"Really satisfied on making the decision of choosing TAP"

Avantages: easy to use and great complex custom scenario adaptability
seamless integration with the applications used for automation
very responsive and energetic support from Tailent

Inconvénients: Documentation could be improved but i understand they are working on it

"Automation is key to new day to day operations"

Commentaires: - Check-in process in hotel operation is smother and there is no human mistake involved.
- Bank statements automations - less human mistakes and perfect view of the accounts.

Avantages: I am a Hotel business consultant and these day with the new COVID virus and lack of personnel in the industry, I helped my customers find a new and great tool for their day to day operations. With Tailent Automation solutions, my customers had a great satisfactions as they are not subjects to human mistakes anymore in different part of their business.

Inconvénients: Not yet....everything is smooth until now and we have more than 4 years of collaboration.

"Surprisingly good!"

Commentaires: Istead of waiting for at least 6-9 months for the processes to be done by our colleagues, we were so surprised to see it work that good that fast. Literally blown away.

Avantages: We were unaware of the ease of use of the TAP Studio. This literally made us wonder what more can we get. Such a brilliant idea and the bot works great. Wow! I can really say we're starring at the future of business.

Inconvénients: I wish you guys can make more bots quicker. The industry needs it like air.

"Why should you choose TAP"

Commentaires: It is very cool to see yourself working double-time: one of you working throught TAP with all the unwanted but necessary task and another one of you developing meaningful customer relationships.

Avantages: The processes that can be automated will de covered by TAP and you will focus on what's most important: your main business. You can invest in making time for you.

Inconvénients: Not all the processes can be implemented straight-forward, but it seemed easier to implement in TAP that in other brands
