User Friendly ATS
Commentaires : It helps me to save time and to do a lot of tasks in just one frame. Since it's all there. No need to go back and forth with tabs and sometimes its confusing. 100 hires makes me more productive and easily be done in a specific task.
Avantages :
The most impactful thing about 100 hires is that you can add it in your Google extension and tracking and sourcing of applicants is so easy
Inconvénients :
As of the moment in my time of usage of this ATS. I don't have any cons that I can think of. Mostly the functions are great.

Commentaires : It is good. The working is not at that bad if I compare with start up company's ATS.

The extension that linked with hiring platform. The integration system must be stronger.

There some gaps in this that should be improved like customized filters, tags. For pre screening, you should add some questionnaires.

In the decision module, there's currently only a like and dislike option. In my opinion, it would be beneficial to include a rating scale or percentage metric for a more comprehensive assessment. This additional feature could enhance the decision-making process and provide valuable insights.

Very user- frendly ATS!
Commentaires : Very well, it's really a time-saver that is very important for me, we easily can save 3 hours per day just because of the Chrome extension.

It's very easy to use, also the Chrome extension is the best part of the product, you can see directly email and that is super for headhunters. Time saving!

I don't have anything negative to say, I have a little problem with the career page but 100hires very shortly solve that for me.

Avantages :
100Hires.com have really thought about both the end user and recruiter in their design. It is easy to navigate with a host of features that have not been seen or thought of before. Time to hire will most certainly be reduced, building pipeline for bulk or reoccurring vacancies will be easily managed.

One great aspect is the ability to customize most of the features according to your specific needs. Shortly said - simple, intuitive, and easy-to-use platform with a user-friendly interface. Additionally, there is LinkedIn integration that is also very easy to use.

I like how it's easy to use and gives you modern feels when using a system. Although I was only introduced to it and watched the demo about 100hires for a short period of time, I already know that it has a lot of features that would make its users' life easier. - Easy to navigate- Can easily create and work on a job and a pipeline then monitor your candidates all in one system.- The import option/feature is also one of the best things about the system.- Using of key shortcuts is a really cool feature- 100hires extension is a really smart way to work with your positions and sourcing tasks.- Sending of contact requests and e-mail campaign.
Inconvénients :
I think how the buttons are designed could be improved in terms of easily identifying if that is a button or not. As a Recruiter working on different ATS and tools, how the buttons are grouped is important when working on large number of candidates and tasks. One thing that I want to add, although I'm not sure if 100hires has this feature already, is a system feature where users/Recruiters are not allowed to move a candidate to a certain step, unless he/she has done the initial process, and an automation to send correspondence once a candidate has been moved to the next stage would also be helpful.

The most interesting feature that most of the ATSs miss is the Chrome extension. This is what the new feature I recently discovered, which has made managing candidate information much more convenient. The extension allows you to update candidate details, hiring stage, and notes directly eliminating the need to visit their full profile page. I have done a test trial and was amazed at the benefits. The new feature of the Chrome extension is incredible. The only thing I would like the team to revise is the rate.
Best ATS I've used!
Commentaires : My overall experience in 100 hires is really good. I would say that as a recruiter, this ATS is a one-stop shop for all your ATS needs. You can screen your candidates here, you can schedule for an interview and score them all in one site. You don't need to transfer to other ATS for other tasks. Aside from saving time accessing ATS, I think it also helps recruiter use their time in a more productive manner if they only have one login credentials for all ATS.
Avantages :
What I like most about this software is the customization feature and the Chrome Extension feature. One of my dilemma as a recruiter is copying email templates from my notes and manually pasting them in the ATS or outlook and then manually input candidate's email address and other details. Their customization feature is very flexible for recruiters. The Chrome Extension is also a great feature as we can easily add candidates from other portals with their complete details already in it! Amazing, right?
Inconvénients :
Just one thing that I've noticed is the pop up notification on the lower left side of the site about a random person has applied, something like that.

It cannot import reports in Excel, there is no option to import candidate dump in excel
A great ATS for organizations
Commentaires : The experience has been great. The information displayed on the homepage gives you almost all the information that you require when you log in. The sidebar has other options that you can explore if you are looking for something specific and it feels like the complete package that a recruiter would love to have. Every application out there can be improved because of new ideas every day, however, 100Hires seems like they have covered all the bases as of yet. It is a good application that would add value to any organizations recruiting efforts.

From the small amount of usage of the system that I had, it feels like a pretty neat system. The team has focused on the major ideas that a recruiter requires in an ATS. The interface is user friendly and I was able to find almost everything after one overview from the team. In Short, 100Hires seems like the system that has learnt from every other ATS and made sure to miss out on important features that are critical.

All of the features are very useful when it comes to recruiting, by providing professional resumes, comments and all the stages of the recruitment process. Great features, useful integrations, easily to manage every job position from there. Its a very useful tool to work with, especially when you have to hire many candidates for different positions. It helps you keep track of every step in details and makes your work easier and more enjoyable.

Have not face any cons until now. Maybe, some notifications implementations would be another good feature, regarding different request every user may have.
Excellent Tool for parsing profiles and submitting with a single click to the job

Avantages :
I like the design and the way the data is organize, it is very simple and easy to understand. Recruiters like me will enjoy using it and will not need to spend too much time in navigating this ATS. I also like the fact that when I need to do job postings, there are already templates available per position. How awesome is that! I have used other ATS before that took me a while to get comfortable with because of their interface but 100Hires is a 5-STAR!
Inconvénients :
I cannot think of anything right now since I am still on Free trial and it is working well for me. I look forward to availing mg paid subscription soon.

Easy to Use
Commentaires : Super easy to understand, quick access, the interface is easy to navigate. The features are better compared to the other ATS. With the AI integration, the recruiting team would be managing the process on a shorter and more efficient time.
Avantages :
I really enjoyed how easy this system was to use, from opening requisitions to managing candidates in the reqs. I also liked the chrome extension, this is an easy way to import candidates from LinkedIn or other sourcing tools and have all the candidates under the job. Another piece I liked of this system was the tasks tab within the jobs, it was great for me to organize myself and create the best user experience.

100 Hires has a very easy and understandable user interface there we can get the candidate, upload the profile, and using the extension we can automatically add the candidate through LinkedIn as well, We can also manually add the new candidature and send them an email and also put a note there for other team members so they can review accordingly. It's also easy to navigate ats.
Inconvénients :
It helps us to provide a candidate so that we can fill the client's requirements and place the right candidate at a time. It also helps us to track data and maintain the candidate profile so that we can connect them whenever he is in the job market.

Commentaires : The ATS is fully integrated with social media platforms, the pipeline is customizable, there are a lot of automated tasks and I absolutely love using it.

The AI automatically picks up a job title and creates a job description for you, and this saves a lot of time for recruiters!
Inconvénients :
I have not used this ATS for a long time so maybe the Customer Support is something that I want to see how it will turn out.
