The must have software for any reputable shop

Avantages :

The marketing module has already made up for the price difference and I’ve only sent out ONE marketing campaign text so far. This will most definitely boost my productivity, profitability and income for my business and family.

Inconvénients :

Doesn’t work very well on a phone which I use quite often because we’re a mobile mechanic service but that’s an easy fix with a tablet.

Commentaires : AutoLeap has made working here unenjoyable. The roll out was rough and after weeks of use, I am still struggling with many aspects of using AutoLeap.

Avantages :

I can see some potential in the product, however the program is not yet helpful, as many updates and improvements still being made are slowing the real time performance. Roll out was too soon. Difficult and time consuming to use.

Autoleap is AWESOME!!

Ease of use on a daily basis. The ability to make estimates, invoices and prices of everything you need into one makes it very easy to use. Saves a lot of time from simply calling.

Inconvénients :

Switching from manager to technician when your the same person. If it's 2 different people it would be great.

Great auto shop management software to streamline a variety of operations.

Commentaires : Auto Leap is a very intuitive software, easy to set up and offers an amazing support team that are always there to provide guidance through any issue. Their live chat is extremely helpful and quick to assist. Auto Leap is very efficient at ordering parts and creating estimates. Also, it streamlines communication between the techs, service advisors and customers. I would definitely recommend Auto Leap!

AutoLeap implementation

Avantages :

Have only begun to use but the system is very thorough and well thought out. Literally start to finish all aspects of the repair process are covered.

Inconvénients :

There are a number of entities within autoleap's system that can be a bit confusing to keep track. Initially felt like drinking from a fire hose with so many emails, links, and videos.

THE THING I PERSONALLY LIKED THE MOST WAS THE AUTOMATED MESSAGING SYSTEM THAT AUTOLEAP HAS. IT MAKES THINGS FASTER/EASIER IN EVERY CATEGORY IN OUR SHOP! WE CAN ALSO TYPE UP OUR OWN MESSAGE TO A CUSTOMER AND HAVE A WHOLE CONVERSATION THROUGH TEXT IF WE WANTED OR NEEDED TO!

Auto leap is by far better than any others

Inconvénients :

Paying for it wish it was cheaper but it is cheaper than others. The motor portion could be better

Commentaires : Overall a great experience and was impressed with the product as well as the ever so important on-boarding support . We were planning to launch / pilot autoleap at one shop and wait 6 -12 months to roll out to our 2nd larger shop, however after 2 weeks of running live, we are about to start rollout at shop #2 shop within the next 48 hours

Avantages :

The live support / on-boarding they provided was outstanding. [sensitive content hidden] was always available and patience to answer all of our questions. Anything he couldn’t answer, he was sure to get back to us in a timely manner.

Inconvénients :

There are some limitations which might be shop / country specific, however they appear to be constantly working on enhancements and improvement. Specific example of this would be some issues with reporting sales taxes (breaking them down for reporting).

AutoLeap keeps us organized

Commentaires : AutoLeap customer service was extremely easy to deal with. They went over the pricing and everything with me and easily signed me up and set everything up. Our implementation consultant [sensitive content hidden] was fantastic and answered any questions we might have had immediately as well as checked in with us weekly to see how we're doing with the system. There is a training class you go through which was super helpful and I was using AutoLeap to its fullest within the first week.

Avantages :

Love how AutoLeap has everything we need featured within the system. It is extremely easy to put together an estimate and send it to the customer. One of my favorite features is the e signature. We have reduced our paper usage with this feature and its fantastic because it keeps all the signed documents organized within the order for easy access. It makes the car drop off/pick up process very smooth as everything is signed and ready to go already. It is also very easy to input the vehicle info with just a VIN or plate which is so convenient as I don't need to manually enter a vehicle.

Inconvénients :

I believe AutoLeap still has a lot of features they can add or improve, but they are on their way to doing so. While the estimate/invoice process is easy, it is a bit hard to see the final total as you have to scroll down for it instead of it floating on the side for you to see. Small things like that that can easily be improved though and I believe they will update all that in the future.

Commentaires : Greetings, I have been searching for a shop management software for a while. When I saw Autoleap, I was intrigued. I requested a test drive, they were very responsive. I was set for a trial and talked to live people every step of the way. It is not a cheap option but so far it is worth every penny. Price... It is not the cheapest option out there but so far it is worth every penny.

Commentaires : Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience. Our onboarding person was amazing, and their live chat support is responsive and helpful. Despite the lack of some features on our wishlist, we have found the software essential to the success of our business.

Avantages :

The best part about AutoLeap is getting all the features you need to run your shop effectively and efficiently. Their all-in-one approach gives you functionality and features through almost all of the customer lifecycle.

Inconvénients :

Lack of API integration: This is important because AutoLeap is NOT a customer acquisition software; it is for shop operations, and it should focus on that. Having an API would allow for integration with other purpose-built marketing platforms for that use case. Lack of bring your own number or voice integration: The SMS texting feature built into AutoLeap is handy, but it creates a customer experience issue as there are no voice integration options. If someone calls the number, they get a generic "not in service" announcement. It would be of use to at least allow for forwarding of those calls to your shop's number.

I use AutoLeap to manage my customer relationships. It saves all my customer data, which allows me to easily communicate with them. I can also interrogate the data with other programs, which is very helpful.

Commentaires : We are definitely happy with our overall experience. Not everything has been smooth, but a lot of that is due to having had the same software for about 10 years and migrating all of the data over was pretty complicated. AutoLeap has been especially impressive in being willing to work with us on specific issues/software limitations that made our workflow a huge struggle, and we are definitely happy with the service that we have received on that front.

Avantages :

I think the best part of AutoLeap is that it is much more intuitive than most of the other software options. There are things that make a lot more sense than our previous software like having the ability for customers to defer services and having record of what they chose to move forward with and not move forward with, being able to collect approval signatures on estimates, and everything being in a singular software.

Inconvénients :

The workboard management/assigning is difficult with the size/work volume, and Payrix has been a very glitchy and unimpressive merchant to work with.

Gives the little guy Big guy tools to compete

Commentaires : Transformative is the word I would use to describe Autoleap. I believe that now I have all the tools to succeed in managing a shop. Now if Autoleap could only make a version of me, I would know I could succeed. What I mean is if I fail now, I only have me to blame. Maybe this observation should have been put in the Cons, Ha! I am sure my Shop will do well as long as I keep on top of the Autoleap program. It really is a life saver for Shop Management

Avantages :

Starting out any business is difficult, demanding, and intense. Autoleap gives the little guy just starting out a virtual office assistant to manage Customer data, vehicle data, parts ordering, parts purchasing, estimates, scheduling of work, invoicing, payment processing, and internet presence. When the co owner is doing repairs on vehicles he is also using Autoleap to order parts, get estimate approvals over text or email, and schedule service for the days of the week. No more scraps of paper or questions wondering - hey did we order the parts for the suspension job on the Subaru?- Autoleap has all the data saved and easily accessed to organize the entire workflow. Yes, but how does an Ape with a computer learn all of these processes? Surely it must be a steep learning curve. Nopes. The Autoleap Orientation team walked us through every possible function of the software until we knew what we were doing. Fortunately we were using the software as we went thru the orientation, so we organically had questions and were working through discovering more functions as we learned more about the software. The Autoleap team is extremely attentive and answer all questions quickly and courteously. The help bar in the Autoloeap Dashboard actually is useful. The help desk attendants were also always on call and ready to train us Ludites on all functions without giving us a mental breakdown or furling our brows in total frustration.

Inconvénients :

The thing with this software is that its new, and constantly evolving. If I did have a complaint it would probably be fixed before you read this. So far we have not had any negatives, and are reaping the benefits of a company that caters to their own needs as they arise in problems.

AutoLeap User Experience

Commentaires : My overall experience has been great, at the technical level, it is far more superior than i expected when i decided to start the service, the customer service from the members that assisted me with this transition have been great. [sensitive content hidden] in particular went beyond my expectation in ensuring I learn the system efficiently and had a good experience from the beginning.

Avantages :

I love the interface that it provides the shop. It brings a level of professionalism that attracts new customers, and provides customer experience that makes them feel we are at the top of our industry, in particular, most of the shops around us , do not have these features and it has separated us and brought a the level I expected the service was going to provide in my shop.

Inconvénients :

I have not yet been experience any struggles that aren't considered normal as the interface is complex and requires to pass a high learning curve to take advantage of its full capabilities, the customer service support is very responsive and has given the solutions Ive needed when I came across issues using the product.

Streamlined and simple

Commentaires : Overall, I think the software is going to be very beneficial and I can see how it will improve the business and I like how streamlined the process is.

Avantages :

Once we had our Account set up. It was easy to create quotes for customers and receive authorizations quickly. It is also nice to see all of the reports available and keep track of our technicians.

Inconvénients :

It was a lot of work to set up and it took us a while to get fully comfortable and confident with using the software.
