The best platform to run professioal online events with special features like exhibitor booths

Commentaires : I have organized several virtual events on Airmeet and I have to say this platform is a gem. Most of the attendees love the interface, the chat system, the networking room. And for me it is very useful to have all the information from the attendees to follow up with a marketing plan.

Avantages :

-Support. They literally reply within seconds on the live chat widget from the website and if you need more advanced help they will invite you for a video call.-Ability for the booth owners to live stream independently.-Discussion tables. There you can share your video and audio with up to 16 people, you can use the tables for support, team building, etc.-Recording. I don't need to worry about anything, once the event starts everything is recorded.-Event records are accessible once the event has finished. Attendees can visit the event again and see the records of the event even is already finished.-They have something called Fluid Space, you better check that in their website, it is amazing.

Inconvénients :

Really wish the platform could bring most of the features to mobile for easy access if they also want to compete in the webinar world and no only professional events.

Excellent virtual meeting platform

Commentaires : All the events that have been held have had excellent results, users think that it is as if they were in a real congress in person, you can go from one room to another, visit the sponsors, sit down to talk with colleagues, go to the reception. It seems to us that it is a very well thought-out and constantly growing platform. Highly recommended.

Airmeet is a platform that grows every day, the development team has been concerned with adding new features continuously. the most outstanding characteristics for us are: - It allows you to customize your event, use your logo and your name - It has an option for webinar and congresses - You can manage sponsors and assign their customizable space to each one - One of the most important features, the socialization tables work perfectly, are configurable and have chat and screen sharing function - It has an option for quick one-to-one meetings, you can configure them randomly or by the custom fields of the registration form, this is great. - It has a backstage before starting a conference, where you can agree with your speakers - All conferences are recorded and you can share them with the attendees - The session calendar is simple and works perfect - Events can be accessed from the app - The support is very good, 24/7 and on the same platform, live

Inconvénients :

It has few cons, based on our experience: - The learning curve compared to normal meeting programs is a bit higher - A good connection is required, for users with poor connections its use is complicated. - It is not always possible to share system audio, which is important for certain presentations - I would like to have support in Spanish

Lovely product but our community found it too complicated to use

Commentaires : Our needs were simple. The product was feature-rich. Our community was used to Zoom and want the simplicity Zoom provided. They did not want to sign up for another product. Ultimately, we listened to them and reverted back to Zoom.

Avantages :

A feature-rich product. The free tier was more than adequate for us.

Inconvénients :

Unfortunately, Techcelerate [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] community found it too complex to use. This resulted in us reverting back to Zoom and paying for it.

Airmeet User Review

Commentaires : My overall experience with Airmeet has been quite satisfying as it fulfills all the needs we had. It helps us improve the engagement of students in the live classes, create many helpful session types, etc.

Avantages :

1. Helps organize many event types2. Helps increase engagement in online classes3. Works smoothly even with large number of students4. Analytics help to track data easily 5. Team formation is possible

Inconvénients :

1. It consumes a lot of bandwidth2. You need a system with good specifications to use it as it may get stuck in systems with low specifications.

The next best things to an actual in-person conference or exhibition

Commentaires : Overall, we would not have been able to do 5 virtual events with global audiences without Airmeet. It is relatively easy to set up an event and market it and their support is absolutely amazing.

Avantages :

The overall experience is next to great. As a participant, it is easy to navigate and quite intuitive. As an event organizer, it has the features and capabilities to substitute in-person events to the closest degree. I like the ability to present parallel presentations (on the paid plans) and the exhibition feature is outstanding. The social lounge is a great way to encourage participation from attendees when they are not attending any sessions. Finally, their support (especially the 24/7 lounge) is great and on one occasion, they even set up a meeting with their product manager and team leader to sort out an issue that I had with attendee registration.

Inconvénients :

I would like the ability to better control or customize the reminders that are being sent to attendees prior to the events. Currently, it is a generic message sent by Airmeet and it would be nice to have some customization. Also, the part where you add or upload your own list of attendees is a bit cumbersome and confusing and requires you to turn off something in the settings when the lists ie being uploaded and then turn it back on again later.

An almost there solution!

Commentaires : I see this as an almost perfect solution - it would be lovely to have more options for third-party integration such as interpretation (other than interpret, you should be able to assign your own interpreters). I little bit more freedom to customise and you're there!

Avantages :

Customisable branding and the table-based discussion space is a superb features. It creates an inclusive, dynamic environment for people -mimicking the networking opportunities of in-person events. It's also great that we can stream in to Airmeet, with no issues a at all

Inconvénients :

One major reason why I use streamyard to stream into Airmeet is the ability to add banners, and images and control the camera view layout for everyone watching. The way that Airmeet squeezes cameras on screen means people's faces are often cut off and there's nothing we can do to resize people in the meeting. The mobile experience is also very poor - should be prioritising an app for mobile users.

Airmeet has enabled engaging virtual networking experience

Avantages :

We have been using Airmeet for a bit for the reason it has allow us to create a more organic networking experience for our virtual events. The tables and speed networking session are amazing to use.

Inconvénients :

Setting up an even like inviting speaker seem quite hassled and we can't show view of all our participants like zoom.

Best Virtual event hosting software

Avantages :

The concept of tables, chairs, backstage, stage in a virtual setting

Inconvénients :

Consumes a lot of bandwidth therefore frequent connection issues.

Incredible Service at Free Level

Avantages :

I appreciate the ability to get everyone in the 'room' and still allow them to move about autonomously. I enjoy the three different chat functions (DM, Table Chat, Everyone in the Room) and reactions feature when someone is onstage. I truly appreciate the 'Backstage' function, which acts as a virtual green room and the countdown to when it goes live. Airmeet also provides wonderful customer support!

Inconvénients :

Not too often, but occasionally there will be someone on our team or an attendee who cannot gain access to all the features or sit at a table. Sometimes the countdown to when we go live is not accurate and it takes a bit longer. I wish it was possible to change the number of tables in the room after the Airmeet has already been set up.

A solid option with room to continue to grow

Commentaires : Overall, I really like the platform and will continue to use it. I do feel that the conference functionality should be included at the meetup price.

Avantages :

The platform is easy to use and set up. It's been reliable, stable and the video and audio quality are great. Having creation, registration and delivery all on one platform has made life so much easier.

Inconvénients :

The longest delay in live streaming I've seen in a while (live streaming to YouTube). Looking booth and sponsor functionality to conference packages which are very expensive. Limited customisation of the event when in meetup.

A blessing in Disguise

Commentaires : Overall Airmeet is a great tool. It provides a fresh and different perspective from the conventional virtual meet softwares. Another advantage was that it was quite stable and worked well on a decent bandwidth.

Avantages :

Unlike other software, the interface of Airmeet is quite modern and interactive. It tries re-creating the offline setup of any event virtually. Further, it is easy to navigate through the different features that increases it's utility.

Inconvénients :

The software was a bit restrictive with it's structure. I got the opportunity to use it in one of the events and it took some time to get used to.

Great platform for fairs!

Avantages :

The software is easy to use and affordable. Airmeet gives the user as close to an in-person fair experience as anything else out there!

Inconvénients :

No virtual backgrounds, limited character limit on tables, lacking customizable features on tables (like links and videos, etc.)

Awesome product but can improve

Commentaires : I loved the product and would definitely recommend it to other colleagues. Video quality can be improved. And option to stream simultaneously to two or more streaming services should be there natively. Today it supports one.

Avantages :

Customer support given by the Airmeet team is amazing. We get responses in less than an hour which are super helpful.

Inconvénients :

The video quality during conferences might take a hit. Recordings that we get are not of freat quality.

Makes Online Workshops and Breakout Sessions Enjoyable

Commentaires : I used Airmeet for a year-long supervisory development program with a client's team and it was well-received. Participants enjoyed the user experience especially the opportunity to engage with one another in breakout sessions. Engagement was further enhanced for both the facilitator and participants through reaction emoji's, the chat feature and the prominent display of key questions. And a participant in other Airmeet events, I can attest to the positive user experience. Airmeet is one of those few tools out there that gives you a memorable and enjoyable online meeting experience.

Avantages :

Airmeet makes the creation and management of breakout rooms easy and a joy a to use. There is tight integration between the main session and the breakout rooms. As facilitator I have been able to check the various groups when doing breakout sessions and it comes close to face-to-face sessions that I previously facilitated. I also like the hand the mic feature which allows for participant engagement that is focused and not disruptive. I also love the ability to create virtual conferences and events with sponsors.

Inconvénients :

The core design of the landing pages are attractive but I wish there was more customisation in terms of sizing of brand elements e.g. company and sponsor logos. The logos tend to be too small which is not what you want for branding especially for sponsors. Perhaps I may be doing something wrong but several attempts have proven futile.

Amazing experience with our first virtual event!

Commentaires : It was amazing! We want to connect with people. Pre pandemic, we were doing this through physical events, meetups, and workshops. Post pandemic, this is all virtual, and there is where Airmeet fits in. The experience is very close to that of a physical event, plus you get an international audience which was not possible. I am curious to try how it is in a hybrid setup altough!

Avantages :

I really like the look and feel and the user experience of the platform! The UI/UX is neat and clean; navigating through the dashboard is quite simple, even for first-time users. The actual event experience is also quite rich. Infact even before the event you can go to the lounge area and see how it will look like on the day of the event. The experience on the day of the event is also quite nice! It is just like you are backstage then you go the frontstage then you go to the networking arena. It is quite close to in person experience. The audience engagement features help you connect with your audience to improve the effectiveness of the event. Streaming features are also very cool and easy to setup even for non tech people.

Inconvénients :

There is one feature of live streaming. In case you pause the event, the stream is disconnected and the video breaks into two parts. Instead, the streaming engine should stream some dummy stream showing some text like "we will be right back" and connect the new stream when live. Also, I am wondering why is there no direct stream option to LinkedIn? Other than this, the product is quite fantastic!

All in browser interface without downloading & installing anything. The simplicity of virtual lounge tables was also appealing to me.

We will use airmeet mostly for conducting the Webinars and virtual events with our teams and customers as well. We never faced any problem until now. On an average 200+ participants use to join our events. We didn't faced any interruption during the sessions. Loved using it. Airmeet is a Great Tool & Responsive & Innovative

Commentaires : We benefit from the aesthetics and the experience we want to provide our customers. We love the breakout features and how different it is from Zoom or other tools used for webinars type settings. Airmeet is dynamic and has a brand of uniqueness and fun. That's our brand and what we like to represent.

Avantages :

Airmeet meets our goals for hosting events from an aesthetic viewpoint. The features I love are: raise hands and the way that the person is brought on stage, availability of the stage always in eyesight when sharing documents or videos, the recording availability, and much more. We use the Meetup version. Also, we love the 24 hours tech and customer service.

Inconvénients :

There are some minor issues with the setup of teams, for example, the tech team has to delete team setups if you make a mistake adding a person. It is not easy to undo the email of that team person, but they get right on it.

Good value for money

Avantages :

That thing that we really liked was that the UI is well designed and that in fact gives the event a more professional look. One of the factors for choosing Airmeet was its UI. Although we were limited to a Laptop browser the customization available to us was quite decent. We could use banners and backgrounds for our sponsor directly and that was quite easy. Also, we could create multiple meet links in advance and all of which had an individual registration capacity and that cost for the same was quite decent.

Inconvénients :

One of the things that we missed was complete mobile application support. The meets are available on a mobile browser but considering that many people that attended the event did prefer a mobile joining rather than joining from a Laptop, we felt that they should create an app. When joining from a mobile we couldn't switch on mic or camera. Another limitation is that only 10 people can simultaneously join the meet and be on stage(turn the mic and camera on).

Recommended platform for interactive webinars

Commentaires : I really like the platform for webinars and digital events. I didn't use all the available features but I'm confident to use Airmeet as my business grows and we can organize bigger online events.

Avantages :

The intuitive and clear user interface and low learning curve are definately big pros.

Inconvénients :

The free plan offers enough features to get a good feel of Airmeet and to get started. The paid plan could be more affordable than it is now. Airmeet has practically all the features you'll ever need and gives you a headstart when organizing professional events.

Commentaires : The Airmeet platform came to our surprise & support at a time when we had to cope up with the WFH culture that was setting in during this year, precisely March 2020. We found this as an alternate to the existing platforms as it came with features like private chat rooms for the speakers, easy access to the participant details and the program schedules, ability to accommodate several thousand attendees, and ofcourse the backend support from the Airmeet team throughout the session that has made Airmeet our first choice to host online teaching-learning sessions for students and aspiring entrepreneurs. Using Airmeet for live webinars

Commentaires : Airmeet is very good for allowing us to provide expert webinars to our customers and giving them a great experience along the way.

Avantages :

The system is very smart in the way it uses features. I love the table feature and the backstage system is very useful to discuss with speakers before going live for webinars. The UI is nice and clean and explains the necessary steps well.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes the speaker would not have audio or his mic would not be audible when he joined backstage and he would have to leave and join again. Also the timezone for setting time of events didn't work well.

Airmeet has the potential to be a leader among virtual event platforms

Commentaires : It's been exciting to see how far they've come in the few short months since I started using the platform. I can't wait to see where they go from here!

Avantages :

I love the virtual table conversations! Everyone enjoys being able to connect for small-group discussions. And what's even more exciting is that they offer the tables in their exhibit booths as well, so attendees can have real-time conversations with the exhibitors. I haven't seen any other platform offer that feature yet. Plus their support team is open to user feedback and there are regular updates and enhancements.

Inconvénients :

Some attendees have had trouble navigating the platform once they enter. Part of that may be my fault for not providing enough orientation, but there are things Airmeet could do to make it more intuitive. I've provided them with feedback, so hopefully they will listen.

Great for reproducing an in-person experience remotely

Commentaires : Our experience has been very positive, great support from the team to answer our questions and share with us their plans and how they would be able to solve our pain points in the future.

Avantages :

We use Airmeet's social lounge and networking features for our team to engage and make connections remotely—it works very well for this, recreating the feeling of random meetups from the office.

Inconvénients :

There were occasional technical challenges in the social lounge, especially with audio dropping, that produced a negative experience for some users.
