Really not much. We’d also appreciate a Linux app. It’s suited best for 100 users – but if you contact the sales team, you can get a custom offer.

A great value VPN at a reasonable price

Commentaires : Overall I've been happy with GoodAccess. I've been with them since they were smaller and it's been nice to see them add in powerful features that help to simplify our infrastructure.

Avantages :

I like the simplicity of the UI in the dashboard. There are a lot of powerful options, but I'm not overwhelmed. It's intuitive to use. I like being able to manage port forwarding. I also like being able to configure systems within the dashboard that I can share with other members of our team.

Inconvénients :

I didn't like having to purchase a minimum number of seats to get the features we needed. We don't use all of the seats, so it feels like that could be a better experience for the customers.

VPN of choice for our Remote workers

Commentaires : Overall experience has been great, even though the company is not based in North America, anytime I had a question or concern and reached out I had a prompt response back from their customer support.

Great customer service, reliable and simple to use. Their system is much simpler to set up then the other companies I had tried and perfect for what our company needs are.

Wish they offered custom packages for fewer than 10 users needing access.

Commentaires : Excellent! Eve has been our go to, if she didn't know the answer, she would find someone that did. Very helpful!

Avantages :

Customer Service, hands down, the best, quick responses and very helpful. The auto start is also very helpful, when you log on in the morning, the program starts working!

Inconvénients :

When there is a product update, the program doesn't work, you have to log off and update, restart and then run the program. Having an email sent prior to the update so we can make sure all the employees know they have to update and restart for the program to work effectively.

GoodAccess VPN is an outstanding value and provides everything we need. The VPN is reliable and fast. User security is easy to maintain with SSO against our GSuite. Their customer support is fast and effective.

Inconvénients :

The documentation on SSO setup was slightly lacking detail. I see it is being expanded though. We ran into an issue with the GoodAccess app not working on Macs. However, it was resolved swiftly after we reported it, and has not returned.

I did feeel the minimum amount of users was a little steep at 10, but that is a minor gripe.

Very good VPN for remote teams and controlled access

Commentaires : We have been very happy with the reliability of the service, we added an extra team to this service once we evaluated the product using our first team. We find the connectivity and stability of connections stable, we have users across multiple countries and experience has been very good.

Avantages :

Teams can share the same public IP address, team administration is very straight forward using the portal with very good security controls that can be used. Teams can have multiple gateways which adds good redundancy.

Inconvénients :

Adding users to teams needs to be done in chunks, for smaller teams this makes it difficult as we end up with unused licences. It would be really good to add or remove 1 user at a time as our team sizes grow slowly.

GoodAccess Keeps our Company Connected

Avantages :

Along with a VPN we require a static IP to access our servers which host our applications. Security is obviously of utmost importance as is reliability and we get that with GoodAccess.

Inconvénients :

Nothing major whatsover. The few times I have needed support it has been provided extremely fast.

A good VPN service

Commentaires : We started working from home during the COVID period and with GoodAccess VPN we were able to work as if we were in the office.The main feature is that all users connected from different locations can have the same IP address and this facilitates the configuration of Firewalls for the different services we access.

Avantages :

The service is simple to use and configure.It's high-performance and I don't remember the system going down during the entire time of use

I'm very happy with GoodAccess, it has proved to be a very reliable and stable VPN solution for our team. I particularly like the easy set up (for both users and administrators), the well designed intuitive team dashboard and client app, and excellent customer service and support.

Inconvénients :

I can't think of anything. We did have an edge case user access bug that was resolved quickly and is resolved long term with the addition of SCIM which they have recently added.
