Socialinsider - we used for benchmarking and reporting

Commentaires : We are doing or periodic benchmarking reports and it works great after the initial setup which for us took a while because it was a large project

Avantages :

We liked the fact that we could add as many profiles as we needed (and they were a lot) Also, the team was very helpful answering all of our sometimes silly questions and they explained also the functionality that was not that obvious - like the creation of brands And the brands reporting - very useful

Inconvénients :

Nothing comes to mind- maybe some other exporting options

A great tool for optimized client reporting!

Commentaires : Before using Socialinsider, we were not able to have a platform allowing us to have consolidated reporting for our clients and their competitors. With Socialinsider we are able to reduce the time spent on reporting allowing our Social Media Managers to spend more time on providing added value to our clients.

Avantages :

The best thing about Social Insider is regrouping all information and analytics allowing us to monitor the performances of the campaign in one tool.

Inconvénients :

We would love to see Pinterest reporting added to the software.

Decent tool but bad choice

Commentaires : I bought Socialinsider by a lifetime deal, so maybe I shouldn't complain, but to be honest - if I had to use it for work, I'd choose Sotrender or anything else. It leaves you with a thought that you're not closer to understand what's happening with your social media channels.

Avantages :

It shows info about social media profiles - yours and your competition.

Inconvénients :

It's messy, its metrics are not clear, you can't configure dashboards.

Avantages :

I'd say the automated reports were the thing where Socialinsider helped us the most After a time setting the profiles up, the team was up and going and we got the value for money in no time. Their customer care team was really helpful and they did an onboarding meeting with the whole team to get us all up and running - this was really helpful!

Inconvénients :

The ppt reports have image charts, i’d love it if they were native so they'd be editable

Great app, great customer service

Commentaires : I would recommend Socialinsider, and I did, to other friends in agencies because it’s a very useful tool. It saves a lot of time at the end of the month when you have to send out the client reports. Also, much easier with the automatic reports

Avantages :

Liked the fact that we exported a huge amount of reports with very little work. Also, we had some history posts requirements to get really old posts and they helped us fill those data gaps. By the evening they did the magic and the data was there with no additional costs. The app itself is very straightforward - after the setup, you just go, click download the reports (or setup automated reports) and you're done

Inconvénients :

In my opinion, parts of the reports go into too much detail and do not need that.

Great tool for analytics

Commentaires : Using Socialinsider, I’ve achieved my goal and I was able to increase my Facebook and Instagram online community.

Avantages :

I saved a lot of time because before using this tool, I had to look at each profile every day, and this became hard. With their reports being sent directly to my inbox, I could focus my attention more on what I should post.

Inconvénients :

Because of the time-zole, sometimes when I have questions and I need to talk to someone on the support, I have to wait, but it’s ok

Commentaires : It's really helping me get a solid grasp on what's working for me. I'm focused pretty much entirely on Instagram right now and it's given me some killer insights to basic things like timing and tagging that aren't apparent at all from the in-app analytics. It's a pleasure to use.

Avantages :

It was really easy to get setup and get straight to useful information that I could work with. For the times I had any confusion, the customer support chat went above and beyond to not only answer my question but also provide useful information allowing me to make better decisions regarding how I formed my strategies.

Inconvénients :

In regards to Instagram setup... certain aspects were a little confusing at first though this turned out to be more of a limitation of the service integration than anything. If you've got a Facebook account though, you shouldn't have an issue. If you don't you, can still get a ton of useful information out of the service.

Loving this analytics tool

Commentaires : As a whole, SocialInsider is the most intuitive reporting and insights platform – we really appreciate the data accuracy and the minimal and easy to understand design of the pie charts. That we can see both our own channels and competitors’ channels in one place. And these are even marked as Own and we can categorize them by projects.

Avantages :

Beyond the comprehensive analytics features that automatically show engagement rates and engagement by day for most platforms, the customer service is fantastic, quick to reply and sensitive to our needs. I think that Socialinsider is the most comprehensive social media analytics that I have ever used.

Inconvénients :

More Facebook video insights would be nice…

The tool is very easy to use and the automated reports are a lifesaver. Also, I received exceptional customer support through chat that not only answered my questions but also gave me additional guidance to help me develop my strategies more effectively.

Avantages :

Socialinsider has been an excellent decision for me because the dashboard looks clean, and it is easy to use. Not to mention the automated reports, which are really useful for me.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes I have to wait more than 1 minute to download a report, but this doesn't bother me so much.

Avantages :

Socialinsider has a good looking UI that features all the important metrics one would want to analyze his own social metrics or his competitors. It really does save a lot of time and offers a bigger, clearer picture.

Inconvénients :

At first, I wanted a Youtube and LinkedIn integration, which they didn't have. But now they have introduced it as well.

Best Social Media Analytics Tool

Avantages :

The software is very user friendly just like their customer support. I used the software to complete an assignment from the University. It took me less than two hours to get all the analysis done which I needed, not a few but 24 different URLs. Definitely one of the best analytics software available online. Used it for Instagram, YouTube and Facebook engagement analysis.

Inconvénients :

Nothing in particular. But analysis of individuals' pages would be helpful in cases where commercial pages are set as business pages

Commentaires : Socialinsider was amazing at catering for what I was looking for. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and the team were extremely helpful in being able to provide my with a Student profile that enabled me to access critical data, in a short time period. I highly recommend using Socialinsider if you are wanting to investigate into an Instagram hashtag, as the display of the data was incredibly easy to view, extrapolate, and analyze!

Very easy to use and high-level insights that are extremely useful.

The software worked very well and I did not find there to be any faults.

Socialinsider, app i recommend for analytics and reporting

Commentaires : I’d say that this tool is a must have if you do reporting and analytics. It’s easy to use and in case you have any question about the metrics the social networks give, the team is always willing to spend the time to explain everything

Avantages :

I really like it that when I hit the swaps limit, they let me add some more profiles. Mine was was a one time project and they helped me do the job at a lower cost, without the need to upgrade to the more expensive tier

Inconvénients :

Nothing comes to mind at the moment, all is working as it should
