SurveyMonkey simple efficace et pratique

Commentaires : Mon expérience globale a été positive.J'ai constaté que je l' utilisais plus fréquemment que je ne l' avais prévu, qu'il fonctionnait bien comme outil d' analyse pour suivre nos enquêtes et qu'il était simple à entretenir .

Avantages :

Depuis quelques années , nous avons intégré SurveyMonkey et l' utilisons pour gérer toutes nos campagnes. Simple à utiliser, efficace et facilite la planification et la maintenance de listes et d'ensembles de données volumineux .

Inconvénients :

Le seul vrai problème avec SurveyMonkey Enterprise est qu'il faut un certain temps pour s'habituer à l' interface .Depuis que j'utilise SurveyMonkey depuis un certain temps, je peux répondre rapidement à des enquêtes efficaces par moi-même, mais ce n'est pas toujours aussi simple.Il faut un certain temps pour s'y habituer , mais je pense personnellement que si vous l' avez utilisé plusieurs fois, il pourrait s'agir de l' un des meilleurs sites Web de recherche disponibles.

Avantages :

La gratuité est intéressante, attention de ne pas monter votre sondage avec les options payantes si ce n'est pas votre désir.

Inconvénients :

Comme nous ne l'utilisons que sporadiquement, chaque fois il y a une période d'adaptation. Ce pourrait être un peu plus intuitif

Avantages :

Great advertising begins with incredible programming, and that I think we've established our own. With SurveyMonkey, we've been prepared to contact a decent crowd for our counseling business and get a positive reaction too. we don't have a tremendous promoting group and do most stuff on-house, so relying on master programming as Mailchimp has truly paid off.

Inconvénients :

The email advertising didn't work week and SurveyMonkey had an excessive number of limitations consequently. SurveyMonkey had huge amounts of limitations on what you'll send which is the reason the product truly didn't chip away at my sake me.

Outstanding Feedback and Survey Management Tool.

Commentaires : I have had the best experince with the tool. We are able to handle any feedback with no challenge. With the tool we are able to enguage the clients and know where we are ailing. The benefit we have achieved with the tool is ability to retain high numbers of clients and scoring highly in CSAT.

Avantages :

My interaction with the tool has helped in collection of data and also collection of the customers feedbacks. The tool has features that helps us in managing both the positive and the negative feedback. The tool has an interesting dashboard that has well lableded functionality. Its easy to use and has a broad applicability in the business.

Inconvénients :

I feel that all the features that are needed to do meaningful task are included in the tool. Its a tool i would highly recommend to others.

Nothing special, expensive, and an oddly bitter customer support team.

Commentaires : Frustrating and unimpressive. I can't conjure a reason to choose SurveyMonkey over another tool, and would not recommend it to anyone. That would put my own credibility at peril.

Avantages :

I was able to create a survey with it. That's the extent of my "Pros" column.

Inconvénients :

So pricy for what you get, which is nothing unique or particularly robust. Literally any other tool will do everything SurveyMonkey does, and for an actually reasonable cost. And the customer service. I saw tons of negative comments on SurveyMonkey's customer service across different sites, and they are all accurate. One example: a co-worker left the company and left a surveymonkey subscription active without telling anyone. After 3 months I reached out to support and asked to cancel, and pointed out there was 0 activity in the account, and asked about a possible refund. They responded (after a week) with a very defensive, accusatory and borderline personally insulting email. An overpriced tool that's ultimately super basic, paired with aggressively-trained and downright mean customer service, should make anyone skeptical. And when there are so many other solid survey options out there, why risk it?

Commentaires : Using digital surveys instead of traditional methods of gathering feedback saved us loads of time, and improved the quality of feedback we receive.

Avantages :

SurveyMonkey Enterprise is the best survey software for our customers. They love taking our surveys, and they appreciate the insights we get from them.

Inconvénients :

The templates in SurveyMonkey Enterprise are a bit limited. There are a number of different templates to choose from, but they're all pretty basic. If you're looking for a more customized survey, you'll need to start from scratch. However, SurveyMonkey Enterprise offers a wide range of features that can be customized to fit the needs of any team or organization.

Commentaires : I have been using SurveyMonkey for more than two years. It is customizable and can easily be integrated to garner feedback from clients and employees. It is a practical solution and is easy to use.

Avantages :

SurveyMonkey gives me tremendous value for money and is packed with impressive features that gives me the bang I need for my buck. At my company, I mainly use this solution for Complaints Management and continuous improvement. I am able to monitor the progress of the investigation, root causes and corrective action. This enables effective management for customer satisfaction and customer engagement.

Inconvénients :

SurveyMonkey works well, however, it's data analytics can be improved to gain deeper insights from customers.

Avantages :

We utilize SurveyMonkey for many things in our HR Department, including but not limited to: Exit Surveys, Stay Surveys, Communication Surveys

Inconvénients :

They are very weird about logging in from multiple computers. it can become a headache when you login different ways.

Avantages :

Commentaires : Survey monkey is always a good tool no doubts. May be in the era of GenAI, a little improvements can really help.

Avantages :

the options that we get set the validation while creating the new question. Be it, an option button, multiple choice, rating scale etc

Inconvénients :

When we send a survey org wide, especially while running the internal satisfaction survey, it wont take the user name who is filling the survey by default unless the survey is sent exclusively to a set of people by entering their email IDs.

Easy to use and great integrations!

Commentaires : Overall, support is great and the program is easy to use. I would recommend to users. Although its meant to be used for more surveys- we use it for registrations as well.

Avantages :

Integrations like Zapier. Easy and intuitive to use. Easy to retrieve data from surveys. The optimizer helps a lot making surveys more streamlined.

Inconvénients :

That only 2 browsers can be used at the same time. We have an enterprise account where we have to buy "seats". Each seat is about $700 and only allows 2 browsers logged in a the same time. This is a high cost for for a small dept with a small budget so we can't afford to buy another seat. Also, with the way our browsers are set up, it never recognizes it so every time I log in, I have to send a 2-factor authentication to the mailbox. Closing surveys takes too many steps. Search for surveys is hard to search. There could be a better way to file surveys or label surveys to search.

SurveyMonkey almost Enterprise

Commentaires : Overall I was disappointed in the Enterprise features for a larger scaling organization, but impressed with the uptime and survey UIs that were customer-facing. It was very simple to create a new survey or poll and get it sent out to customers. We even used a 1-10 template to get baseline NPS from our customer base that was quite easy. If admin controls get up-leveled I would revisit this product.

Avantages :

I love the ease of setting up a new survey and seeing visual results in chart form.

Inconvénients :

There are not enough Enterprise features to call this Enterprise-ready. The most glaring thing missing is the ability to SEE and MANAGE surveys that are "out in the wild" as an admin. My team would constantly come to me asking if they could see the results of a survey a colleague had sent. I would have to send them to that individual because I couldn't even see IF it was sent. If that person was out of the office then we were out of luck until they returned. I was very frustrated by this.

Commentaires : Amazing to do large-scale surveys.
Once you close the survey and generate results, you will see how detailed everything is.
There's everything present like Respondents per category, individual category score, etc., which makes it very easy to interpret the results.

Avantages :

Amazing software for doing surveys. I like the vast amount of features that Survey Monkey has. From the option of putting in short answer questions to using checkboxes and stuff, this software has got everything.

Inconvénients :

I feel that the User-Interface is little tricky and it was little difficult to navigate things. Survey Monkey can make their UI more simpler.

Commentaires : An easy way to create and answer surveys that does not require a large time commitment .

Avantages :

The creation process is intuitive and the templates you get drastically reduce the time you need to spend on composing the questions .You can use both fixed and open ended questions and combine them in whichever way you want .

Inconvénients :

SurveyMonkey is expensive and it is debatable whether the fee is justified or not . Depending on the topic , the character limit on some boxes can be limiting .

Tried and True!

Avantages :

Survey Monkey has been around for a very long time, as far as survey software is concerned. They have kept their design simple and extremely user-friendly. Because of their longevity, Survey Monkey has learned various ways to export data that is conducive to analysis platforms. This saves the research quite a bit of time.

Inconvénients :

It has gone up in price over the years, and the "free" version has decreased in its overall allowances and functions. If you want the features I mentioned above, definitely spring for the paid versions. Unfortunately, the name can be off-putting for people who are not familiar with Survey Monkey. Clients may not take you seriously.

Commentaires : SurveyMonkey is powerfull yet easy to use. You can create all sorts of surveys. The basic ones but also more complex versions. The tool gets you covered.

Avantages :

The ease of creating a survey is superb. You can get a basic report, but there is also the possibility to dive in deeper. And the tool is quite flexible but still easy to operate.

Inconvénients :

The software provides you with a pop-up to place on your website. Unfortunatly this is a bit outdated and terrible experience for websitevisitors.

Commentaires : Overall, SurveyMonkey served our needs quite fully for getting data in a simplified, straight-forward manner, with no data privacy concerns ever being raised by our customers and respondents.

Avantages :

What I liked the most about using SurveyMonkey was the robust set of features that suited our feedback collection purposes quite comprehensively.

Inconvénients :

What I liked least about using SurveyMonkey was how the best pf their features, like the tracking and the best of their analytics; were all locked behind their paywall. This wasn't so good because for some of these features; we'd have been more confident to pay for them had we used them, even if it was a trial version.

Commentaires : In my company, we always use survey monkey. It's easy to use for administrators and we usually get good participation from staff because it's so user friendly.
