Easy to use, friendly. easy to integrate with other apps, in general is this.

Inconvénients :

We don't like the app to ios, we need a catalog of products or services, we most have this feature, and more automation.

Avantages :

The app is very friendly and easy to use, the stats are very useful, is good idea to integrated with Facebook messenger and Sirena could work as omnichannel very soon.

Inconvénients :

The app is a great idea, but still, with some technical problems such as the integration with messenger that is not working on the mobile, the customer support is so slow to answer and many times they don´t have the knowledge or decision power in order to solve the issues, to be honest, is the worst part in Sirena

This is the most painful review to receive, not only is it a low rating but there is no opportunity for improvement. Has it been the worst? Why has it been? This review was sent last year. Have you managed to use it again? Now the platform is much more robust, allowing more messages, functions and channels such as Instagram. Looking forward to having you with us again.

Commentaires : managing a big quantity of leads thru WhatsApp is insane, Sirena help us doing this, nice and easy

Avantages :

ability to organize leads and set reminders because of the integration with WhatsApp messenger

Inconvénients :

It lacks a funnel view of the customers

Avantages :

Easy to use Intuitive Feels like using whatsapp web

Inconvénients :

Poor reports. I manage a team of 30 analysts, who talk to clients on Sirena all day long. I cant control which analyts has the longe reply time, how many clients are online waiting for a reply and for how long... etc

Avantages :

Whatsapp interface. Team works, status of each interaction.

Inconvénients :

Dashboards and the possibility to continue custo er journey. Sirena stops when custom do a purchase

Avantages :

I like the easy way to manage the app and to work in it.

Inconvénients :

That we have to open every 24 hours a conversation in whatsapp instead of having it open until we close the lead.

Intuitive and easy to implement software

Commentaires : We are comfortable with the software.
It is very institutional, when defining changes.
Very easy training is given in compression.
Whenever we need support they are giving us a hand.
It has given us a great help in reordering our client portfolio.
Needless to say, I recommend them.

Avantages :

It is intuitive when carrying changes. Implementations according to needs and responses with effective solutions

Inconvénients :

Maybe you can be more accessible with whatapps answers that sometimes do not apply to my business

Avantages :

Sirena helps with teams to comunicate with an unique and automatized channel, such as WhatsApp. The integration with severals tools allow to external software, but, the most like about the software is the possibility to use one WhatsApp number for all my team!

Inconvénients :

A bot developer option, massive sending message to your opt-in contactas

It makes your sales team go faster

Commentaires : It has been a good experience overall. We manage a lot of client's request per day, and made us more efficient in brief time.

Avantages :

I liked how easy is for sales reps to get started with it, and the natural flow to go from one client to another inside the system. It really makes you go fast with your follow ups and new contacts

Inconvénients :

The reports are not good enough since they're very structured and apparently from a 3rd party service

I really love the easily way to integrate the difrent chanels, and the way that the assesors of Selling can anwer by their phones, been conectes with facebook now by all the channels un Facebook it's awesome

I don't like the change in the reports área the marketing report don't show You the sellings of another monts working on the same month it's registres

Great software, with still improvement areas

Avantages :

What we most like of Sirena is the flexibility of their API to integrate and the admin dashboard for administrators. They offer the possibility to interact with end users via API. The panel admin has wide range of features that makes really easy to do analytics on customer communications.

Inconvénients :

They can improve in getting more detail on their API Documentation. Improving their customer support on integrations, they take too long to respond, they are short in personnel. Also they can offer a Chat for the end user instead of only oferring a widget that redirects to whatsapp.

Sirena has a lot of room for improvement

- no integration with facebook & instagram that allows to answer DMs and Comments in posts - no integration with chats - poor reports

Almost Perfect

Commentaires : As I said, my experience was very good, but I would improve some things to make Sirena a better plaform.

Avantages :

The platform is incredibly easy to use. It is very comfy and it wasn't hard to implement it on my daily basis job

Inconvénients :

I set the title "Almost perfect" just because there were some aspects that I didn't like. For example, sending times. Sometimes the app took almost 1 day to send my messages! Also, I found a little uncomfortable the fact that i cant organize my contacts and delete the ones I know aren't important anymore. Apart from that, nothing else to complain about.

Tremendous change, some features should be implemented

Commentaires : I am using it for the first month yet but things are working pretty well and I am really enjoying the better results.

Avantages :

I really can expand the capability of the team where we can be helping clients at the same time. Before Sirena I was depending on Whatsapp Business and a phone son our attention to customers was pretty bad.

Inconvénients :

Since you are having conversations with customers, sometimes de responses that customer do over a previous text are quite important. But Sirena does not support that, so you dont know what is the customers message reffering to, so you need to lose time asking what message is he reffering to. Pretty bad in that sense.

Under my expectations

Avantages :

My team and i can answer the same number at the same time. Also it interested my the possibility to integrate the system to my website, but it hasnt happened yet after more than a month since i payed to start working with Sirena

Inconvénients :

It’s too slow and i had experienced two falls from the system in one month... When a client talks to us i receive in the app that messege 10 minutes after (i have Ios system) Sometimes the messeges that i send appear duplicated

Not useful for small enterprise

Commentaires : None, because after seeing the cost, it was clear that we would not use it.

Avantages :

The possibility to use WhatsApp in call center mode. I don't care about the rest. Technically, this should not be a big problem because Whatsapp already provides the "group" feature which allows any member to send a message to all other members instantaneously. So, forming a separate group with each client would resolve our needs. The problem is that we cannot have an existing group for new clients that contact us for the first time. An app that does this automatically would work for us.

Inconvénients :

The price. For the use that we would give it, the price is not sustainable. We only need a way to receive on two phones the client's inquiries sent to one of the two phones. This could be worth a few $$ per month but not more, as it would not produce significantly more income.

The best customer service enhancement tool

Avantages :

This tool is unbelievable : 1. The support for communications platforms like Whatsapp, Instagram, and Facebook is just awesome. 2. The shared team inbox makes the whole process so hassle-free and easy to manage. 3. Automatic assignment of new clients helps a lot in increasing the capacity in providing the service to our customers in the fastest possible way.

Inconvénients :

Nothing as such. The company is doing great work. Keep bringing new ideas in the software.

A good test for Multichannel CRM

Commentaires : I've been trying it for a few days and it's just what I was looking for. I'm planning to start using it on real customers once the team approves it.

Avantages :

It was easy and intuitive to start using the WhatsApp line and even more to get my line of Facebook messenger. In less than a few clicks I was already testing the channels.

Inconvénients :

I haven't been able to set up an automation bot in the trial. It seems quite simple but I wish there could be one by default.
