Avantages :

the idea and theory behind the reputation management and social media is good. Also, review surge thing to get more reviews is good

Inconvénients :

However, it just didn't do anything for us. the social media didn't attract anything and was boring and basic and corporate looking; no engagement. The review surge didn't gain reviews like we thought. And the review notifications are good, but we already get those anyways. Also, we would have our account manager changed monthly, high turnover or reassigned? It lacked consistency and their communication among the company didn't seem the best.

Hitting the Mark in Digital MARKeting.

Commentaires : We are solving how to be a part of this new Digital Retail environment, considering we've done print for so long this is something still new to us. The people and software that Digital Air Strike offer us makes it easy to put out fires, metaphorically, and solve problems while still letting us focus on our customers.

Avantages :

It takes some of the pressure off of us to focus on figuring out Digital Marketing. Instead of us having to work our way through and make contracts, Digital Air Strike gives us the data and assists in Social Media platforms where necessary. In a fun and comfortable digital environment.

Inconvénients :

The packages, it's hard to know what we get and what is available. The packages sometimes overlap, and while we think we got something it's not always clear as to what is available to us. Though other than that, it is straightforward and intuitive to use.

More than just Reputation Management

Commentaires : Extremely positive, they are actively helping us find solutions to problems we face daily.

Avantages :

The option to set it up and let the DAS team handle everything. They promptly reach out whenever I or anyone at the dealership needs to get involved.

Inconvénients :

Set up is a bit complication but their team handles most of that. I am not a big fan of how they package products together instead of offering an a la carte option.
