SUPPORT !!! Best support i've got in so long. + reliability and how thoughtfully it's built.
Commentaires : I wanted a custom integration with another app, the team developed it for us. Support is just an email away.
Avantages :
When you need a custom feature or integration, directly contact the team and get it done. Support is 100x than the industry average. So many integration plugins to choose from especially "segment app" have opened doors for millions of other integrations as well.
Inconvénients :
The user interface is a bit cluttery, They may fix this when the app really grow.

Amazing product with awesome features
Commentaires : It does what it says! The support is just amazing! They respond to every question. They clarify technical things to you in a way that you can understand (for me it was some API connection details).
Avantages :
The main thing that I like about CrowdPower is its simplicity. The design is flat and clear as the functions are as well. If you use it for half an hour you will understand it. The capability of this product is endless. Really easy to build automation. The drag and drop email builder is just fantastic.
Inconvénients :
Nothing at all yet! Everything is great so far

There are a lot of integrations to input customer data such as "Segment" communication channel integrations such as Twilio.

Great customer data platform for user engagement automation
Commentaires : We are using CrowdPower as our customer management platform and for small marketing campaigns and follow-up campaigns. It's a very helpful Tool to better engage our clients.
Avantages :
Firstly, I really like CrowdPower's user segmentation options. This useful and powerful feature enables us to segment our customers according to different attributes. This is very useful for creating user target campaigns. Second, I really like the setup of the automation and follow-up process for email and SMS campaigns. It's easy to use, even for non-technicians, and it's powerful enough for many different use cases. The integration of the API for the website landing page is also well structured and easy to integrate. The API is designed to track user interaction and stop the automation campaign when a goal is achieved. The best part is that customer support is quick and helpful. All in all, it's a great tool if you're looking for a flexible platform for customer data and user engagement.
Inconvénients :
While the automation process is very easy to use, customer management is not. CrowdPower focuses on events and API automation. Managing customer data directly from the backend is sometimes a bit difficult. There are no bulk editing options for customer data. In addition, you have to save each change to the user data separately, which makes updating multiple user data at the same time very time-consuming. The export function is also not the best, as only very limited customer attributes and not all customer data can be exported.
Best platform for email marketing
Commentaires : We must manage subscribers and CrowdPower had everything we needed. We have different segments in different languages and it was easy to separate by project, using different emails for it.
Avantages :
We have used several email marketing tools and CrowdPower is certainly at the top of the pyramid in the Saas market. Filters are fast and comprehensive. The template is exactly what we want which is a plain text to get more engagement. It doesn’t look as a promotional newsletter. And the support is amazing, the CEO no less got in touch with us by email while we’re setting up the campaign, and it wasn’t an automatic message. He’s really concerned with the users and the product developement. It’s way better, faster, and less bureaucratic than SendInBlue. It allows us to create different projects which is because we can separate our targets, regions, and SMTP.
Inconvénients :
We wish there was an easier way of editing contacts but it’s not a big deal.

Avantages :
Getting started with CrowdPower is super straightforward. Added a few lines of codes to the website and then CrowdPower works. Definitely worth the money; as a SaaS start-up, we're tight on every aspect of our budgets. So, having the free version till 100 prospects, provide some relief to our financial dept.
Inconvénients :
Ease of use can be further improved. Can be bit challenging for a non tech savvy marketing person to sit down and work with this.
Simple email marketing and automations
Commentaires : Overall, I enjoy my experience with crowd power. I've gone back and forth with my opinion, but ultimately it's a simple software once you get the hang of it.
Avantages :
My favorite thing about the software is how versatile it is. I use this to track my clients through our client journey as well as a CRM.
Inconvénients :
The least thing I like about this software is the learning curve. It took a minute for me to understand how to put together a project and to track my leads.
Awesome Automation Platform for SaaS Companies

Great for tracking user behavior, and then sending out onboarding messages, win-back campaigns, billing notifications, etc.

Looking forward to additional automations but nothing that I really like least - great product.
A Must Have Product
Commentaires : Over all really happy with this product it is very useful to see who is consistent users and also users slipping away. Its automation's are great and it saves us a ton of time staying engaged with our users. Customer service is amazing!
Avantages :
Once set up the ease of use of the product is very straight forward.

( if you are non technical) difficult to set up. But the support team is there to support you.

The best and all you need end user / client engagement tool
Avantages :
I love the feature set provided by Crowdpower. I am planning to use it to create engagement with my students. The platform provides tons of automation and the ability to create custom templates, making it easy to create and send emails to my students. Definitely recommend it if you are a lean shop to manage end-user engagement.
Inconvénients :
There are tons of features this crow power provides, and if you are a beginner or just starting to use the product then it could be overwhelming. I wish they had instant help, where an overlay on the feature is right when you click on it.
Great lead management platform
Commentaires : My experience with crowdpower has been good. It was easy to import the list and setup campaigns for them.
Avantages :
I liked the form builder and other feature provided as part of the package.
Inconvénients :
I didn't like the limited number of template for the emails. The builder is also not as flexible as expected.
