Commentaires : Ma première expérience avec Padlet a commencé avec ma formation avec Certice scool avec le programme APPRENDRE, où je me suis exercé en rédigeant des contenus d'apprentissage. Ces contenus sont mis à la disposition de mes apprenants à travers un partage de liens. Ces apprenants ont la possibilité de commenter le contenu et de mener des débats constructifs de leur propre savoir.

Avantages :

Padlet est un outils gratuit d'usage, facile d'utilisation, et très utile pour des processus d'enseignement/apprentissage. Avec une interface très attractive pour les apprenants. Il représente un mur de partage de contenus d'apprentissage, de partage d'exercices de renforcement de capacité et de travail collaboratif des apprenants.

Inconvénients :

En ce qui concerne son inconvénients, Padlet n'offre pas les possibles d'avoir des échanges synchrones

Ma présentation

Avantages :

Padlet est très facile à utiliser, c'est gratuit, on peut travailler sur un projet en équipe, chaque membre de l'équipe peut ajouter des photos, des impressions, écrire des commentaires, c'est facile à envoyer, il peut être converti en PDF, on peut accéder à partir d'un téléphone mobile.

Inconvénients :

Il n'a aucun aspect négatif, il est même recommandé, pas cher, simple d'utilisation, facile d'accès.

Avantages :

Everything. It helped when I needed to review writing with my students, it helped for students to submit work, it helped for assessments.

Inconvénients :

That I needed to archive before I could use more Padlets.

Padlet for Creative Arts Educators

Commentaires : Excellent, really. I do enjoy the updates that come through. They are often very useful and I have learned a lot of tricks and tips to add to my educators tool belt.

Avantages :

Padlet is a visually engaging, collaborative, organised and agile way of creating, storing and presenting resources. It is wonderful for presenting in an educational setting because students are able to access large amounts of information, attractively presented, in one place.

Inconvénients :

We have invested time as a department setting up resources over the years on padlet, it worries us that one day the company could fold or end, then where would our resources go?

Commentaires : It has been pleasant and useful as I enjoy engaging my students in the learning

Avantages :

Ease of use with AI, is the added feature which I found useful.

Inconvénients :

None yet. I will certainly use it with students in the new session and provide my feedback. I enjoy an interactive presence online with my students.

Quick - Efficient - Helpful

Commentaires : Near-flawless, honestly. I've used it so many times in remarkably varied ways that I know it will continue as a favored tool.

Avantages :

Its versatility; I can create a project that suits my needs for in the classroom, or for professional development, or even for personal use quickly and efficiently. Its AI generation has been a boon for me as well.

Inconvénients :

I wish its flow chart template was a bit more customizable regarding font size, bubble size, etc.

The Perfect Jamboard Replacement has Arrived!

Commentaires : I liked Padlet. I LOVE Sandbox!! So easy to use, and as a professional trainer, user friendly on the other side of a virtual call as well!

Avantages :

I have been mourning the loss of Jamboard since I first received notice that it was going away and searching for a replacement since. Sanbox is THE PERFECT replacement!!! Easy to use and share with some cool new features as well! I work as a professional trainer. Sandbox is A LIFESAVER to ensure I can get participants engaged and sharing thoughts and ideas easily and instantly.

Inconvénients :

It would be nice if there were more solid background color choices.

Commentaires : I love Padlet - it is always in my Top 5 Tech Tools that I take about at any presentation I do. Easy, so many options and I love the new recipes, this is very helpful for all users, new and old alike!!

Avantages :

I love that it is so user-friendly, it makes it an easy tool to introduce to students and staff that are tech hesitant. We have students who are making their own Padlets to share with friends - favorite quotes, movies, etc.

Inconvénients :

I wish it was a free program, but that is not realistic -

Padlet's Potential is Powerful

Commentaires : I love it and am still exploring in my mind the possibilites it is capable of for my classes.

Avantages :

I initially use padlet for posting youtube music videos, but with my latest class I have asked them to also post introduction videos. When I initially tested out Padlet I saw that I could post music, word documents, presentations, gif files, and videos, so I knew in time I might expand upon my uses for it with my classes.

Inconvénients :

I want more selection of art or photos for screens, so it was more on the design choices.

Padlet is great for student to record themselves speaking!

Commentaires : My overall experience was great! I use Padlet more because flipgrid is gone.

Avantages :

I love that I can have my ESL and Spanish students record themselves practicing speaking!

Inconvénients :

There is not anything that I did not like about Padlet.

Commentaires : It has helped me very well and make collaboration with colleagues exciting.

Avantages :

It's simplicity and ease of use. It has variation of features that helps with projects, brain storming, diagramming, collaboration and visualising ideas.

Inconvénients :

There are only 3 free boards without an upgrade.

LOVE PADLET!

Commentaires : It’s been great and I really like the video response option.

Avantages :

Students were engaged with content and interacting with each other.

Inconvénients :

Had a little trouble organizing it, I would like to attach a rubric.

My Padlet Experience

Commentaires : I had a very positive experience, and I was truly disappointed when I found out that it was only a free trial. I thought the district hafd bought this app. for the teachers and students.

Avantages :

I liked to use Padlet for vocabulary lessons. Students apply the vocabulary words to write sentences. It's an efficient way to check their understanding and application of sentence structure. Students love to post/ publish their sentences with the related word. Als used for brain storming ideas on different writing genres.

Inconvénients :

It was easy to use, fun, and time efficient. (User friendly)

I love very much my Padlet!

Commentaires : I knew the Padlet in the middle of 2020 year and since this I use for profissional and personal purposes. Like teacher, I share contents, exercises and stuff with my students. As private purposes, I use like photos galery to share with my family and friends. When my father was sick my sisters and I share all contenst that we found to help us to understaind his disease.
I think that is a great tool for many purposes

Avantages :

It´s easy to use, allow exposition of contents and interaction with the readers. It´s funny, humorous and versatile. It´s for free If you wish!

Inconvénients :

Nothing! Believe me, I joke around calling myself "The Padlet crazy girl!", because I use Padlet for everthing!

We LOVE Padlet! YES We Do!

Commentaires : We LOVE using padlet in our library. Students are responding and sharing their ideas more and more each day. I love to see graphic representations and responses to other posts that may agree or disagree. I've led PD for teachers using Padlet to make lesson collaboration spaces for instructional practice use.

Avantages :

I like that students can post their thoughts (in various ways) about a a topic of discussion

Inconvénients :

I like that Padlet has 3 free boards but, $99 for a year's use is quite steep for educators. I sacrificed because our school is doing read alouds K-5 and we needed a way to capture student engagement throughout the lessons.

Inconvénients :

I can’t mark/ annotate and upload the same piece of submitted work. I’ve to repost after downloading the picture. Sometimes when I download the photo, the word “downloading” pops up on my phone but I can’t file it in files or photo album. So I don’t know where does the downloaded file stored.

Commentaires : Padlet is a tool every teacher can utilize in their class practice. It's easy to set up fun, creative boards to display student work. Collaboration and feedback are key features that make Padlet one of the more useful technology tools for teachers.

Padlet Review

Avantages :

I use Padlet to work, I am a French teacher. I love that Padlet is easy to use and share content with my students. They use it to submit homework. I would like to have more tools in writing (e.g. changing the color of the font or the font itself).

Inconvénients :

- the little amount of free padlet to create - the fact that you can only pay via Paypal (I dont't have Paypal and I was willing to purchase the premium access...)
