It just works!

Commentaires : Overall very positive. The service works like I need it to, the customer service is amazing, up-time is great, and changes made seem to be well thought out and well, not just changes for change sake.

Inconvénients :

The worst I can say about it is that I have not found a native dark theme. No big deal as I use Dark Reader Chrome add-on and I love how it looks.

Avantages :

this is an easy software to navigate while using other screens

Inconvénients :

it lags when I am trying to reach a patient I cannot instantly hear them and they cannot hear me which causes them to eventually hang up.

Avantages :

I like that I can use it on the phone as well as my computer. I can call guests and owners from my cell using my work phone number.

Inconvénients :

I don't really have any complaints. We've been using it for a while and haven't felt the need to switch.

Commentaires : Our experience with Emitrr has been very good, no complaints.

It's very easy to use and the developers and team have an incredibly efficient and fast response time.

Inconvénients :

I wish you could search all of our conversations for phrases or key words to find important past text messages quicker.

How easy it was to set up, every message has been going out (which was a problem we had with chiirp), everyone has been very helpful, and its super easy to use.

Inconvénients :

Just that there's no way to send reminders for estimates. That would help us a lot, because now i am manually sending them out everyday.

Commentaires : AWESOME. I would recommend to anyone looking for a messaging platform. Especially love having a text friendly retail number that is the SAME as the number we've always had.

Avantages :

I LOVE Emitrr. The support you get is wonderful, the app is easy to use and they have been incredibly responsive. As a small business, we needed a messaging platform that wouldn't break the bank and this meets all our needs (and then some) without making us feel overwhelmed. We came from Podium (had a terrible experience with them) and feel so valued at Emitrr!

Inconvénients :

Having a bit of trouble migrating our reviews over - but Emitrr is ready & willing to help.

Real time communication made simple

Commentaires : Great. One of the best communications tools that I have used.

Avantages :

Appreciate that my internal team can see all messages going back and forth between field staff. It enables us to comminate the same message and support one another when even when we are working in different roles.

Inconvénients :

Not being able to set up or add someone to at tag or team when creating the profile. Also would like the ability to upload multiple forms to a secured message. So the user on other end only needs one code to view documents, and so internal staff does not have to combined file first.

Commentaires : In a world where people rarely answer phone calls, texting through Emitrr allows for effective and efficient communications with our customers. I cannot imagine operating our business without it!

Emitrr makes it easy for our team to communicate with our customers via text messages. We love that everyone has access to see and respond to customer communications. We use it in the office daily and our technicians also use the app in the field so that all communication comes from the office number and customers do not get their personal phone numbers.

Inconvénients :

I cannot think of any cons with Emitrr. When we have had any issues or questions their customer support team has been quick to get us an answer!

Avantages :

I love that we can set reminders to each individual person, set campaigns for larger messages, assign conversations to other coworkers, and have multiple templates ready to send. These are all time saving services for us. Also, the customer service is amazing! We had a major tech issue that was resolved in less than 3 days. They were very quick, concerned, and professional.

Inconvénients :

Because we have so many past messages and so many phone numbers, it takes a long time for the conversations to populate when searching in all conversations.

Commentaires : The program is fantasic but the customer service is where they shine. The suppoert staff is always available and clarifies every concern.

Avantages :

I've tried quite a few SMS and email marketing platforms and Emitrr is by far the least expensive and very user friendly.

Inconvénients :

The email portion could be expanded to store templates.

Avantages :

I love that it was so easy to get set up in all 5 of my offices. They took the time to meet with each team to get them set up and comfortable with the process.

We love Emitrr!

Avantages :

We used Zipwhip and we're freaking out once we heard they were shutting down. I searched for hours for a new platform to use and came across Emitrr after about 20 calls with other companies. Emitrr is so easy to use, and gives us exactly what we need for mass texting. Their support team is amazing, quick, and always helpful!

Inconvénients :

A few features could be improved upon. But support is open to suggestions. Most feature suggestions I've had, have been implemented in to their platform.

The best texting app we have used thusfar

Commentaires : It has just been great! No other way to describe it.

Avantages :

The auto-reply, Review Request, and Mass messaging are essential for our business and Emitrr handles all of this flawlessly. It was extremely easy to import all of our old contacts and start with our same number, but a more fluid app.

Inconvénients :

My only complaint would be the number format, and that is not a real problem. I am just used to having parentheses around the area code.
