Commentaires : Très satisfaisante et globalement une expérience très créative et enrichissante.

Avantages :

Pour un débutant, cela permet d'aller vite et de se consacrer d'abord sur le contenu et ensuite sur le contenant. Etant intuitive et utilisant déjà le Html et Css3, je crée mes sites professionnels en progressant rapidement, de façon instructive, et plaisante. L'élaboration alors du contenant devient une source de joies et de créativité illimitée, sans se soucier du code. Parfois, l'addition d'un code CSS permet de pouvoir dépasser encore ces limites. Je travaille en local et malgré cela j'ai pu obtenir des réponses adéquates par le service client. Et surtout un service client exceptionnel, réactif, performant et bienveillant et qui a toujours trouvé une réponse à mes blocages en un temps très limité, étant de France.

Inconvénients :

Peut être des difficultés à se mettre au début car beaucoup d'informations et de précisions, mais des vidéos et le service clients sont là pour nous aider sans cesse.

Belle expérience avec Divi

La première chose que je trouve vraiment génial c'est le support. Une équipe d'enfer quelque soit l'heure... Chapeau bas.... La seconde chose c'est le coté très intuitif de divi dans son ensemble.

Inconvénients :

Désolé je sèche. Pourquoi, parce que même si je rencontre une galère technique, je trouve une solution avec le support.

Commentaires : J'ai pris en main le theme divi au fil du temps , cet outil m'a permis de faire toutes les réalisations de site internet souhaités. Quand je bloque sur une difficulté technique , il y a toujours une réponse du service client.

Very hard question as everything about Divi is FANTASTIC. Maybe the ability to build visually on the front end is what has made it like magic to me.

Inconvénients :

A couple of very MINOR things. From memory not being able to bold etc text on success message. But maybe that's because I haven't asked support about it.

A Powerful Wordpress Software Platform

Avantages :

Divi has a great customer support team readily available via chat plus well-documented training videos and blog posts to learn basic and advanced features. Additionally, there is an extensive group of 3rd party developers offering solutions and training for all aspects of the software easily accessible online.

Inconvénients :

The learning curve takes a long time but as noted above, everything I needed to become an expert user is available to lean as quicky as you like.

Has a lot of quirks but very economical

Commentaires : Even with the quirks, I still recommend it and like it. It has helped me and my business out tremendously by keeping costs low and the time to build sites low. My customers like it because it makes it easy for them to make little adjustments without me.

Avantages :

The pricing and licensing are the best. They are coming out with a lot of major updates that are bringing more value to the theme builder. I love the theme builder options of being able to target certain pages for specific templates. It helps speed up the process of building sites so it keeps my rates low for customers. It offers a lot of design options so I can make unique designs quickly.

Inconvénients :

I don't like how quirky it is. There are some things that are so glitchy that it has become normal to expect from Divi. The header jumping issues are pretty bad. The header building options are very limited. The text options are unreliable. It will add extra lines and spaces randomly. It is slow to initiate the builder and it is very slow when changing responsive screen sizes. Maybe it is because my computer is a little older. :(

Elegant Theme's DIVI (Extra Theme) is full featured, easy to use, priced well, and is well supported

Commentaires : Truly fantastic to the point where I wrote management at Elegant Themes to thank them for how they structure support, and how it's allows me to quickly put together a site that meets my organizational needs.

Avantages :

The WordPress DIVI (Extra) theme allows me to take advantage of WordPress's innate ability to display categorized content in a much more sophisticated manner - like any major newspaper we read online. I find DIVI (Extra) relatively easy to use, but what really makes the difference is their excellent customer support. Staff at Elegant Themes are super helpful and enabled me to get a solid website up and running far quicker than I could have done by myself. There is a huge psychological benefit for me to know that I can reach out to DIVI staff when I need to and get a response in a timely manner. Sometimes it's a matter of minutes. Very occasionally (when they're really busy) I get an email a few hours later. It does not matter, however. in that they always are able to provide a solution that keeps me moving forward at goodhumanhabitat.org.

Inconvénients :

DIVI is so feature rich and has everything I need. There's really nothing that jumps out at me regarding things I like least. In a few cases, I'm surprised I need custom CSS to solve a problem, but it's no big deal because there is always knowledgeable staff available to help.

I love DIVI's ease of use and their amazing customer support. They are second to none and I have have used Elementor and Ultra and I speak from exeperience when I say that DIVI is GREAT!!

Divi Theme and it's positive Features

Commentaires : Using Divi Theme you can create modern websites very quickly. The price of the theme is reasonable for the offered functionality and the licensing policy is very moderate compared to other themes. Therefore, I can still recommend the Divi theme for most websites.

Avantages :

When I first tried the Divi theme, I was very surprised that it doesn't require writing a single line of code to create responsive layouts. What I often had to painstakingly create directly in CSS can be done with Divi without even knowing what CSS is, by simply using a slider.There's no more backend where you have to paste shortcodes (and don't you dare forget a bracket!). You work directly on your site in Divi and see your changes immediately. This is a really big advantage compared to before where shortcodes were used or other page builders.Just clicked the wrong button and the layout slipped? Divi has an Undo function that lets you undo your last changes with just one click.Divi comes with a variety of modules. So you can easily add images, sliders, icons, texts, price lists, videos, newsletter forms, galleries, countdowns and much more to your site. Additional plugins are not necessary.This offers the advantage that your site will not be slowed down by a multitude of plugins.

Inconvénients :

Updates don't always seem to be tested very well by Elegant Themes - it has happened quite often that after an update some smaller things didn't work anymore. Or the new functions work for simple use cases, but cause problems in detail.The Divi backend (the Divi Builder) still feels very sluggish even after the latest performance improvements to the frontend. Working especially with longer pages often becomes a test of patience even with potent equipped servers ...

Best Pagebuilder ever used

Commentaires : We have been using Divi for 2 years now and are really impressed.
The ability to save templates in the Divi Cloud is also perfect and makes it easier for us to work together as a team and increases our productivity. Another thing that is very important to us and works really sensationally with Divi is the perfect support.
If we had a problem, we never had to wait more than 15 minutes for help and so far all challenges have been solved perfectly. Thank you Divi :)

Divi is so much part of my business

Commentaires : I've been using Divi for most of my website clients for many years and love how the designs are fresh, the editor is easy to use and I know it's robust.

Avantages :

I'm a website designer and love how easy it is to implement Divi and create whatever design I want, pretty much - and I can then teach my clients how to manage their own content.

Inconvénients :

Occasionally I need features that aren't part of Divi (e.g. a good carousel) so have to purchase an extra plugin. But overall it's a brilliant product

Divi definitely delivers

Commentaires : My business focuses on making websites that my clients can access and make their own changes in. I want to empower them to whatever degree they want to learn. Divi has been the best tool for this out of any other page builders I've tried.My clients used to just be frustrated when I tried to teach them how to do small changes in other environments. And certainly, most clients aren't up to doing EVERYTHING in Divi. But they really love being able to make some changes themselves without having to rely on me for each little thing.

Overall, I really dig the Divi theme and page builder. It has nearly every feature you can imagine. It's also pretty intuitive, especially compared to other builders I've used.If you need to do something that's not built in, every module has a custom CSS area. Divi's parent company, Elegant Themes, offers loads of tutorials as well. And if you still can't make it work, the Divi support team is really helpful and can nearly always help you find a way to achieve what you are trying to do. Seriously, their support is one of the best I've encountered in the I/T industry.There are also lots of loyal Divi users out there. So if you can't find the documentation you're looking for on the Divi site, there are a ton of resources out there created by Divi users and experts.

Inconvénients :

As with any software, there are a few things that present problems.When adding CSS in the main Custom CSS area, the page won't always stay focused where I am typing and jumps to a higher place in the CSS code.Elegant Themes makes a theme called Extra, which includes the Divi Builder. Extra is specifically geared toward online magazines, newspapers, and the like. But, they aren't well integrated. You can use Extra's Category Builder (which is how you make the pages that showcase your articles) or you can use the Divi builder. It's tough to use them together.

Best website builder and superb Support

Commentaires : I started building websites in 2020. At first, I tried custom themes, but they were very expensive (you need to hire a developer, and you depend on him for the whole project). Then, I used 2 other famous builders to try different options. I've migrated all these websites to Divi or I'm in the process of migrating them to Divi. I have large multinational websites built with Divi, and large e-commerce stores too. For more complex websites you'll need to buy some extras from the Marketplace (which is great, and it really has everything you need for big projects) or to hire a developer, but the underlying technology under everything is Divi for sure. For personal blogs, travel blogs, or small e-commerce websites, the basic subscription is more than enough. And the Support team, what can I say? They are amazing. I have only words of appreciation for them. This review is just a way to recognize their help and effort.

Avantages :

I love the ability to save a page, section, or layout, export it and use it all over the website, or export it to other websites and save A LOT of time. The builder is extremely intuitive, and there are a lot of online videos that help you in every situation. I just can't be more thankful to Divi, they are the core of my business.

Inconvénients :

Mega menus are very difficult to achieve in Divi.

Divi is very easy to set up and get started building your website. The documentation is detailed and complete.The user interface is simple and easy to use.You can build custom layouts, headers, body, footers and more.YOu can save any page or layout you have made to reuse on the current website or a different website that you are using Dive to build it with.

Inconvénients :

Divi seems to slow down the website load speed a little. The load time of the builder could be faster at times.

A note from a graphic designer

Commentaires : I can easily offer design AND implementation with little to no programming / developing knowledge. I learned some CSS tricks and that seems to be more than enough. It is fast and allows my clients to work on their websites by themselves when small changes are needed. That gives me so much more freedom.

Avantages :

Easy to use for a graphic designer, visual builder is great, maybe sometimes a little bit slow and refreshing during my work. Presets and styles are awesome. I had to spend a little bit of time to really implement it correctly, but once done, it smoothes work immensely. It's great when you have cohesive website layouts and then presets can function as classes. Nice. I love DIVI library and Theme builder - it allows me to do really incredible things with some additional code.

Inconvénients :

I would greatly appreciate even more native functions that would allow me to resign from additional plugins. It's always painful for the website's speed. Also, I would love to see a little bit more customization in the menu module. A timer for evergreen products - oh, that would be a good one. And of course... the blog. More blog layouts would be a dream, as I can see that clients are slowly getting tired of social media and want to create content for their websites. Also I'm looking forward to see the possibility of defining one's own breakpoints or even adding more breakpoints to the design. As of now, we have three possible breakpoints, but with a very wide range of screen dimensions it would be nice to have a bigger screen included (1920 px +) and for sure - tablet horizontal view and small screens in general. It is always painful to customize menu, images, fonts to fit this area somewhere between 1200 px and 980 px. I still have some issues when customizing WooCommerce with DIVI. Some things still need to be coded manually.Since I purchased WP rocket, it's easy to speed up DIVI, but it would be great to speed it up just a little more.

DIVI Visual Builder is Setting the Bar for World Class Website Development

Commentaires : At first, I tore up the support chat and really wished there was a place to call and talk to a human but once I got moving that frustration diminished. I have struggled for many years and spent thousands of dollars off and on to get a quality website that has the potential of ranking well with no real luck. Every tool I used had so much error code created it was horrible. I finally outsourced my website only to spend a lot more for nothing, no ROI. I spent about 2 months developing my new website Using DIVI and the quality of the website is amazing by all standards. When I went live I asked my customers to provide feedback and the feedback has been extremely positive. I am already seeing the best rankings with google that I have seen in over 8 years and the site has only been in live status for about 3 weeks. Divi has helped me finally achieve many milestones i never thought I would achieve.

Avantages :

What amazes me with Divi is the quality of the product, the quality of the support, and the excellent code with little to no errors. If you find an error, don't worry, the Divi support team steps up and helps you find a solution. The ability to add special CSS code or scripts to tailor your website beyond the vast toolset off in Divi is a real game changer. What is even more impressive is the performance of the page builds in DIVI, all tools used to test my first site score "A". I have not found one thing I want to do that the support staff has not shown me a way to do or pointed me to some script or CSS that will get the job done.

Inconvénients :

With the incredible feature-rich environment in Divi, the learning curve for a new person to Worpress and using a visual builder can be steep but that is just the way things are. Divi support has your back to help you along with a ton of videos showing how to do varied tasks.

Wordpress Theme of choice

Commentaires : I played around with using a proper Premium theme for Wordpress and came across Divi via recommendations. I first of all used the licence for one website and quickly saw the value, as a developer, for upgrading to a lifetime licence. I'd used Solostream themes, but their support fell off a cliff, and Divi's support has generally been decent. The product has grown massively in the time I've used it, the visual builder is superb

Avantages :

Very easy to use for non-technical users. Allows myself as a web designer/developer to build attractive Wordpress websites. Regularly updates to offer new functionality and receptive to feedback for new functionality or issues with current ones. Lifetime licence.

Inconvénients :

Some of the functions could be better - sliders not great, forms are ok but there are better ones out there. It's not cheap, but I think the lifetime licence (which I have) is good value.

I have been using Divi for the last 5 years and continue to be impressed with their continuous improvement. Divi has managed to reverse most of what I would have labeled as disadvantages 5 years ago to advantages today. Divi continues to release important features/customizations,release speed and performance enhancements, form key industry partnerships and has significantly improved their support. Portability between themes is the only disadvantage remaining. However, once you go with Divi, would you really ever want to change?

Divi makes my life as a freelance website designer/developer so much easier

Commentaires : I really enjoy working with Divi. The theme builder helped me create custom site templates for three non-profits. I was new to WordPress and a developer friend suggested it and I'm glad he did. I still have much to learn but I am very pleased with it. I'm actually considering building websites for paying clients. Up until now I have been doing the work as a volunteer.

I like the Divi Theme Builder the most. It allows me to create targeted themes for people and businesses looking to have a presence on the internet. I am a novice when it comes to development but know enough about html and CSS that I can make modifications when necessary. The documentation is good and the support agents have always helped me when I hit a snag.

Inconvénients :

I would love to see a reference that identifies all the CSS classes and ids. There may be one already but I haven't found it yet.
