Avantages :

I haven’t come across an electronic signature platform easier to use than Blueink. They were able to help my company and myself become more efficient for a fraction of the price of their competitors.

Inconvénients :

I didn’t have any issues with the software that the customer support couldn’t help me with in a timely fashion.

Use it for my legal practice

Commentaires : Great experience. I've never had an issue with a document. It's very useful for many of my clients that have access to cellphones but not computers in getting documents signed.

Avantages :

Templates are easy to use and set up. I also like that I can send documents to be signed to a cellphone number.

Inconvénients :

I don't like that I can't name my bundles so that I know what matter the document relates to when I'm notified.

Won't Issue Refunds Before 30-Day Cancellation

Commentaires : Requested refund for unused service the day my billing debit posted to account. They denied me this request and said I must notify them 30 days in advance. Obviously they do not put the customer first and just want your money

Avantages :

Cheaper alternative to competitors like DocuSign.

Inconvénients :

No ID verification; it doesn't actually work. The user can use a photo of anything. Also no app support is a major disadvantage.

Great Electronic Document Software

Commentaires : I've had very few glitches with Blue Ink and I've submitted thousands of docs for signature.

Avantages :

Works quickly and well almost every time. When I have had a very few glitches from time to time, I can chat with tech service immediately to solve my problem.

Inconvénients :

I wish the names for each document were spelled out in each document name.

Blue is Best

Commentaires : the overall experience is good. Price, support service and consistency.

Avantages :

willingness to listen to the customer and improve the product

Inconvénients :

There are no outstanding issues at the moment. The communication to signers needs to inform the sender if the recipient did not open the request. At times it is challenging to get the signature request through firewalls.

Best e-signature program

Commentaires : BlueInk has been an easy process. We recently went digital with our forms and the response has been tremendous

Avantages :

Very user friendly. Simple to use on both sides...no complaints from clients

Inconvénients :

The only complaint or con may be that sometimes I have to go to my archive folder to find my templates

Great electronic signature product

Commentaires : Blue Ink allows me to get signatures turned around very easily for my job. I love it!

Avantages :

It is very user-friendly and you can re-send multiple times without having to re-type.

Inconvénients :

This program does not have issues. It is an easy product to use and provides MANY functions: signatures, dates, text, etc.

This program has been so easy to use and it lets me know right away when a team member has signed the document.

It took me a few minutes to figure out a few things, and I had to contact customer service which immediately helped!

Great Product and Support

Commentaires : My overall experience has been very positive. I prepared a couple demo documents and sent them to myself. They were received immediately and it was an easy experience to complete the required data fields, e-sign the document, and send it back. I got the signed document almost immediately and the experience was very positive.

Avantages :

I just started my company and was in need of an e-signature solution. I evaluated several other products and decided on BlueInk initially because of the reasonable cost and good feature set. The signup process was quick and easy and I was able to upload my document and create my editable fields in no time at all. I got a little confused while creating my internal e-signature and was not sure if I needed to create signatures for all my customers. I used the online chat feature and even though it was after hours, Seen responded and was able to confirm that my customers would create their own e-signatures and showed me the help article that cleared up my confusion. I am very impressed with the product and especially the support provided. I plan to purchase the paid version even though I might be able to get away with using the free version. Companies that provide feature rich affordable products and back it up with excellent customer service should be supported.

Inconvénients :

Too early to determine what additional features I might want but impressed that BlueInk cared enough to ask the question.

Forms and letter to sign

Commentaires : The bussiness problem we have solved is sending document in a bundle. With are last company we had to send individual documents which was much more costly. Our ecperience has been great.

Avantages :

Very impactful feature is the ease of bundling documents and ease of use.

Inconvénients :

I really at this time am not finding anything with Blueink that I do not like.

Daily User of 5-6 months

Commentaires : Invoices come back signed faster when someone signs up for the text option instead of the email. If the client is able to access the email, it seems to be more user friendly

Avantages :

The feature I like the most is the ability to send it to a cell phone and client's that are on the go or can't get the email to come through receive and sign instantly.

Inconvénients :

The template that we used wasn't able to be communicated to our system so we had to get an expert to come in and work on it for us. I would look into having multiple template options. Also, not being able to edit a bundle after it's been sent without copying the bundle and resending then having to delete the old one.

Does what we need it to do for a reasonable price

Commentaires : We are saving a lot of administrative time using BlueInk for the execution of our contracts and other documents. Our signers appreciate it as well as it saves them time and effort. BlueInk works as well as the more familiar brand of digital signature software out there and it costs much less. We are a small nonprofit with a small budget and are very pleased with the BlueInk features and pricing.

Avantages :

The product is very easy to use. The customer service has been great when we do have a question about a feature, but for the most part the software is intuitive and does not require a big learning curve.

Inconvénients :

The only feature we have found difficult for signers to use is the authentication piece.

Good Application and frequently improved

Commentaires : Electronic document signatures are a necessity in our business. BlueInk makes it easy to manage and collect signatures for our necessary documents

Avantages :

I like the customer service, the ID verification, and the frequent improvements

The items I disliked have been corrected and improved

Avantages :

BlueInk makes signing contracts so much easier and more convenient for my customers. I’ve only had great experiences with BlueInk, I’ll never use another company.

Inconvénients :

I honestly can say I’ve never had a bad experience with BlueInk & any question I’ve had has been easily answered by their support team within a few minutes of me asking.

Blueink has been a game changer

Avantages :

I love the affordability and functionality that Blueink provides. I was hesitant to initially move our operations to electronic signatures because of the overall costs. When I found Blueink, I signed up the free trial and I immediately realized that this was the solution I needed for my team and it was offered at the right price point. We now use Blueink daily and it has simplified our workflow. Most importantly, my customers love how easy Blueink is to use. Customer service has also been a joy to interact with. Overall, highly recommended!

Inconvénients :

We do not have any issues with the software or the support. Blueink delivered services as promised.

BluInk is Great

Commentaires : Blueink has been a very beneficial tool for our office. We no longer have to depend on children bringing paperwork back to us. It can be emailed and we are able to check to see if it was completed. No lost or missing paperwork!

Avantages :

Since COVID many parents prefer to teleconference for a meeting instead of attending in person. Prior to using Blueink, the documents would have been mailed or sent home with students and we waited for them to return or had to send them over and over again. Blueink makes this process so much easier. It is easy to use, can be sent by text or email, maintains data, and provides options for multiple signers of documents. I love it.!

Inconvénients :

I want the forms to be listed as they are signed in the order they are coming in. It is difficult to remember which ones you are waiting on when they are all filed back to the date on which they were sent. It would be much easier to keep up with the most recent ones signed if they were listed that way.

Blue ink user 2+ years

Avantages :

Blue Ink by far is the better e signature product. The User experience is excellent and usability for my clients is great as well. I know it’s safe and my clients feel the same. Love this product!

Inconvénients :

N/A I have no cons to using blue ink software

Easy to Use, Saves Time, An Excellent Addition

Avantages :

Special education requires a number of signatures on various documents. Blue Ink has allowed me to ensure I can easily get all the required signatures in a timely manner. This has also allowed us to continue to offer parents the option of not having to come to the school for a meeting, which they have indicated works best for them.

Inconvénients :

This may have been changed since I last needed it, but I do wish there was an option to change from portrait to landscape before sending a document. I've had no other issues that I haven't either been able to easily figure out or explained to me by BlueInk's customer service team.

The great alternative to DocuSign

It is very complex on a phone - the text is too small.

Best E-signature on the market

Avantages :

UI is very user friendly, my signers love it, Blue Ink as a whole and my account manager [sensitive content hidden] are always so friendly!

Inconvénients :

Getting the older employees to get on board with a paperless solution, even though it's super though it's super easy to use.

Makes my life much easier!

Commentaires : The two biggest positive changes are how much time I save completing the contract process and how quickly I receive the signed contracts back from the client.

Avantages :

I definitely appreciate how easy it is to use and how quickly I can get contracts out and returned (signed!) This has saved me so much time overall and the clients really like the fact they don't have to print/sign/scan and return anymore.

Inconvénients :

It may be a training issue on my part... but it would be nice if I need to make a correction to the documents that I could do that without having to create a new bundle. Even better if I could correct in Blue Ink application.

Simple to Use

I love being able to send a document electronically and get a response almost immediately. Very easy to use.

At times it is difficult to grab and drag the person you want to sign the document.
