User Friendly!

Avantages :

I set up users montlhy on the ADP platform. I love that it is very user friendly and they have their own customer support when needed

Inconvénients :

Sometimes as a team manager, items can be unclear on what is needed but, through customer service I was able to get the clarity needed.

We use ADP at our job, and it makes clocking in a ease.

Commentaires : We have been using for some time now, and it's nice to be able to just pull up on cell and get everything at your fingertips.

Avantages :

It's nice they have an online mobile app.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes it freezes and can't get clocked in.

Serious Issues on Android Mobile App

Commentaires : Overall it is what one would expect from a professional payroll company - robust and timely. However, having such a glaring hole in services that not only doesn't work properly, but could directly impact the basic function of multiple business, combined with less-than-stellar loading times even on a fast connection, results in a less than ideal app experience overall. It definitely has room for improvements, especially in the submission of requests (and this as such is likely not the only bug in the software, only the one I personally was able to confirm and replicate).

Avantages :

It's a nice unified dashboard for all of your payroll information, including your time off accrued, and it has prompt notifications about payday and the amount (likely estimated, usually spot on accurate however) you will receive (showing both gross and net).

Inconvénients :

The paid time off request system does not properly submit on some Android phones, resulting in the request having to be redone from a desktop browser. This can be abjectly infuriating, not only for the rep in question, but also from a logistics standpoint and HR standpoint, as on the user end, it seems to have all gone through. There are also zero confirmation notifications if said requests are approved or denied, which would at least alert users if the request failed.

One man's opinion

Commentaires : Overall it was a great program to use for payroll, timecards, paystubs and w2's. I liked using ADP and hope that any future companies I work for use it as well. If not it will come as a highly suggested change from me.

Avantages :

The overall useability from the moment you start using the software is amazing. With so many of us working in the field away from the typical office / hospital setting , ease of use is BIG! ADP mobile solutions checked that box for sure.

Inconvénients :

When the internet or software is unable to connect to network your information is inaccessible. I wish that the app would save the last paystub or YTD information for when this happens so that at least basic information would still be available offline.

Great software

Commentaires : Great app!!! If I ever acquire a new job I hope they use ADP as well so I can continue to use this app!

Avantages :

Great software! Things were so different 20 years ago but software like this has made things so much easier and better. Dealing with finances is just so effortless now no need to contact countless people over minor things everything can be looked at on your phone now which makes life so much easier

Inconvénients :

I don’t like how are you have to go about resetting a password on this but I do understand security issues with doing so

Commentaires : I would not recommend using ADP. They're customer support is terrible and always slow at getting answers back on support tickets.

Avantages :

The app makes it easy to find pay stubs, tax docs and request time off.

Inconvénients :

I don't like the fact that you can't upload documents or e-sign docs to your employee profile using the mobile app.

The best app to view paystub & more

Avantages :

I enjoy seeing how much I am getting paid before my check arrives & I also love the fact that I can get my W-2 without hassle!

Inconvénients :

It’s a few things that need to be improved but I’m sure it will get worked out!

Great software for payroll and benefits

Avantages :

Very easy to use software with everything you need at your fingertips to access all of your payroll and retirement information. Also had an exclusive discount program, Lifemart, which had some great deals on things like rental cars, park tickets, and more.

Inconvénients :

I was unable to screenshot my own paystubs due to security reasons. Very minor inconvenience as you can download the entire stub.

User Friendly

Avantages :

This application is very easy to use, getting access to all information needed is very simple.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes when the application is not updated automatically, there are tabs that will disappear off the application.

A clunky attempt to make payroll accesible

Commentaires : This app falls short. When you first log in, display of ADP's tagline -- "Always Designing for People" -- flashes on the screen. But as a user, I feel the app wasn't designed with me in mind. The process of logging in for the first time was complicated and long. The app itself is hard to navigate and uses acronyms where simple language should suffice.

Avantages :

I work at a grocery store where if I want to look at my paystubs, I have to use a company computer. The other option is to download and use the ADP app. I like that the app gives me an option to look at my paystubs at home. It's a fairly straightforward process and I can find out things such as my pay, my contributions to my 401K and so on. I can also look at my year to date earnings and deductions. That's especially helpful cause I have more than one job and I often need to adjust my tax withholdings based on my income. I can also see and print my W-4s, which is always a plus.

Inconvénients :

The process of signing up for the app was incredibly complicated. My HR representative gave me two handouts and I spent a solid 30 minutes downloading and logging onto the app. The app has an option to look at the actual paystub and that's helpful cause the breakdown that the app provides is really confusing. There are acronyms I don't understand and the whole experience is more difficult than it has to be.

Easy way to know how much your paycheck is

Commentaires : Excellent way to keep track of the hours you work. This app shows exactly to the dollar how much you take home per check and it shows the amount of tax that was taking out. Highly recommend

Avantages :

Super easy to use. Keeps track of what your gross pay and take home will be. Records proof of income

Inconvénients :

Very few times it would log you out for not reason

Options that we had available seemed very basic, not a lot of reporting

Avantages :

It was a good basic app to get pay statements and see payroll information.

Inconvénients :

There did not seem to be as much analytics and features as some of the other apps. That could be the package that our company had, but once we switched we had much more available to us.

Great to view pay statement and print off tax information

Avantages :

I really like how easy it is to view your statement and then print off a PDF for tax purposes. It shows the breakdown of your whole paystub also.

Inconvénients :

I have nothing bad to say about this product.

This App is a Must-Have!!!

Avantages :

What I like most about using this app is that you get to see the breakdown of your paychecks on the app and it’s simple to see everything. It doesn’t look complicated and you don’t feel like you have to struggle to understand or find things. I also like that it’s easy to download W2s.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes when I log in I get a log in error even though I am using the correct login but I think it may just be a glitch.

My employer said we would be able to see how many vacation and sick days we have, but it is not available. So I have no idea how many days I can use.
