Avantages :

The software has enabled us to reduce manual labor output on our website and registration process. We were seeking a registration tool and a bonus was the website presence and management Enrole provides. Another great feature is the 'Immediate start to learn' functionality enabling registrants to get started with online classes in a short time-frame and without the need for manual behind the scenes processes.

Inconvénients :

We added some great customization to the software: these tailored solutions allow us to automate several processes throughout our software ecosystem. They involved several entities at our University collaborating and the end result was well worthwhile.

Enrole is AMAZING!

Commentaires : We have had a wonderful experience with Enrole from implementation to use. We have seen a 2x increase in our productivity and and increase in our revenue by approximately $1500 a semester since implementation. Our customers are thrilled as they are able to easily register for multiple offerings and multiple individuals at one time. They also love the fact that they can request more information about upcoming offerings. Our staff can easily navigate the system and our requests for over the phone registrations have been cut in half.

Avantages :

Enrole makes our lives easier in every way from the clear and customizable dashboard, live Excel spreadsheets to the ability for our customers to request to be notified about our next sessions, every part of the system has increased our productivity and revenue. We are able to input courses directly into the system and have them feed to our website cutting our course inputting time in half!

Inconvénients :

Easier integration with Zoom, but we know that is in the works. One login for Enrole, the reporting and Informer sides.

Excellent Product and Support without Spending a Fortune

Commentaires : Enrole and working with Entrinsik support staff has been a high-quality experience.

Avantages :

Enrole supports the non-credit continuing education need to operate separately from the academic side of the university. All essential needs for managing course registrations, participant information, financial transactions, and reporting are covered.

Inconvénients :

In a perfect world, Enrole would have features that support large-scale educational conference registrations that require multi-day, multi-session personal agendas a bit easier. I believe the product is capable of doing more than our staff had time to master.

Intuitive system and incredible support

Commentaires : We wanted an online registration system that was easy for participants to find and register for our courses. Since implementing Enrole, from our previous clunky online system, we have increased online registration from 27% to 55% annually.

Avantages :

This system is easy to use and intuitive for both administration and end-users. The ability to copy/duplicate courses and sessions along with a number of other items is a complete time-saver. While it already has a lot of features, the development team is always looking for ways to add new ones. The support staff is incredible, from quick responses to actually listening and finding ways to help with business processes out of the norm.

Inconvénients :

None, for the price and abilities compared to other registration systems. It would be nice to have document storage capabilities but not sure there are any systems with that and if so, would be way too expensive.

Great solution for non-profit education management

Commentaires : The software is powerful and easy to use. But for us, it's the people behind the software that really make it stand out. The Enrole team is incredibly responsive and cares about making sure our processes run smoothly. They are very willing to work with us to adapt the user experience for our students to suit our unique needs.

Avantages :

Enrole allows us to track a lot of details in the class registration process, which is very helpful to running a large Adult Education program. It's user intuitive and easy to use. The customer service is excellent, and they have helped us to customize the look and feel of the "cart" to fit our brand.

Inconvénients :

The tracking of fees and payments is not as detailed as we need for our reporting processes.

Great product, best value and excellent customer service!

Commentaires : There are many pros to using Enrole as a registration system. Internally, it's user-friendly and very intuitive. The external shopping cart has many customizable features that can be managed in-house, creating a very dynamic end user experience. In addition, the software is equipped with a Salesdesk Dashboard which is an excellent, time-saving tool to monitor daily and weekly activity without having to run reports. The software also comes standard with additional modules such as reporting and custom training at no additional charge. All other comparable software packages that our team researched charged a good deal extra for those services annually.
As with any software system, there are areas for improvement from a user perspective. The portal that manages Correspondence with registrants is not designed to easily make changes in-house. Those are normally requests that must be handled by an Enrole project manager. The Instructor Portal could also use some upgrading to better integrate with the internal system as a way of managing rosters and attendance. The entire system was designed with the assumption that all registrants and instructors would access and communicate in the system electronically. Unfortunately, printing and hard copies of documents are still sometimes needed. These features could be more accessible.
The customer service and support that we have received from Enrole is top-notch. They are always quick to respond and provide solutions to meet our sometimes unique needs.
Overall, we are very happy with the product and have recommended Enrole to other universities more than once. It's the best software for the best value on the market!

Good product at a tremendous price

Commentaires : You simply cannot bear this registration systems price. While they do not have all of the bells and whistles as their competition, their development team is actively creating them and they will always work with you to create whatever you want. Second to none customer service and support.

Avantages :

Reasonable cost, supportive team at Entrinsik, functions available are easy to do. Sales demo was very well done by the rep. She was one of our trainers as well, again very competent in that role. Clear information is given at Sales Demo and honest about what the system could do and could not. Implementation process was well done, you can tell this is not their first rodeo. Support team has been very patient and knowledgeable.

Inconvénients :

There are a few things that are still manual that should not be. Some of the course specifics need manipulation but Entrinsik has been very helpful to do what they could do for us in this area.

Automation and Reporting with Ease for Enrollments

Commentaires : Entrinsik has by far one of the most responsive customer service and support teams that I have encountered. Training was hands-on and continued training is offered throughout the year (either by attending a roadshow or calling and scheduling support assistance). At the CPD, we automated all the processes from reporting to emailing participants of our professional development seminars. This is created less manual work and increased our time servicing customers' needs. Only con is there is a learning curve to use the software if the user is not used to enrollment or CRM systems.

The Enrole software is easy to use and a great tool for Continuing Education departments.

Commentaires : This software is great! It allows for Non-Academic transcripts to be pulled, grades to be posted, Instructor Biographies including pictures. Customer Service has been phenomenal as well! The software works great with Market Place also.
