I love Gem!

5,0 l’année dernière

Commentaires : Gem has definitely made me a better recruiter and made my job easier.

Avantages :

Having reminders for InMails and getting emails sent automatically through gem is a GAME CHANGER. I am not the most organized person, so in the past I would have candidates fall through the cracks if I missed messaging them for 2nd, 3rd, 4th touch points. Now I get reminders or have it done automatically.

Inconvénients :

I cannot think of any cons of using Gem so far. I use it daily for candidate messaging and management, I have enjoyed it a ton.

Gem is the choice tool for your sourcing needs

5,0 il y a 4 ans

Commentaires : Overall we are very happy with Gem has our primary sourcing and outreach platform. We are also happy with the support from the team who are quick to respond to any issues as well as being open to feedback and product enhancements.

Avantages :

Gem is a very intuitive product and may not have the bells and whistles of some of the other sourcing tools in the market, but what it can do - it does really well. The ability to customize drip campaigns and A/B test your sourcing outreach is the primary reason that we chose Gem, coupled with the ability to send on behalf of leaders across your organization also enables you to be more successful in your outreach. What's more, Gem can accurately identify and source direct email contacts for prospects to allow you to connect with candidates easily.

Inconvénients :

As with any data sources, the email lookup is not always going to be 100% accurate.

Gem is an essential recruiting tool.

5,0 l’année dernière

Avantages :

It's really easy to use! Gem's integrations make leveraging data from event so easy. In the past, where other platforms don't encourage collaboration, Gem does.Gem is perfect for large teams with wide candidate pool in order to retain and share talent, which is super important in this new and competitive landscape.

Inconvénients :

Limited licenses can make the data analytics a bit manual when it comes to reviewing large sheets of data. My assumption is that this is to push you to get a pro license.

Commentaires : Gem is really good for recruitment and obtaining data for better outreach, especially in Recruitment and HR roles.

Avantages :

This platform is really good especially in sourcing as it has automatic sequencing that will send follow-up emails which is time-saving. You could also integrate other software tools for seamless transfer of data.

Gem the key to my workflow

5,0 il y a 4 ans

Commentaires : I love what Gem has meant to my productivity. I honestly don't understand it when people tell me they don't get it. I couldn't imagine doing my job without it. I would seriously consider quitting or finding another role within the company if Plaid ever told me they were nixing Gem.

Avantages :

When I switched over to Gem 3 years ago, It eliminated about 3 additional tools from my process, thusly saving me time and brain power. I no longer have to leave a linkedIn profile to source and recruit effectively. The product also now has a very robust and powerful search function within their app that allows me to not even have to use LinkedIn for several days at a time. I can stay within gem.com and create custom automated messages that I know will sync well with my ATS for ease of mind in data integrity.

Inconvénients :

The design, both within the app and the widget, can be a bit "cumbersome;" however, I know that they have made some recent hires in that area and I have already seen some great improvements.

GEM Review

5,0 il y a 3 ans

Avantages :

I really enjoy the email sequences. It saves me time and help me organize my responses. I love that you have an AI component to capture responses that have an indication of interest. It would be excellent if that could be applied to candidates who are not interested. Saves time on updated the responses. I like the Prospect fields. Having the ability to view multiple projects and adjust the filters to meet a current role is KING!

Inconvénients :

I just had one hiccup which was dealt with in an efficient and speedy fashion with customer support. Microsoft kept locking the account due to bulk messaging. The customer service rep responded to me immediately and gave me a resolution. Other than that, (and that wasn't any fault of GEM), everything is great!

Sam @ Shippo reviews Gem!

5,0 il y a 2 ans

Commentaires : Overall, I think Gem is an amazing tool. It's become a critical part of my sourcing toolkit. I especially cannot driving significant hiring volume without using a tool such as this

Avantages :

The fact that I can email candidates directly on their personal emails, the email sequencing capabilities, the ATS integration, the granular analytics, the email templates (+ plug and play variables -- especially the {{reason}} variable), and the dashboard that I can use to monitor the product usage of my directs

Inconvénients :

I wish the success rate and accuracy of the email scraping capabilities were closer to 100%. Sometimes the plug-in can be a bit buggy and unusuableSometimes candidate first and last names don;'t auto-populateI wish there was a clearer distinction (or I better understood) why to use Gem projects vs. LinkedIn RecruiterGiven how expensive LinkedIn Recruiter is and how tight the economy is at the moment, I wish there were more features and/or product design choices that make Gem a tool that can offer significant value even when not paired with a LinkedIn Recruiter seat

never want to work without Gem

5,0 il y a 2 ans

Commentaires : I never want to work without Gem, I am a Sourcer and my aim is to reach out to as many candidates as possible. Gem is very user-friendly and helps me track myself easily. I love the Outreach stats section,

Avantages :

search in the Prospects; email sequencing and automizing the outreach to candidates, being able to set up email sequence "on behalf of" hiring managers; the reports; finding the emails of candidates works pretty well; customer support is excellent and quick; love the brochures

Inconvénients :

It is not possible to download the candidate list or change the status of candidates who are in my team mates' sequence (in case of holidays this would be useful). I would make the Columns in Sequences adjustable, like in Projects, but it is not a dealbreaker.Just an idea: would be great if I could be able to rank candidates (prospects) on a given email sequence or project e.g. Tier 1, Tier 2 (based on how much they match the job requirements).

Great CRM and great insights!

4,0 il y a 3 ans

Commentaires : I love it. It eases my work flow as a sourcing recruiter, I've had many positive candidate experiences that came from the automated follow-ups. It's simple to change up sequences and track the success of various campaigns.

Avantages :

Easy for follow ups, tracking candidates, tracking metrics (including gender).

Inconvénients :

The UI could be a bit more pretty and modern if I had to say something.

Master User of GEM in only 6 months

4,0 il y a 4 ans

Commentaires : It has been a good experience so far, I've found the team behind Gem to be helpful and knowledgeable. I also am thrilled that they never seem to stop trying to improve and innovate.

Avantages :

I was given this software as a tool with very little instruction and it's been simple and easy to pick up. I also uncover new features and tricks every day. It's by far the best CRM/Linkedin tool I've used in a long time. I've used tons of different CRM/ATS's and Chrome extensions over my career, and Gem is by far one of the best tools I've found.

Inconvénients :

If they could find more emails readily that would be helpful. I also think there should be an automatic reminder tool for bounced and non-responsive candidates.

Huge fan of Gem!

Commentaires : Love Gem, no other recruiting tool compares! Highly recommend for your recruiting team.

Avantages :

So many things. Gem makes my recruiting workflow so much simpler and less manual. I love how it integrates with Greenhouse. It has good reporting features as well.

Inconvénients :

I wish this software integrated with Lever (a previous ATS I've used–I currently use Greenhouse). I also wish InMails could be sent more efficiently.

Avantages :

Great product for sourcing and hiring professionals!

5,0 il y a 2 ans

Commentaires : Very easy to use, intuitive.

Avantages :

The product is extremely easy to use and integrates seamlessly with Greenhouse. One of my favorite features is the ability to set up my sequences ahead of time. Additionally, the analytics on response response rates, sequences is unlike any other product I've used in my 10+ years of sourcing. The user interface is extremely well designed.

Inconvénients :

I'd be interested in seeing any other analytics that might be market related.

Gem is a great tool for active outreach!

4,0 il y a 2 ans

Commentaires : Great! I would recommend it.

Avantages :

Gem is great for sourcers and recruiters that want to excel with active sourcing and sending messages to cold candidates via email or Linkedin. It helps you create message templates, and sequences so it's really great to have scheduled follow-ups.

Inconvénients :

I think it still has to get better in the integration with LinkedIn for sending messages since this can't be automated.

Solid tool for Candidate management

5,0 il y a 2 ans

Commentaires : Extremely useful tool that will save you time.

Avantages :

Gem allows me to communicate quicker with candidates, understand better about where they are in the process and catalogue them based on job description.

Inconvénients :

I dont find much wrong with Gem other than that it can make recruiters become dependent, like a drug. LOL
