Robust Reliable Specialized Software for Dropshipping Experts

Commentaires : We are using Flxpoint to connect with our vendors, to receive product information from and to issue purchase orders to them. FlxPoint is our main PIM and is connected to our sales channels. We are also building custom integrations with our Accounting software. It is basically the core of our dropshipping process.

Avantages :

It is highly dedicated to managing our catalogue and dropshipping. There are no solutions in the market that have this much depth. The support is very fast and helpful.

Inconvénients :

The UI can be more flexible. I wish we could translaate to our own language. I believe the company is laser focused on the solution, which is great, I am certain these details will be polished over time.

Commentaires : Overall experience has been great. Customer service and their responsiveness to issues has been great.

Avantages :

The ability to fulfill orders from multiple sources has been extremely beneficial for our company.

Inconvénients :

The cost of this software is fairly expensive, however the benefits of being able to "shop" multiple sources under one listing has allowed us to fulfill more customer orders.

Flxpoint Has Helped Save Us Time & Automate Inventory Process's

Commentaires : Flxpoint has helped us to automate some tasks which normally take quite a bit of time. The inventory sync helps to keep our information as up-to-date as possible, which helps to avoid selling items that are out of stock or no longer available.

Avantages :

It integrates easily with our selling channels and syncs stock/pricing on a regular basis. This saves us from doing these tasks manually, which takes time, and often errors occur.

Inconvénients :

At first, there is somewhat of a steep learning curve because of how complex the software is. But, the Flxpoint tech support team and account reps are there to help along the way.

Commentaires : Flxpoint has set our order management workflow to its optimal level by streamlining our process that involves our different dropshippers, including our own warehouse. In addition, this tool facilitates our tasks which typically take a lot of time and effort, especially when orders need to be diverted to other suppliers.

Avantages :

Flxpoint has made it easier for us to manage our inventory across all our drop shippers and our own warehouse. Their support team is easy to contact whenever we've got issues we can't solve independently.

Inconvénients :

The system can be a lot to take in for beginners, but once we get used to using it, it's self-reliant and dependable. Of course, there are times when issues may arise, which is quite normal as we have different vendors with different integration needs, but their customer support has always been reliable.

Commentaires : Flxpoint has been very useful for my Ecommerce endeavors. I am glad to have discovered the advanced tools and resources they offer. It is enterprise level e-commerce solutions for my small business.

Avantages :

I own an online general merchandise shop [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and Flxpoint has really simplified the process for having inventory from multiple suppliers sent to my sales channels. It also helps streamline the order management process. I’ve been able to integrate my suppliers, vendors & resellers in various ways. They also offer video trainings on their website that help walk their customers through critical set up steps. I’m very impressed with their level of customer service.

Inconvénients :

There is a bit of a learning curve for getting things set up, especially if you’re new to e-commerce. However, there are opportunities to set up one to one support calls to troubleshoot through challenges.

Commentaires : Flxpoint's platform has been invaluable for us to launch our ecommerce store with our current dropship model. We work with dozens of vendors who all have different integrations and they have created one centralized platform for us to manage and track all inventory, orders and vendors.

Avantages :

Flxpoint has been a huge asset to us launching and managing an eCommerce store. We would not be able to do it without their software or support staff and would highly recommend using Flxpoint's inventory management software.

Inconvénients :

The user experience is not as seamless and intuitive as some platforms, however, their team is always available to assist with anything. What the UX experience might lack, their support staff makes up for, and then some -- they are extremely professional, prompt, and helpful.
