Commentaires: Having everything together on one platform saves a lot of time once you get to know your way around. The ability to control access to different admin features means that confidential employee information is only seen by the right managers.Being able to electronically onboard new employees makes our admin processes much simpler and getting help with the legals and compliance takes a lot of the stress away. Everyone who needs to know is automatically kept in the loop.Using digital signing for contracts and documents makes recruiting more straightforward and professional. New employees get eased in better because they begin to engage with us earlier and all the basics are set up and sorted before their first day.
Avantages: Lots of useful features, works well, easy for staff to navigate and use. Keeps everyone informed and updated, great for compliance.
Inconvénients: Although the system's set up well in my opinion and the functionality is very good, it will take a little bit of getting used to. But the more you use it the easier it gets.

"Saves time, reliable, easy for employees to use"
Commentaires: We originally signed up for WorkSmarter just for holidays and absences but decided to upgrade to the full package after 6 months — mainly down to the functionality and reliability of their system. Moving all of our HR online was a bit daunting to start with but everything works really well and it was good to make the move when we did.The site's well designed so navigating your way around is logical and straightforward. The dashboard's clear and simple to use and we love the convenience of being able to access what we need when we need it, regardless of our location. The digital HR files mean you can find the right documents straight away and the calendaring system for absences is really clear and syncs to our devices. Support is there when we need it, nothing too much trouble.
Avantages: Good value for money, saved us a lot of time once the initial setup was completed. Site is intuitive, secure and reliable.
Inconvénients: They don't do payroll so it's not a good fit if this is what you're after.
