais qui parfois modifie des fonctionnalités de base et nécessite quelques ajustements.

Avantages :
Facilité d'utilisation, très ''User friendly''. Le portail client et la prise de rendez-vous web est un atout majeur.
Inconvénients :
Comme le logiciel est basé sur un cloud, il y a parfois des ralentissements. Rien de majeur cependant.

Commentaires : Très bonne expérience. Nous sommes avec Clinicmaster depuis près de 20 ans.
Avantages :
Facile d’utilisation. Simple et clair. Visuel assez épuré.
Inconvénients :
Difficulté avec certains rapports de performance, rapport d’analyse comparativement avec le Clinicmaster antérieur.
Mise à jour - nouveau version CM Cloud
Avantages :
Mise à niveau dans la version Cloud car la version 8 était problématique
Inconvénients :
Formation non adéquate - nous avions l'impression que c'était une présentation du Cloud
Excellent support Technique
Avantages :
Le soutien reçu de [caché sensible contenu] a été excellent. Il s'est assuré que nous étions entendus et que nous étions à l'aise avec le logiciel. Son priorité était notre satisfaction et nous a aidé à continuer à utiliser le logiciel dans notre clinique.
Inconvénients :
Les petits bogues et les fonctionnalités manquantes mais apars ca, le logiciel est excellent.

Customer Service and Knowledge/Capability
Commentaires : It has been great for me. Special "Thank you" to[sensitive content hidden] for working hard to deal with some difficult issues caused by us. They are always nice about any issues that we bring to them. We also enjoy the variety of the reports available compare to some other software. The accounting knowledge of the Clinic master is more accurate and lined up with our accountant than the other software.
Avantages :
I had an excellent service coordinator [sensitive content hidden] who helped me transition from the old version to the new version.In my opinion, It is crucial to have a good support team to answer your questions when you are dealing with the new software.
Inconvénients :
Despite the time zone difference, most of the support team responded quickly. That is important for us.Because the new version is still developing, it can be challenging to re-learn the updated version after each update.

Commentaires : Overall great product, easy for staff and clinicians to use and navigate.
Avantages :
I liked the support we always receive. Very important to notify patients, and keep records of all our patients. I love that whenever I have an issue I can reach out to Methu and he will help me and goes above and beyond
Inconvénients :
It is very difficult to create something different that would be unique to our clinic/business. I can give a quick example I wanted to add place of appointment to include daycare since we service a lot of daycares; but we cant unless other companies make the same request and that's not fair given that we have our own ways of doing business

Avantages :
Seemless transfer of client and financial data from V8 to Cloud version
Inconvénients :
During set up we did not feel we had enough education to understand fully how the answers we were providing to questions we were asked by the onboarders would ultimately be used in the new Cloud system and how it was going to impact our day to day practise as well as reporting/data tracking once we were live. This lead to a very time consuming experience of trying to figure out where in the many reports that are in the Cloud the info pertinent to us could be found. We did not understand that changing to a Cloud format from V8 would have as many ongoing changes and "bugs" to deal with as we have experienced. Nor the potential for slow down of the system during times of heavy usage.
Clinicmaster made my life easier
Commentaires : Since Covid, I transitioned to a practice that has no staff. At first, I was worried if I could handle running a busy office with no staff. The ease of use, the patient portal and the automation take all of that stress away.
Avantages :
It has everything I need and they keep updating the system with improvements
Inconvénients :
Sometimes a product update removes a feature that I previously liked. If I let Clinicmaster know, they do their best to accommodate in the next software update.

24 Years with Clinic Master and it keeps getting better.
Commentaires : I've been using Clinic Master since 1999 (24 years). I've watched their software grow, adapt, improve and change all that time. I can honestly say that the Addatech/Clinic Master are obsessed with increasing value for the clinic owner. They have become a one-stop-shop for everything a clinic needs to do. I have compared their software to competitors and each time I do, my research shows me that if I switch to another software, I would have less report functions, I would have less value and most importantly, I would be losing valuable bottom line to online payment processors. Clinic Master offers great value overall and I only see this getting better as they continue adding features.
Avantages :
Clinic Master saves me time and money every year. Compared to other clinic scheduling and accounting software, Clinic Master offers better access to online payment systems with much more competitive interchange fees on credit cards. Clinic Master software keeps rolling out improvements, additional features and UI updates that reduce friction points and improve efficiency. We get more done, see more patients and we can do this with less human resources. The best part is that our patients/customers see this as a bonus.
Inconvénients :
They walked us through the onboarding system when we upgraded to the V10 Cloud version. Perhaps they could have a couple of instructional videos for patients/clients to watch so they can understand the full utility of the Patient Portal. That might be helpful.
5 Stars isn't enough!
Commentaires : I was nervous at first using a Clinical EMR to run my business...but OH BOY was I wrong. Clinicmaster allows business owners to truly have a customizable experience no matter which industry you work in. The ability to create treatment plans, in my case "Beauty Plans" gives me the edge against the competition! I am able to establish recurring visits for the different services I offer. Clinicmaster is truly YEARS ahead of all the software I was looking into.
Avantages :
Being a new business owner in the aesthetics industry I have been able to showcase all my services with ease. The client portal is BY far the most amazing part of the software! My clients adore the fact that they can see upcoming appointment, past invoices and book future appointments all from their own personal portal.
