Step Change Efficiency, Consistency and No more errors!!!!

Commentaires : The experience has been fantastic - easy to implement, easy to upload and update, great support with helpful videos personalised to my business and easily accessible on the toolbars, and intuitive to use leveraging the Microsoft way

Avantages :

Re-using content used to be a big challenge because 1) personal data would be incorrectly left in 2) it would be pasted into different documents with different styles and would look yuck 3) My teams didn't know where to find great examples I'd created because it was buried somewhere in a client's folder 4) context wasn't adjustable (single vs married, children vs not) With Brand Mail, I can enter the client's name and it's re-used everywhere, the templates are so easy to create that I"ve made context specific templates, and the styles are locked in and transportable. This makes it highly efficient, saves me time and embarrasment and I trust that it's acurate. And each time I find a new way of doing things, I can just upload and everything's easily available to everyone. So, in the end, it removes the dependency on me, and the result is that it's like i've cloned myself to more people. It was super easy to install and integrate into our existing life because we're Microsoft Office dependent(I am the tech department!), and the customer support has been phenomenal - with the Brand Quantam team building us little help videos that we can access from our toolbar. I use it every day now, and am so excited to build it out to every area of our business.

Inconvénients :

I haven't yet come across any downsides..

Commentaires : My overall experience has been stellar from the [sensitive content hidden] of the company to everyone else. This company knows the meaning of what stellar customer service and customer experience is. It's rare that I will do a review but in this care, because of the care and the experience from BrandMail, I had to.

Avantages :

What I like most is the people, specifically the [sensitive content hidden]. She's an amazing entrepreneur AND person. This product is the best all-in-one solution specific for email mail communication and branding. You can tell it was well thought out and that they put themselves in the shoes of the people that would be using the product. The features are many and can replace having many other products. I'm thrilled to have found this company because as a startup that needed to get out of the gate quickly with a stellar looking brand, they made it happen quickly. I recommend them to anyone, and I will!

Inconvénients :

There is a little learning curve but nothing that prohibits being able to quickly use it.

Looks professional. In terms of use on Windows in Firefox it works out well

Inconvénients :

It doesn't work out with Microsoft Outlook on Mac

Beautiful branding and great service

Commentaires : It has been relatively easy to teach my coworkers how to use BrandMail and they are using the templates frequently, which streamlines and provides consistent communication with our clients.

Avantages :

Our company is very happy with the professional branding of our emails. It's definitely an upgrade in professionalism and marketing, and the shared templates have proved useful for multiple departments. We have a complex setup, with multiple offices internationally and BrandMail is able to accommodate easily. [sensitive content hidden] has been especially devoted and helpful in getting us up and running and happily making all the tweaks requested by upper management. [sensitive content hidden] has been an excellent technical resource, walking me through installation challenges and other hiccups.

Inconvénients :

I would love to see BrandMail offer the ability to copy templates between toolbars/companies. This would make my job as an admin a little bit easier. We did have some technical IT challenges with BrandMail installation, but these were likely due to specific parameters of our server and remote setup.

Commentaires : It was easy to move transition from our exiting platform. The ease of use to access reports and make changes to signatures.

Avantages :

Ease of use. The ability to customize signatures by Department. The stats you are able to generate. Being able to schedule banners.

Avantages :

BrandMail is truly a game changer for businesses. We shopped pretty much every email signature company and ended up here. They offer an amazing product that truly serves a benefit to your business. The idea is to work smarter and not harder. BrandMail is exactly that. It allows you to spend real time on your work rather than the technicalities that keep you away from completing the task.

BrandMail Has significantly increased our Brand and brought down time to change signatures.

Commentaires : BrandMail has assisted us with exactly they were offering during our onboarding period. It has greatly increased our productivity on other items while not having to spend the time to run around and manually update users email signatures.
Overall i would recommend brandmail to any company that would like consistency and reduction in time of manually setting up email signatures.

Avantages :

The amount of time that it takes to change an email signature along with being able to sync it through to multiple devices. Brandmail has also assisted us in achieving consistency throughout all mail leaving our organization. Customer service has been amazing since being onboarded early 2022

Inconvénients :

I cannot confirm on any specific dislikes from my part and have not received any complaints from my team since being onboarded.

The only company you need

Avantages :

The BrandMail team is incredibly responsive and works diligently to address any and all concerns. They listened to my needs and made recommendations based on my unique circumstances. Their insights and knowledge was priceless, helping to guide me through the process and make decisions I didn't feel qualified to make on my own. We had some issues due to my email client and they went out of their way to find a solution.

Inconvénients :

There is literally nothing to dislike! In my opinion there are no downsides to working with BrandMail.

Brandmail | Ease of Access

Commentaires : I have no hickups in using BrandMail - it is an effective tool for adding signatures, getting data for reports as well as adding documents for easy retrieval on mail.

Avantages :

It is very easy to navigate and does not require much training but is readily available if needed.

Inconvénients :

No cons really, the platform works great, no issues yet.

Brandmail is The Best

Commentaires : Brandmail is very good. Everyone loves it, even the Exchange Server Administrator!

Avantages :

Very good support from [sensitive content hidden] and her team, both pre and post sales support is awesome. [sensitive content hidden] can jump in there and help with feature additions. Even from South Africa, there is very support, they are very good about supporting business users in other timezones, even when there is a 12+ hour difference. The brandmail outlook plugin works great. It works great on everything from self hosted/on-premise exchange to Office365. It's very easy to roll out. There are no changes required of your Exchange Server, you only need to install an add-in into Outlook.

Inconvénients :

MFA is terrible. Very annoying. Everyone hates it. Setting up Admin users. Everyone hates that too.

Commentaires : We are rebranding, we also wanted to manage signatures better. After searching for a while I came across BrandQuantum, they offer a suitable solution for every taste. I am also very happy with the banners they help me design. I think the price/quality ratio is really tremendous.

Avantages :

From the first contact, I noticed the dedication of BrandQuantum's team. I have rarely worked with a company that was so helpful and prompt. I am extremely impressed with the personal attention and thoughtfulness in our process.In addition, the product is easy to use, very clear and has a nice look and feel.

Inconvénients :

Nothing. So far, I have not experienced any downsides.

Commentaires : Superlative - client-centric, solutions-driven, brand-focused, clear communicators.

Avantages :

The solution is exceptional, but I would say hands down, its the people employed at the firm. Upper management to designer - every single person wants to see your firm succeed. They are proactive, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to learning more about the admin portal and how this can further support our business. I felt they had a vested interest in my success and in wanting us to cross the finish line.

Branding mails that brings value and benefits to our customers!

Commentaires : The problem we were having before using BrandMail was that campaigns that were being run via email to our customers that were supposed to be benefitting our customers were being missed or overlooked. Because we email customers daily and our signatures are now branded our own, visible and we can add the messages and campaigns with a call to action these important and valuable messages are being seen and benefit our customers. It also solves the problem which is contact details my customers never had as my email signature previously used to only come through once in a thread and customers would have to search through it to get my details such as a phone number whereas now it's always there and is in line with our company's brand which I love.

Avantages :

I love that BrandMail allows us to add messaging and campaigns to our signatures where you can't miss the message, these messages used to be missed by our customers sent via email as they were easily over-looked or seen as spam where now we know with the insights, feedback and call to actions that our customers are seeing these messages and are gaining value by what we offer.

Inconvénients :

I haven't come across anything I don't like or appreciate I think it has great value for money and is delivers more than I was expecting.

Managing your brand with ease

The Brandmail solution great and really easy to use. With the click of a button, changes and updates can be made, which automatically pulls through to all staff emails. The software made it possible for us to ensure brand consistency and professionalism, creating brand recognition and leaving a lasting impression at the end of each email we send. The email banners allow us to promote new products/offers with the added benefits of adding click through links to the relevant offers. Our marketing team have peace-of-mind knowing that the latest company documents are saved on the toolbar. This also allows the staff to be more efficient by adding relevant documents to their emails with just a few clicks. On top of this excellent product, BrandQuantum provides fantastic customer service and always willing to assist. It continually improves, adding additional features that are meaningful to your business.

Inconvénients :

We don't have any cons about the software at this point.

Hard to beat!

Avantages :

BrandMail is super easy to use with lots of useful help guides should you need them. It works seamlessly with outlook 365. But what I love best about the software is the support team. They respond quickly and nothing is ever too much trouble - fab!

Inconvénients :

Genuinely I cannot think of any cons with the software. It is helping our business to deliver a clear message through consistent and confident branding and which doesn't cost the earth. We love it!

Commentaires : I have been very impressed with the can do attitude from BrandQuantum from our first encounter. There after we have just been blown away by positive and ground-breaking ideas/technology. BrandMail has been an absolute delight to role out as it works seamless. If your company offers BrandQuantum the opportunity you won’t be disappointed, I rate BrandMail as one of the easiest yet professional software deployments that I have done in my career.

Commentaires : BrandMail’s permission-based functionality gives departments and specific employees access to information according to their roles which means that they only have permission to access the information they need to perform their job function. Their customer-support is peerless, and they really do provide peace of mind..

Avantages :

With BrandMail, ManpowerGroup SA’s employees can access standardised communications that is easily accessible from within Outlook and employees know that they have access to communications that are compliant and on-brand.

Inconvénients :

There really is absolutely nothing that we don't like about this product.
