Literally everyone should be using BrandMail!

Keeping our most up-to-date materials in one place for simple attachment 3. Saving team members time by using mail templates and not forcing them to go to a specific website to copy/paste scripts

I've been trying to figure out the best way to verbalize the way I smile whenever a new employee thanks me for their beautiful signature and I know that they won't be able to break it no matter how hard they try or cheer when my [SENSITIVE CONTENT] says that it's a real game changer to be able to have all our most updated attachments right there in her email instead of forcing her to search for things in SharePoint or giggle when I upload a new email template to make tech support's job easier, so basically what I'm saying to you in this massive run-on sentence is that you will experience real joy from using BrandMail. I promise.

Inconvénients :

If you're one of those people who doesn't read an instruction manual, like me, it will take a while to learn and retain everything you need to know. But the leadership team is always there to answer questions (even when the time difference means they're answering questions at 10pm their time!) and the Knowledge Base is expansive.

Efficient & Professional: My experience with BrandMail

Customization: BrandMail provides users with a wide range of customizable templates and branding options to ensure that emails are on-brand and visually appealing.Deliverability: With advanced spam and fraud filters, BrandMail ensures that emails are delivered to the intended recipients, making sure that important messages don't end up in spam folders.Analytics: BrandMail provides detailed analytics, allowing users to track the success of their email campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, and more.Regarding ease of use, BrandMail is known to have a user-friendly interface, making it easy to navigate and create email campaigns without needing any technical skills or expertise. Additionally, integration with existing processes is also considered easy, as BrandMail provides seamless integration with popular CRMs, marketing automation tools, and other third-party applications.

Inconvénients :

Not being able to produce email campaigns through the software is slightly frustrating, there is limited capability in this area… we would love to house quote robust templates for areas such as internal communications and staff awareness campaigns. At this time, email templates are not built in HTML which means creativity is limited.

This isn't just a product, it's a game-changer, and it's got more bells and whistles than you can imagine.It’s not all gumdrops and lollipops - the configuration process is a bit like assembling a puzzle. There's a lot of pieces and it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. But I think that is a good sign of just how much this solution can be tailored to fit your needs. It's like a suit that's been made just for you - it might take a bit of time to get it fitted, but once it's done, it's perfect.In my option, what really sets BrandMail apart isn't just the product, it's the people. The team at Brand Quantum treated me like I was their most important customer, even though I'm just a small account. They didn't just sell me a product, they took the time to get to know me and understand my needs.I had two onboarding sessions. The first was with [sensitive content hidden], a real whizz with all the technical stuff. He guided me through the maze of CNAME, DMARC, DKIM, and more, making sure everything was set up just right. The second session was with [sensitive content hidden]. Yes, the [sensitive content hidden]! She took the time to walk me through all the features and answer all my questions. Configuration can be daunting, but that is also a testament to just how much you can tailor it to your specific needs.

Email Branding solved!

Avantages :

We had email branding challenges for a long time, having tried multiple products over the years we were finally introduced to the BrandMail team. My organizations email branding issues are a thing of the past. The product is easy to deploy and use and does everything it promises to do. Having multiple mailboxes for different companies has always been a branding issue, BrandMail has solved this for me as well. The ability to have a central location for all our templates and client facing documentation has made our organization more efficient and helps to ensure we met our compliancy obligations by always having access to the latest documents. The ability for an organization to always ensure they are using their latest documentation is going to become more important with the imminent implementation of the POPI Act. The BrandMail team are a pleasure to deal with on all levels. From design, to support and administration they have always been prompt and efficient. The team listens to feedback and suggestions. I have seen one of our feature requests implemented in the product in short time.

Inconvénients :

There is nothing within the product that I dislike.

Email management done right

Commentaires : Just fantastic and easy to manage and maintain.

Avantages :

Centralised control of ALL our signatures in the same back-end as BrandOffice has made the management of content and assets that much easier where they are shared. No user can make their signature pink and Comic Sans anymore and we can control our campaigns at a granular level. The two BEST parts for us are the analytics on usage and deep dive data on the emails sent, and the BrandMe page. We have seen very many click throughs to BrandMe which means people are storing our contact information and having a great experience doing so.

Inconvénients :

Honestly, similar to BrandOffice, no cons at this point.

Alternatives envisagées : Rocketseed Email Signatures

Pourquoi passer à BrandMail : We found that apples for apples Rocketseed could not deliver the depth of functionality nor could it match the price based on this. We also contacted customers using Rocketseed to unpack their experience in our investigations.

Avantages :

We looked at a few different email signature softwares, but ended up going with BrandMail because of their focus on design, user-friendliness, and their general responsiveness! They were super quick to draft up beautiful signatures and get us started on a trial. Set-up with our workspace was a breeze; [sensitive content hidden] walked us through how it works so we can change things if we need but also don't have to struggle through a bunch of written directions just to get going.What's truly amazing is how responsive they continued to be even after set-up and trial was over! Any time we have an issue, I'm amazed at the speediness of responses and how quickly things are resolved. They make sure we feel comfortable bringing up any problems and have so much enthusiasm to help out. I truly recommend BrandMail and their team!

Inconvénients :

BrandMail is more than I could ask for in terms of signature software; I can't think of any downsides that you wouldn't experience with other companies. Technology always requires working out kinks; what makes it easiest is having people to work with who are knowledgable and excited to help, and BrandMail definitely provides that!

It was a game changer for us finding BrandMail, we are small family business who are expanding and growing. Elements of the business required updating such as marketing campaigns, signature and logo. Brandmail was our solution. This package allows you to get great advice and brilliant designers to help you create what you would like for your company. The Brandmail solution great and really easy to use. With the click of a button, changes and updates can be made, which automatically pulls through to all staff emails. The software made it possible for us to ensure brand consistency and professionalism, creating brand recognition and leaving a lasting impression at the end of each email we send. The email banners allow us to promote new products/offers with the added benefits of adding click through links to the relevant offers. Our marketing team have peace-of-mind knowing that the latest company documents are saved on the toolbar. This also allows the staff to be more efficient by adding relevant documents to their emails with just a few clicks. On top of this excellent product, BrandQuantum provides fantastic customer service and always willing to assist. It continually improves, adding additional features that are meaningful to your business.

We don't have any cons about the software at this point.

Local Nonprofit Steps Up Branding Game

Avantages :

Before BrandMail we had to depend on individual staff to update signatures and any promo banners which I felt like we were asking them them to change/update on a weekly basis. Now with a few simple clicks on the back end signatures are updated, banners added/removed and I don't have to bother our staff to make them. This service has streamlined our email branding and I don't have to worry about who has updated their signature and who hasn't. BrandMail has saved me so much time because everything is automated and all the staff have to do is click the sync button (if I forgot to push a manual update). Their customer service is top notch and I feel like an individual and not just another "client". I am more than a client with BrandMail and BrandQuantum, I feel like myself and our agency are part of their family. BrandMail has allowed me to focus more on fundraising, engaging our community and helping end HIV in our community!

Inconvénients :

So far there isn't anything we don't like about the software. Any issues we have the team at BrandQuantum helps us work through them to get them resolved quickly.

BrandMail for the win!

Avantages :

My involvement on the backend of BrandMail has intensified fairly recently and I'm just blown away by the software's capabilities. It's also great that if you can work closely with the BrandQuantum team to solve for some bespoke requirements - the customer service is outstanding in this regard. I don't believe that we are using all capabilities yet and look forward to exploring them more to simplify processes for our staff even further.

Inconvénients :

I have had a very steep learning curve over the last few months when it comes to BrandMail's capabilities and am blown away by everything I'm being taught. It's hard to fault something that you never knew existed, or realised that you actually needed it - but didn't know you had the need in the first place.

Brandmail is The Best

Commentaires : Brandmail is very good. Everyone loves it, even the Exchange Server Administrator!

Avantages :

Very good support from [sensitive content hidden] and her team, both pre and post sales support is awesome. [sensitive content hidden] can jump in there and help with feature additions. Even from South Africa, there is very support, they are very good about supporting business users in other timezones, even when there is a 12+ hour difference. The brandmail outlook plugin works great. It works great on everything from self hosted/on-premise exchange to Office365. It's very easy to roll out. There are no changes required of your Exchange Server, you only need to install an add-in into Outlook.

Inconvénients :

MFA is terrible. Very annoying. Everyone hates it. Setting up Admin users. Everyone hates that too.

Professional and Efficient

Commentaires : The experience has been very positive. The product achieve the purpose we make use of it for and Paula, Simon and the rest of team are always so helpful and efficient.

Avantages :

BrandMail allows for Professional displaying of our brand and creates uniformity across all staff. The look and feel of the brand is now uniform for the whole company and with the use of Mail Templates, our communications to clients are also now professional and uniform.

Inconvénients :

There is currently no downside to using BrandMail, in my experience. It is easy to use and all staff know how to use it with ease. Very low maintenance as well.

My experience with Brandmail has been remarkable, mainly due to their extraordinary customer service. Despite the size of my account being relatively small, they've always shown me the highest level of respect, truly making me feel like a valued client. I can say without a doubt that their customer service is second to none in the software sector.Turning to their product, it has been an invaluable asset to us. The outstanding quality and visual appeal of our new email signatures have made a significant impact. I initially ordered signatures solely for my usage. However, my business partner was so taken with my first email showcasing the new signature that she immediately asked, "How do I get this?" Needless to say, we got her set up right away.In summary, the combination of BrandMail's extraordinary customer service and impressive product establishes them as a trailblazer in the realm of email signatures.

Commentaires : I have found the support to be excellent and the staff quick to assist and to answer any questions. Being able to manage the system myself is also great as I can make required changes directly and the system updates and sync's easily.
I haven't yet explored all the features offered but intend to do so.

Avantages :

BrandMail is easy to set up and updates automatically so that I don't have to worry to do everything manually. The email signatures across the school are now tamper-proof and consistent with our brand. I enjoy being able to update and edit as and when necessary and the customised email banners are excellent! The banners allow email signatures to be phase-specific and I can run different campaigns across the phases. The banners are also able to alternate automatically so each signature can have more than 1 banner.

Inconvénients :

It took a bit of time to get everything set up initially as I needed my IT department for this. The support from BrandQuantum was excellent though, and they worked with my IT team to get things running smoothly. You currently can't see your email signature when sending an email from your mobile phone. The mail sends with the signature but is not visible to the sender. This is a bit frustrating as users often sign off their emails not realising that the email signature is attached.

Unparalleled Customer Service with a MUST HAVE PRODUCT!

Commentaires : Open your dictionary and find Customer Service, there you will find BrandQuantum. I can only speak no less than volumes to the level and degree of customer service BrandQuantum provides. They are unmatched to any experience I’ve had before. They are killing the game, I mean the ratings speak for themself. To put it into perspective, I am a startup who has only begun to dabble with Microsoft’s interfaces, they take the techwork and guesswork right out of it which is exactly what I needed. But hold on, it doesn’t stop here, the customer service isn’t the only golden goose here. Let’s talk about the product itself, I was pulling my hair out trying to format some funky signature that would appear at least somewhat consistent across different platforms and let’s face it, the only way you get that is by sacrificing quality, branding, and identity. What they provide not only rectifies that but offers so many unique branding capabilities. For all you start-ups, BrandQuantum is a no brainer must have, hands down. I told Paula as a start-up, we don’t have a lot to offer but the least we can do is provide clean, clear and consistent communication. Simon and Paula, y’all saved my hair, thank you so much!

Avantages :

Brandmail by the team at BrandQuantum has been a great addition to our software toolkit. The deployment of consistent high quality email signatures, focused banners and brandme pages were incredibly important for a new organization starting up and building brand consistency. From a technical perspective, the seamless integration with Microsoft Outlook, mobile support, SSO support and centralized deployment and management were key factors in selecting and rolling out the Brandmail product.

Consistently branded emails every time

Avantages :

BrandMail combines branding expertise with an easy to use software solution that delivers professional, on-brand emails with beautifully designed email signatures. A great benefit for me is being able to see my email signature on every email before I send it, which means my emails don't get blocked by recipients spam filters and every email I send aligns to the brand standards. I love my BrandMail signature.

Inconvénients :

No cons experienced as the software is seamless and integrates into Outlook so well.

Commentaires : The experience has been extremely beneficial and has provided me with the necessary tools as a designer to ensure that our visual identity is maintained professionally across the organization. All the necessary training is provided by the team and they go above and beyond to help you achieve your brand initiatives.

Avantages :

I like how the system is very flexible and includes a designer tool that has almost no limitations, giving you complete creative freedom to create visually interesting email signatures. Best of all, it has a super user-friendly interface with seamless Outlook integration.

Inconvénients :

At the moment, there is nothing I dislike about the software. In the past, I've asked if certain niche design functionalities were possible, and what I appreciated most was that the customer success team came back with a solution on how we could best achieve our niche design requirements.

Avantages :

-BrandMail ensures a consistent, high-quality branding experience across my organization. Integrating the brand in email correspondence with clients reinforces the value of our organization.-Before BrandMail, employees had multiple variations of email signatures that created an inconsistent brand image to clients and potential customers. It degraded the value of our company brand. BrandMail resolves that issue with a consistent brand image.

Inconvénients :

BrandMail has proved to be a solid platform with attentive and responsive customer service.

Commentaires : Simply to implement
Solves a lot of problems ( cohesive communication outside)
Is there but you are still concentrated writing your Email
And the best part is the support.

Avantages :

The Software is very easy and intuitive to use. The usability is just perfect. You don't need to be a IT guy to use it. And the best feature of this software is that the people behind it have made it with love and you can see that when you will get it touch with them.

Inconvénients :

Until now nothing is really missing. I'm very happy to see the Apple version soon :)
