What I liked most about FlexiHub is its seamless ability to remotely access and manage USB and serial devices as if they were directly connected to my local machine. overall I really like the flexihub because it has a great and easy excess to all the remote USB devices over the internet and I have tried its free trial and it is totally value for money as I have never seen this feature in free trial and it was a really great help in my own project and it is very easy to use like there was no point in which I got stuck and it is a very convenient software for an individual.

Inconvénients :

so far I haven't came to an point that I don't like flexihub I had a good amount of experience in it.

Do not trust FlexiHub under any circumstances

Commentaires : My overall experience has been terrible. I canceled my account but was still charged. Customer service doesn't respond for days if it all. I had my support ticket closed without a response. I have not had this bad of an experience with a company in a very long time.

There are no pros I can currently say about FlexiHub.

Do not under any circumstances trust this company. I canceled my subscription, then was still charged afterward with no notice. When I saw the charge I immediately notified them of the error within an hour, before it finished processing. After not being able to reach them by phone, email, or social media for a week, they have refused to issue a refund. I can't explain how disappointed I am that any business would do this to someone, especially when everyone is strapped for cash during this coronavirus period. Shame on them! I didn't receive any correspondence from them for months after I canceled my account then suddenly received a charge on my credit card. No notice at all. You should not trust this company with your credit card information or business.

The simple definition of Flexihub: WONDERFUL

Where, using specific software, I carry out my professional activity with all the comfort of my home (I work from a home office).
And do you want anything better than quality of life at work?

From my perspective... I'm sure that what I use on a daily basis is much lower than the resources offered. But I became a fan and I'm very satisfied with the product... with the support team (which, by the way, is 1000).

Inconvénients :

For now NOTHING to point out as a deficiency or need for improvement.

Commentaires : I have always looked for a system that lets me utilise a connected network where I can include large folders and softwares over two systems - one that remains stationed at my house, and one that I can carry around with me. FlexiHub made this idea a reality for me.

Avantages :

I particularly liked the feature of FlexiHub that lets you print files from anywhere using your printer at home. While working on my thesis, I use my laptop to surf research papers, so that I can work on it while travelling or while in a cafe. I can print them out from my home printer simultaneously, to read them, saving time and feeling motivated to work on it as soon as I get home.

So far, the software has been working efficiently and I have been able to progress without any interruptions.

Commentaires : Very positive. Reasonable price. Great product. Does what it needs to do and does it well. Reliable too. I have never had a connection drop in the middle or work, or experienced any lag whatsoever.

Avantages :

Responsiveness. Honestly feels like you're using it on the same local machine. No lag felt beyond lag inherent with a remote desktop connection.

Inconvénients :

Random logouts. Sometimes an error when starting up the app. Nothing a quick close and reopen didn't fix. I also am not a fan of buying a specific amount of sessions only to have them expire after a year. If I paid for them, they should last as long as it takes for me to use them.

Commentaires : I found Flexihub by chance and since then I have been using it a few times weekly. I don't have to carry my USB, I can easily home printer and print anything from outside and find it ready once I am home. I have used it for 2 weeks now and already planning to buy the paid service.

Avantages :

Flexihub is very easy to set up and use. You can easily add your peripherals devices and use them from any system anywhere.

Inconvénients :

Flexihub is one of the best utility applications I have, it is perfect but the monthly fee of $14 for the individuals is a bit pricey. At least at this price, individuals should get more sessions.

Solid software for device management

Avantages :

I'm using Flexihub on both my laptop and home PC, and it's incredibly helpful for managing files and controlling connected devices across both systems. Once, I forgot my USB drive with an important presentation connected to my home PC, but Flexihub allowed me to access the presentation right from my office PC. Additionally, I can connect and disconnect the printer remotely to prevent unnecessary prints by my children at home. This application makes managing my devices and files much easier and more convenient.

Inconvénients :

it would be great if they could consider lowering the price slightly.

We had some problems when we went to install the software to make the subscription and it has to improve the support service, it has to be faster.

An affordable and simple app

Commentaires : I’ve put FH through the loop to see if it’ll work with the hardware lock dongle some of my clients use for all their office machines, so they could keep it plugged into the server at all times while whoever needs it connects it remotely via Wi-Fi. Worked fine and that was nice to see that their free demo was indeed free, no one even asked me for my CC number. Guess, now I’ll give a try to a Team subscription for a month or two.

At the start we faced some problems while setting up the subscription and connections. But after that no issues appeared.
