Avantages :

Ease of use.. SMS templates.. chat bot feature.. call recordings

Inconvénients :

Settings UI could be a bit more user friendly.. but not hard to learn

I can't think of anything major. They are constantly making improvements and listening to their customers.

Commentaires : Overall the communication has been awesome and everyone is super helpful. The app I'm on the fence about. As of now I'd say it's making my day to day harder and not easier.

Avantages :

The automated responses and review request.

Inconvénients :

Not being able to integrate contacts from my phone to your system. Phone call issues.

HANDS DOWN BEST ZIPWHIP REPLACEMENT for small business

Commentaires : We used Zipwhip until it shut down, and I have to say that after over 30 demos from other companies we finally ended up trying Emitrr. I was mortified to switch from Zipwhip, it was so simple and easy to use. Most of the demos I tried for other companies were either way more complicated than we needed, wickedly overpriced for a small business, did not have a cell phone app extension (crucial for us), or their pricing schemes took a PhD to understand. What is nice about Emitrr is that you can start with just texting if that is your primary need, the other features are on the side panel and out of the way if you don't want to use them initially. The agents I spoke to were intelligent, knew their product, listened to what we needed, and were straightforward. I must have spoken to 30 salespeople of other companies and while many were acceptable, few were exceptional. The transition was fast fast fast and absolutely painless, others told me we would be down anywhere from 48 hours to a week! (most said 48 to 72 hours). We were not down a minute.

Avantages :

The transition to Emitrr from Zipwhip was so seamless that it was unbelievable, including our custom templates. They do all the prep work for the transition behind the scenes so there was--in our case--zero down time when we switched. I cannot stress this enough. The user interface is very similar. Customer service is exceptional, absolutely exceptional. There are customizable "folders" you can also assign conversations to, there is an "Open" and "Closed" designation so that messages can be moved over once you have replied so that you can easily see which ones are still pending, you can flag a message with an identifier that you can customize such as "New Client" or "Urgent", you can assign conversations if you have users, (or not!), and initially if you JUST WANT TEXTING they will do this for you. There are internal notes you can write within the conversation on the message board that the client never sees to help communication among staff, and it saves all conversations in the cloud so you can see what a person sent you last time, an automatic conversation history! This is a major advantage over Zipwhip. They also have signable forms, payment options, social media integration and you can also attach .pdf's (multiple pages to a text!!! The client gets them as a "scrollable" document on their phone!!!). You can also send long SMS texts if you need to without getting cut off, for us this is invaluable. Also there is a cell phone app if you need after-hours services!

Inconvénients :

Emitrr needs to work on a few things. If you print a conversation for a medical record for instance, it is not currently possible to select just the current conversation, it will pull up all of a client's previous interactions with you. There are work arounds if you are good with .pdf's but it is time consuming. Also when these are printed, currently the photos are not included. The button labeled "send" should say "compose or write", this has confused a few employees until you get used to it. Finally, it is quite a bit more expensive than what we had in the budget for texting but at least we are extremely pleased with the service and see how we can use it more fully in the future.

What I like most about Emitrr is the customer support and constant willingness to update and change to our business needs.

Inconvénients :

The email campaigns could be more like the text campaigns. But I'm sure those updates are coming!

I love that the team is very responsive and always keeping me updated when I have any requests.

Inconvénients :

I wouldn't necessarily say this is a con, but Emitrr is constantly evolving. So let's say a feature isn't available today, it may in a few months. However, I would say it's more on a pro because they always strive to improve.

Best Solution for Patient Interaction

Commentaires : Emittr’s on boarding was superior to other texting software companies. We found the platform to be user friendly for clients and internal staff. The live chat feature on website is outstanding.

Avantages :

The software has all capabilities our team needs to exercise cutting edge strategies for clients.

Inconvénients :

The only issue our team had was uploading telephone numbers from our CSV file but this was fixed instantly by Emittrs team in our Excel file.

Some features are clunky to use, automatic responses are lacking, and the number of clicks needed to move around, but Emitrr is making changes that address all this

Avantages :

This software is excellent for texting our clients custom or automated messages and we can clearly engage with them

Inconvénients :

One thing I would recommend to add is to have messages pop up on the computer itself and not just in the window, but I believe they are working on that!

We love Emitrr!

Avantages :

We used Zipwhip and we're freaking out once we heard they were shutting down. I searched for hours for a new platform to use and came across Emitrr after about 20 calls with other companies. Emitrr is so easy to use, and gives us exactly what we need for mass texting. Their support team is amazing, quick, and always helpful!

Inconvénients :

A few features could be improved upon. But support is open to suggestions. Most feature suggestions I've had, have been implemented in to their platform.

Customer Service that you must offer to clients!!!!

Avantages :

The communication and customer service they offer, they listen to my concerns, fix any issues immediately, always great customer service, I have not stop making money even when I can not answer the phone.

Wish they would have a microphone to text when we are driving of can't write.

Emitrr is user-friendly, an intelligent design

Avantages :

I love how simple the design is. Everything is very intuitive and easy to navigate. I appreciate that everyone in our office can see the messages that are sent, and that they can even be assigned to certain parties. We are able to work more quickly and efficiently due to this, if someone sees the text come in first, they can handle the response immediately.

Inconvénients :

The only complaint I have is that the yellow color does not contrast very much with the white, so sometimes it is a strain for my eyes to make out. It is a small problem though, as I do enjoy the bright color.

Easy to use and great value

Avantages :

Emitrr was super easy to set up and use. We have not had any issues with Emitrr after we switched. The low price made it an easy decision to use Emitrr and we are very happy with our choice.

Inconvénients :

We only use the SMS functionality. It would be good if we could customize the settings and dashboard to eliminate all the other settings that we are not using to eliminate confusion with our employees.
