Commentaires : We have grown as a company post Covid closure and BB has helps us tremendously.

Avantages :

Its is built on a modern platform with a very professional look. Ball Button clearly understands the complexity of our industry and has provides many solutions that have helped tremendously. It has expedited all of our processes.

Inconvénients :

Change is difficult for all business. Ball Button assisted us throughout this process. Due to regional differences (East Coast vs West Coast) we have different names for certain activities. It was challenging to understand and label our activities with the labels in BB. All was learned and corrected in a short period of time.

Commentaires : My experience with the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been nothing but positive. I can’t recommend him and ballbutton enough!!

Avantages :

Easy to use. Quick. Accessible on phone, laptop, and iPad. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and support team are ALWAYS there if anything came up. Payment system is integrated within platform.

Inconvénients :

Integration was very simple, everyone had an easy time getting used to the new software. Nothing negative to report.

Feature Packed Reservation Software

Commentaires : The overall experience with BallButton has been great! The customer service is superb! Even though we have run into some occasional bugs with some features, their customer service replied immediately and fixed the problem quickly.

Avantages :

BallButton is easy to use but does take some time to get acquainted with all the features it provides. Having a club that has multiple locations with different hours and court layout, BallButton was able to accommodate our unique guidelines and regulations we have with our members to ensure fairness and efficiency.

Inconvénients :

Aside from some bugs in some of the newer features, there isn't too much to complain about. I do wish that some of the design elements would be geared towards other racket sports as well since it is mainly focused on tennis.

We haven’t come across any pitfalls that haven’t been fixed or dealt with.

Inconvénients :

None really - slight learning with with anything new but haven't had any issues

Ballbutton the best software

Commentaires : The best software I have ever seen. Compared to my last clubs software which was a nightmare to use. Ballbutton is so much more interesting and easy to use and has futures that makes sense for the clubs to have. Some have absolutely no business in being affiliated with sports clubs.

Very easy to navigate, book, cancel, modify compare to the rest.

Inconvénients :

There is nothing to mention. Everything is very well implemented and easy to use. There is nothing missing that you may need later.

Ballbutton hits a Winner

Commentaires : The overall experience has been stellar. Now that our clientele has been using it for a while, they are able to schedule tennis and paddle courts with great ease. Tech support responds promptly and professionally and is able to address any concerns.

Avantages :

Easy to implement Outstanding Customer service, support and training Web and mobile apps Amazingly easy to schedule courts

Inconvénients :

It took a while for our users to become accustomed to the software, but that was due to lack of familiarity by our users with scheduling this way.

Ballbutton Solves a Challenge Well and Simply

Commentaires : Ballbutton solved a big scheduling problem for our club. Now we worry about playing, not scheduling.

Avantages :

We are a simple club organization. Ballbutton does everything we need simply and in a relatively user-friendly way. Excellent feedback from our club members. Ballbutton management has been extremely collaborative and very supportive.

Inconvénients :

Nothing to speak of. Every minor glitch or issue has been speedily addressed by Ballbutton's management.
