5 Stars for a truly collaborative marking partner
Avantages :
I love that I have a dedicated account manager and team that is super responsive and collaborative. The offerings are always expanding with new features and capabilities… and without any add on costs! I think Adit must have plans to take over the market space for all things dental. It’s such a great way to simplify what could be contracts and systems from a large number of vendors.
Inconvénients :
Sometimes the newest features are a little rough around the edges at first release, but I so much appreciate the continuous new stuff they keep doing. And, they keep refining everything so the rough edges get smoothed out quickly.

New and Fresh
Commentaires : When we first signed on with the software we were very impressed with the ideas, vision, and direction of the company. After learning more about the software and its capabilities we realized there were things that were missing and things that could be improved. We simply communicated the information with the development team including the CEO of the company and right away they went to work and have been very responsive to our needs and feedback. I love that about the company and how open they are to suggestions. It makes it fun to work with them!
Avantages :
I enjoy using Adit since it seamlessly integrates with my practice management software. It is a platform that combines everything from the VOIP phone system, appointment confirmation, online reputation management, patient form management, patient payment solution, marketing, and finally analytics. As the CEO of my company, I spend most of my time working with analytics. They have done an amazing adding many layers to the analytics side and I thoroughly enjoy using it on daily basis. I plan and set my business goals around numbers so I appreciate the level of sophistication that comes with the data.
Inconvénients :
There have been many improvements more recently and most of my concerns have been addressed. However, I really would like to see the documents and forms that patients receive and fill out automatically upload into their charts instead of us having to download and upload them. That would be a huge time saver.
Lacking efficiency - Do not use for a busy dental practice
Commentaires : Awful. Run for the hill. If you are looking for something to help your practice, this is not it. It hindered our practice for months and we spent way too much time trying to make things better, or to get the things we were promised.
Avantages :
I am not sure that I found anything that I enjoyed about Adit. Over promised and under delivered. When asking for help, help would take weeks to months for things to STILL not be resolved.
Inconvénients :
Major lack of efficiency. We were told that it was integrated with Open Dental - this is not the case. The lag time was 15+ minutes for the communication between Adit and Open Dental. This is still in beta testing and we were not made aware of this. The entire company seems to work off of a scripted sheet- never really getting to the bottom of the issues and giving the run around

Commentaires : Adit is EXTREMELY helpful with new patient acquisition. The ability to sort data and see, in real-time, what is happening at our practices is invaluable. Their reporting and support is really great too. A great partner to have for sure.
Avantages :
At first, I simply appreciated that the software allowed me to get rid of a lot of stand-alone products that I was having to log into and maintain (and pay for!) But they keep us because of the ease of use and frequent upgrades and improvements. Their response time and customer service is a welcome bonus too.
Inconvénients :
As a long time user, I went through a lot of the growing pains associated with a new platform. There were moments of updates and learning curves that came rapidly, not sure that necessarily a “con” though. I obviously don’t mind it too much if I’m still a satisfied customer.

Avantages :
Consistent Reliability and functionality e.g. Online appointment and Text Messaging. Adit is consistently working hard to introduce new features for the customer. Very reliable in tracking phone calls and request for appointment
Inconvénients :
Text Messaging should be enhanced to match SolutionReach & Lighthouse feature set.

Great Software
Avantages :
The price to value ratio is amazing and they continue to add new features at no cost! the software is easy to use, and it's very helpful to have all the tools you need for patient communication in one place.
Inconvénients :
It's not always easy to navigate the settings, and some of the features the software has to offer. Improvements are implemented pretty fast though. Lately, the hold times for the support team have been rather long.

Why you should choose Adit!
Avantages :
Love Adit because they made and the process to get a new website very easy. The monthly updates on SEO and pay per click is great because they show how we're improving each month and also record the calls and coach on the calls that we don't convert so our team to go back and reach out to the patients to see if we can convert them. Great benefit! It also tracks missed calls which have been very helpful!
Inconvénients :
The Adit phones don't have all the capabilities/features as Weave does so we still have that cost so hopefully, they'll keep updating their features so we can use Adit for everything.

Missed Call Texting which is a handy feature that sends a customized text message to anyone who called in from a cell phone and you missed their call. Adit
Avantages :
Adit has been a great addition to our office. We use on a daily basis for confirmations as well as messaging with patients. We find the ease of communication to be very helpful. It is nice to have someone working on our patient portal to be sure it matches our online profile within Google. Customer Support has been great, anytime I have a question they are quick to respond.
Inconvénients :
Adit is still new and coming up with new features and designs. They have a lot of reports for office productivity but you cant print them. There is room for improvement in ease of use and transportability among the platform and our dental software.

Avantages :
Comes with services already like srp and site development. Lots of analytics
Inconvénients :
Occasional bugs. They fix them though after given feedback.

We've been using adit for over 2 years and its helped our company grow significantly
Avantages :
It's our do it all software for checking our metrics to getting patients in the door and also for advertising and setting up our websites. They have a lot of experience and every step is really easy to accomplish to help our business grow faster.
Inconvénients :
not applicable because I was skeptical at first using a software that does everything but thats the least of my worries now
Adit SEO services are a joke, contract is sneaky- they make it hard to leave
Commentaires : Initially I was pleased with pricing compared to Weave, but I am now realizing that they always intend to be lower cost inferior option. I am not seeing return on investment so I want to move my business to Weave. I was told verbally that we were no longer in contractual relationship (month to month) but now that we have informed Adit that we want to move our account to Weave they showed us a line in the contract that says they can renew contract automatically for 1 year. I don't like feeling stuck, and I am not happy with the deception

Appointment scheduling through website is efficient
Inconvénients :
Adit SEO Services are outsourced to people that do not understand dentistry. Their idea of SEO is to post monthly articles to your Google profile. The articles appear to be produced by artificial unintelligience. I have found this to have absolutely ZERO impact on website rankings and new patient numbers.

I thought the phones but they only work half the time!!!!

We love the patient forms that can be emailed to the patient and filled out without the need for them to be printed out. Also love the automatic appointment reminders and the option to book new appts online.

Sometimes as new features are rolled out the process can be glitchy.

Using adit for all the integrated services is very beneficial to our goals.

Not much, because everything is great. If i ever have a concern, they usually resolve it really fast.

Pozative has helped tremendously in getting our patients to leave us positive reviews
Avantages :
The software is easy to use and it didn't take long to show my front desk staff how to use it. I'm also able to log in to make sure they are sending the pozative review text messages to the patients. In addition, its method for preventing negative feedback by catching upset clients internally first and allowing us to address any complaints is brilliant.
Inconvénients :
After using the product for some time now, I haven't found any significant cons or issues with it at all.
