Fantastic Solution

Commentaires : As an early learning center, we need to limit the number of people entering our buildings during the pandemic. This creates a significant problem during our busy times of dropping off and picking up of the children. Our initial solution was to have people line up outside the building. This was not only bad for inclement weather, but created a safety issue. This software resolved all of these issues. Our families love how easy and convenient it is. Our staff loves the organization it provides. Implementation was simple. Q Waits provided a training session for our staff and within two days we were up and running the software without a single issue. I couldn't have imagined a queuing software could be so simple to use and affordable as this is. Thanks Q Waits!!!

Avantages :

This product was very easy to implement into our organization from both the business side and customer side. It required little to no investment. The interface is very intuitive and it is very reliable.

Inconvénients :

I cannot think of any cons to this software.

Great tool to handle walk-in customers and manage our sales staff

Commentaires : It was easy to set-up and there is very little learning curve. They are adding new features and expand on the existing. Their customer support is great and a pleasure to work with.

Avantages :

The setup was easy and intuitive, the company was very helpful with any questions and were quick to respond when we had some initial problems. It allows for some easy customisations and it looks very professional for our business. We haven't used much of the analytics yet, but it should help us to understand more of the traffic flow and to schedule our sales staff.

Inconvénients :

No issues that we have found and we do like the total package.
