Commentaires : Je l'utilise tous les jours dans mes formations en conception Inventive, il m'est aujourd'hui indispensable.

Avantages :

Sa simplicité d'usage, sa capacité à absorber des tâches très complexes et pluridisciplinaires

Inconvénients :

Encore de belles marges de progrès pour absorber d'autres outils de la théorie TRIZ.

PICC : la solution pour innover plus vite

Commentaires : PII solution nous a permis, entre autres, de résoudre en seulement 1 moins un point technique bloquant dans un projet de recherche stratégiques de récupération de chaleur sur des produits massifs très chauds (1000°C). L'exhaustivité des solutions proposées permettent d'une part de résoudre ce problème de manière innovante et économique, et d'autre part de protéger notre entreprise de la concurrence en brevetant même les idées que nous n'allons pas utiliser.

Avantages :

La recherche et la mise en commun de toutes les connaissances disponibles sur le sujet à traiter avant de choisir les problèmes clés pour les résoudre est le point fort de PICC solution, et c'est ce qui le démarque nettement des autres produits d'aide à l'innovation. Les outils de résolution intégrés à PICC Solution sont une source d'inspiration énorme pour les séances de créativité visant à résoudre les problèmes identifiés.

Inconvénients :

L'accès à certaines des informations de l'entreprise est parfois difficile (mais, comptes-rendus de réunion) à cause des contraintes de confidentialités des informations personnelles.

Belle solution pour capitaliser ses connaissances

Avantages :

Visualisation des solutions pour chaque question/problème via le KMAP. Utilisation simple et intuitive. Productivité accrue par gain de temps pour trouver des infos et partage d’idées entre collaborateurs.

Inconvénients :

Comme pour beaucoup de logiciels d’IA, il faut un certain temps d’apprentissage au départ mais qui est relativement court ici car PICC «  apprend » des documents chargés très vite.

Utilisation du logiciel PICC - BERRY BRAMLAGE

Avantages :

Les outils codéveloppés avec PICC pour nos applications qualités et spécifiques à l'injection sont prometteuses et actuellement en phase de validation sur plusieurs de nos usines. Les points fort du logiciel sont sa facilité à capitaliser des informations, son aspect multilingue et la facilité d'accéder aux information capitalisées . Cela nous aide pour la standardisation, la formation et le partage collaboratif d'informations.

Inconvénients :

Je n'ai pas utilisé toutes les fonctionnalités ou modules du logiciel . La pertinence des traductions est encore à améliorer mais l'équipe PICC est à l'écoute et agile pour nous proposer des améliorations . Le logiciel n'est pas figé mais en constante amélioration .

PICC - Outil collaboratif

Avantages :

- Collaboration autour d'un même projet - Suggestions de solutions selon la méthode TRIZ

Inconvénients :

- Manque une fonction d'édition de rapport pour capitaliser le travail effectué

Une solution innovante et enfin orientée utilisateur pour le Knowledge Management

Avantages :

Une utilisation optimale des algorithmes d'analyse sémantique pour l'aide à la classification et à l'extraction de valeur de corpus de documentaire. C'est un véritable gain de temps. Une solution qui accompagne véritablement le processus d'innovation rationnalisée. Une visualisation en graphe d'une grande puissance.

Inconvénients :

L'absence d'une API pour l'injection de contenu en masse (même si le développeur est très réactif face à ce genre de demande).

PICC solution review

Commentaires : Overall I am very happy with this software. It helps me a lot in my work

Avantages :

This software makes it possible to capitalize human knowledge on a given subject. In addition, the automatic analysis of documents to identify problems and solutions and thus create corpora provides a very significant time saving.

Inconvénients :

What complicated with this software is to explain it to others. But when you start to use it, you see its great potential. It also lacks a user manual to know all the features.

Nice but difficult to deploy

Avantages :

Graphic formalization and capitalization of general data, good complement to brainstorming based on triz approach Ease of use, multi users, fast, multi supports

Inconvénients :

Picc is limited to an obsolete and basic approach of creativity support. No integration of the full power of the triz methods and no openess to Artificial Intelligence.

PICC for Predictive Maintenance

Commentaires : A real breaktrough to perform predictive maintenance based on pragmatic experience and IoT.

Avantages :

Leveraging on Industrial Internet of Things to gather data from tools on the product line based on MQTT protocol. Knowledge mapping at the beginning of the projects to identify the best instrumentation strategy. Help to take important decisions based on a simple problem solving approach.

Inconvénients :

Dashboard appearance dedicated to industry (in progress...)

Commentaires : I use PICC for TRIZ analysis and knowledge map for problem solving

Avantages :

It's an internet application it's interactive you can use it will all type of support , it's really usefull when your team is over the world

nothing to complain about it's a useful software

Honestly, I couldn't find any cons for the use of this software. I guess there are sure things to implement in the future, but this will come with more use of it.

Avantages :

This product can take a mass of unstructured documents and transform them into the core of you knowledge management system. Its AI understands your business, with a bit of teaching, and create gold out of archived documents.

Inconvénients :

This software to bring its full potential requires to be administered and embedded in the way the organization operates. This challenge to our daily operations was perceived by some Business units as too challenging at the time.

PICC review after a use on a project

Avantages :

This software is easy to use and is very intuitive. The software links article that show how contradictions that we identified have been solved in other science fields.

Inconvénients :

Every member of the project can change the answers and the link between them.
