The user interface needs a bit more refinement. It has so many customization options and things you can do, but it's hard to unpeel and see every option.

Prophet as a Sales Tool
Commentaires : What I like best about this product is that it is easy to use, yet more complex depending upon needs. It is easily customized to meet individual business needs and allows us visibility to our entire team with regards to meetings, contacts, opportunities, etc. What I like the best about this vendor is that they are extremely responsive, very helpful and knowledgeable about their product. Their different tiers of service walk you through each element of your issue until completely resolved, which usually has a quick turn around time. They are also really helpful with training and answering all types of questions about their product. I would recommend that anyone evaluating this software should evaluate it fully, by downloading a demo and inputting test information. Itis the only way to see what it is capable of, which is a lot.
Avantages :
This software has many pros, including its integration with Outlook. It is easy to install, and there are lots of training sessions and videos available for use. There is no separate system to log into, it is always open and available, no passwords to get through.
Inconvénients :
Honestly, there isn't much that I don't like about the product. Sometimes it can have its quirks but the engineers at Avidian are constantly updating the software so that any issues that are encountered are fixed in constant product updates and releases.
Prophet CRM Review
Commentaires : Because we had a very large contact database, we needed to export over 60,000 contacts. At the first, that proved to be quite time-consuming and almost impossible. After working with the Prophet support team, we were able to get some things fixed and 'tweaked' and finally got it working correctly. It is easy to use now, and I have learned a lot about howing to work with the system.
Avantages :
Ease of importing and exporting contacts when making changes.
Inconvénients :
That the Company module and the Contact module are separate. It creates double work at times.
A great tool in theory, but doesn't live up to potential
Commentaires : Disappointing! We are currently shopping for a new vendor.
Avantages :
It seems that this platform would be really easy to use for a team that is not super tech-savvy. Given the fact that it is integrated into Outlook, something everyone already knows how to use, it has the possibility of being a highly effective tool, and one that could be integrated into an existing business seamlessly with just a few tweaks to our own normal habits and routines in the ways we utilize Outlook.
Inconvénients :
Prophet tends to crash my Outlook on a regular basis. Customer support has been dismal at best. We have had promises since day 1 of having an engaged and supportive team working with us to maximize our ability to use the platform but our true experiences have a lot left to be desired.

Easy to use, hard to forget
Commentaires : Prophet has dramatically increased our speed to quote & has given us more visibility on what is in the pipeline. The workflow manager has been useful for follow up.
Avantages :
The integration into outlook makes it very easy to use. The customization aspect also allowed us to make it relevant to our niche industry.
Inconvénients :
Sometimes it crashes when I am inputting information. When this is an issue support is usually quick to help.

Commentaires : We have been using Prophet since 2006, and it has definitely helped us track clients and maintain relationships over the years.
Avantages :
Super easy, love that it integrates directly with Outlook.
Inconvénients :
A couple of reports that I need are not available, but overall it meets all our needs.

Commentaires : Overall very positive experience. The support has been great. We now have an easy to use CRM that lives in our email client that is always used.
Avantages :
The CRM is an integrated part of Outlook. If you didn't know better, you'd think it is a feature of Outlook.
Inconvénients :
It's only available on PCs. There are so many possibilities that it can be overwhelming.

Intuitive, Easy to Manage and Integrated
Commentaires : It lets you get going quickly and creating contacts and opportunities on the first day. We did a few hours of training and problem-solving from Avidian with a shared screen, which helped, but is a bit pricey.
Avantages :
The program is easy to manage and customize to your ever-changing needs. The program is also intuitive, you can mostly figure out how to use, enter and customize without a lot of assistance. It's great that it fully integrates into Outlook, where it can even create Tasks and track emails.
Inconvénients :
It feels a bit "clunky" and needs some further refinement. The user interface needs a bit more refinement. It has so many customization options and things you can do, but it's hard to unpeel and see every option.

What I like about Prohpet CRM
Commentaires : The customer service team, [sensitive content hidden] has made the over experience with Prophet amazing. He took the time to explain how to use each feature, clean up our contacts and continues to provide support. The software is very easy to learn and teach other managers in our company.
Avantages :
I find that when our sales team uses the software correctly, we are able to assist with follow up on leads, communications and appointment reminders. The customer service is beyond amazing for any assistance.
Inconvénients :
I do think the one negative is the interaction with outlook and causing very infrequently slow issues.
Great CRM
Commentaires : It is a very good product that provides a stable platform for my staff to track the progress of the cases we work on.
Avantages :
That it is embedded in Outlook. Flexible enough to design the screens in a way that makes sense for my company to track case development through to a sale.
Inconvénients :
when I send an email from Prophit it doesn't automatically go into the email section of the file we created in Prophet. We need to then LINK the email to the file. Too much time... We have 12,000 cases active in the system and it takes a while to load.

Clunky Software and absent technical support
Commentaires : I honestly don't have anything good to say about this product or this company. My interaction with them cost me a three-year detour from my goals and understanding the drivers of my business. Disingenuous apologies and sheepish admittance of the fact that this product is crap is what you can expect from support. Stay away... Stay far away...
Avantages :
I liked the idea of this software. Having everything in Outlook really sounded appealing, but in actuality, it just never worked for me and my team.
Inconvénients :
A report manager that never worked, an analytics manager that never worked, and a technical support team that would rather send a dozen emails in resolution of your concerns than picking up the phone even once.
Overall great but not for everyone
Commentaires : Overall this is great but if you're organization uses Macs then maybe this isn't for you.
Avantages :
It is very easy to use and price-wise, it's cost efficient. Links to Outlook very well and scans other applications like MailChimp within your MS Outlook program to assist in future marketing opportunities. Customer service is also great - very quick to respond.
Inconvénients :
In order for it to run properly, you must be running the most recent version of MS Outlook. If you use Mac computers then you're going to have a headache working around to get Outlook to run on your system and use this program with ease.

Avantages :
It has all the clinics we physically put there.
Inconvénients :
Very hard to navigate and create leads. It doesn't have a pop-up for new leads or reminders for leads. Very difficult to create a quote.
Prophet CRM Review
Commentaires : I'm fairly pleased with using Prophet. I think it is very useful to our organization, but could also benefit from a few updates (loading/searching speed, and the link between task and the case page.
Avantages :
It is a great way for everyone in the organization to be on the same page regarding the different files we all handle.
Inconvénients :
I find that though useful, the system is very slow compared to managing a diary using OutLook's calendars. I think the extra time it takes to load/open a case deters people in our office from fully embracing the software. Another recommended improvement would be for the created tasks to link back to the prophet case entry. Currently when we input "next action", and then put in the next step date it will create a task for that user, but when task that was created is altered to update the due date it is not reflected in the prophet case manager.
Some technical pieces need improvement
Commentaires : Overall I probably would not recommend the product for a sales team that requires high dials and quick search results.
Avantages :
I like that it communicates well with Outlook ( when the connectivity works)
Inconvénients :
There are delays in searching up opportunities ( example: when you delete a prior search term, the system has to then pull up the whole book of opps each time. This causes a lag. Same with clicking "save and close" sometimes the button takes up to 25-30 seconds to recognize the mouse.

Commentaires : Needs to work with apple products in order to be a useful tool for everyone in our company

Does not work with IOS products and the mobile app is honestly horrible. NEEDS TO WORK WITH APPLE PRODUCTS BETTER
CRM Integrated with Outlook
Avantages :
I love how integrated the CRM is with Outlook. It is easy to use and convenient.
Inconvénients :
I dislike that changes cannot be made to an entry from the overall views. An Opportunity must be opened in order to change any information in a field. It would be even easier to use if that information could be changed in the "view" screen.

A Great CRM
Commentaires : CRM has been a great accountability piece for myself and others. Keeps you organized so you can manage more.
Avantages :
Integration with Outlook has been a game changer from our last CRM
Inconvénients :
Loading time is slow at startup but is fine thereafter

Prophet CRM Review
Avantages :
I've tried many CRM systems from Salesforce down to cloud-based ones like Zoho. I have to say that Prophet CRM has the right combination of features and usability. Some have so many things I don't need, but Prophet is just right. Best of all, it is all done from within Outlook, so you don't have to go to a separate system. It makes it much easier and convenient.
Inconvénients :
Their iPhone application is out of date to say the least. I was told they would have a new version out soon, but am still waiting. I would say if they get this app up to date then that would be good. You can also access Prophet data through the mobile browser, but it's basic info like the app and not real good yet.

Avantages :
Nothing , unintuitive and slow . Clunky , sales personnel will hate and dread .

Everything , it is slow , unintuitive and slows down sales process .

Not having to operate another program is great. Prophet lives inside Outlook is great.

Takes time for the program to update, company-wide. Depends on internet speed.

Avantages :
Software works within outlook. Easy to use, run reports, etc.
Inconvénients :
Would like our entire team to be able to view all emails associated with a person. Sometimes when things go wrong, it seems the vendor has difficulty finding out what the problem is.
A crm solution that does what we need it to, affordably.
Avantages :
Short learning curve, great integration with outlook, easily connects all of our remote team to one database
Inconvénients :
Very minimal mobile device support, and complicated use for apple laptops (virtual windows needed) . The only really effective way to edit/enter the data is with a windows pc. But because of the outlook integration we can at least use/view the data on all of our devices.
PROPHET CRM-SOLORIA
Avantages :
It is extremely user-friendly and easy to use. I would recommend this as a great way to organize your customer base.
Inconvénients :
I think you could eliminate some of the repetitive steps when adding new customers.
