Avantages :

j'ai organisé 10 conférences en ligne. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité de l'équipe qui m'ont entièrement soutenue alors que j'étais débutante. Le tarif est avantageux. J'ai apprécié le fait que la société soit basée en Europe. Une fois que l'on commence à maîtriser l'outil, il est simple et ergonomique.

Inconvénients :

je n'ai pas vu d'inconvénients. j'ai été conquise par la facilité d'utilisation.

Commentaires : I have had a great experience with WebinarGeek and when I needed help they were very quick in reponse!

Avantages :

It is very easy to use and to set up webinars in combination with emails and the mailsoftware for leads.

Inconvénients :

I would prefer it if participants could talk instead of only write in the chat. that't the only con.

Very easy to use

Commentaires : To anyone who provides training to a larger group, where you want people to see only you, I say: look no further. Webinar Geek is a wonderful tool.

Avantages :

I used to give webinars on a different platform. Since my training registrations grew to over 50, I wanted a platform where people couldn't see each other, but only see me. A week before my training I found WebinarGeek while googling. - It's super easy to set up - You can keep track of registrations - The helpdesk is available all day long to answer your questions in just a few minutes, but many questions have already been explained on the platform, so you don't always have to switch with someone. - You can apply your own house style colors (at least with the second package). - You can upload slides, so you can easily share slides during your presentation. You could do this by going through your entire slide deck, but you can also pick out a few slides without having to press a 'share screen' button each time. Works very well and your presentation will run much smoother! - You can set the program so that your training is automatically recorded. Some trainers sometimes forget to record the training from the start. With this function you no longer have to think about this.

Inconvénients :

I miss two things in the program: - You can send emails to viewers and non-viewers. Unfortunately, you cannot see who ultimately opened the mail. - You can build these e-mails in your own house style. Only the format is fairly fixed. It is not possible to add extra text boxes or buttons. But these are points that do not weigh up against the functionality that the program offers during the webinar.

Solid Tech Webinar Platform-- but be careful of Customer Service & the "contract"!

Commentaires : I'm sorry that the Customer Service is so slow in reaction along with the inability to assist with a refund on the auto-pay feature. Other services accomodate, but not WebinarGeek... :-(

Avantages :

Nice registration page, reminder pages that can be branded.

Inconvénients :

Customer Service hours are based in Europe. So be careful for real-time support if you are in US-based Time Zones! In addition, watch for the Auto-Renewal option! no refund if cancelled during the holiday when they are closed.

Great tool for starters in webinars

Commentaires : We wanted to start doing webinars. As we didn't have any in-house knowledge about these (especially the tools), I've done some research. WebinarGeek came out as the tool with the most functionalities for the best price. This made me decide to start a demo, and eventually get the software. So far, it does exactly what I need and it doesn't cost me a lot of time to figure out how to use it. All the people involved are positive about the tool and it gets me the results I need, so I'm very happy with it.

Avantages :

This software is easy to use, as we've set up a complete webinar in a few days without experience in such a tool. All the features we need are available, there is an integration with our marketing automation tool, and our partners that work with us on webinars, as well as the viewers, are very positive about the technical aspects and the quality of our webinars.

Inconvénients :

There are very few cons I've encountered, but there's one thing I'm missing. As I'd like to keep my webinar as branded as possible, I use the embedded registration form. The only downside of doing this is I am unable to track the traffic sources of the people that register for the webinar. If there comes an integration to do this I can get a clearer view on where my viewers come from.

Good experience with WebinarGeek

Commentaires : I really like webinarGeek. We switched recently to this software and with exception of a few small things, everything is better than the other software we were using before.
I have the feeling that WebinarGeek is constantly approving and I like that a lot.

Avantages :

Easy to set up to your own desires and change a lot your self

Inconvénients :

In the chat we sometimes miss the opportunity to tag a participant when answering. Especialy when there are more participants with the same first name. In another sofware we used in the past it was possible to writ @ and the first letters of the first name and they would show the participants with that name in a dropdown list. This way you could chose the person you're answering to and they would get notified.

For now, what you could do is manually search up the name in the viewer list and sent them a private message. Commentaires : I am a huge fan!

Avantages :

Implementation of laws regarding personal data privacy (Dutch law: 100% AVG proof). For me this was one of the main reasons to switch. After using the free 14 days version I had no doubts at all. The software is easy to use, complete, tons of features to interact and best of all: very stable and reliable connection. In the back-end WebinarGeek has a lot of features installed for data analytics of registrations, viewers, replays, sending e-mails. etc. And if that isn't enough for you, they have created integrations with the most used software tools like MailChimp, HubSport, etc

Inconvénients :

I honestly would not know. There is a small delay in what I see as host and what the viewers see (approx. 5 to 10seconds, I guess), but I guess this makes sense. It doesn't bother me at all.

Easy to use software with a lot of features

Avantages :

WebinarGeek is very easy to use and makes hosting webinars accessible for everyone. I especially love their good customer service, they reply very fast and take your feedback into account! Once I suggested a change to something and they actually made that change, within a day or so. Other than that, everything is always working as it should and I've never had any issues while doing a webinar.

Inconvénients :

When you co-host a webinar with someone else and also want to show some slides to the audience, you can only select one host to be visible at a time and the screen with the slides become very small, so it's hard to read when you're giving the webinar.

We have incorporated your feedback into the tool. You can now click on the + mark to zoom in on your presentation. The other possibility has multiple co-presenters visible at the same time is something we're still working on. For now it is still switching manually or automatically who is in the picture for viewers. We hope to have it ready in a few months. But will first take the time to test it and make sure it works without hiccups, to give you the best possible. Thanks again!

Best price versus value

Commentaires : I have worked with WebinarJam vor over 5 years. Always were there quality with the broadcast. WebinarGeek provided instantly superb quality. It was literaly our first problem-free webinar.
Next to that WebinarGeek offers more functionality and much better support. I can only recommend this product.

Avantages :

WebinarGeek is easy to set up and provides a stable and good quality broadcast. I know that this is nog common for all webinar providers. Subscrition for the users is easy and the customer experience during the webinar is great. Due to the wisely selected features and easy to use for me as presenter.

Inconvénients :

Hard to say, as you can read above I'm happy with the progression we got by switching to WebinarGeek.

Commentaires : Professional and helpful, always available on the online chat facility and willing to help. We had an issue with the sound of our first recording being out of line with the video but their tech team resolved this for us and provided us with a perfect copy in no time at all.

Avantages :

With WebinarGeek we can set up webinars, integrate with our mailing software and manage subscribers with ease. It's sleek and professional from creating the subscription page to delivering the live webinar and distributing recordings. Gives a glossy polished feel to our client training webinars. Invaluable!

Inconvénients :

Would be nice to have a few more tailoring options when it comes to the sign up page and emails etc. It's a little limited in terms of editing the template, but the simple layout is more than ample for our needs

The best Webinar sofeware Ever

It´s very popular in the States and Young people uses this the most.

There are alo t of other online meeting apps that can do the job too.

Easy to use and professional look and feel

Commentaires : This morning I gave my third webinar, even though I only started a month ago. WebinarGeek appears to be a clear and simple program to show myself and my service in a professional way. As a starting entrepreneur I notice how after 3 webinars WebinarGeek is already a wonderful addition to my marketing and I have good sales so far, so I will definitely keep using it! I love the professional appearance of the software.

Avantages :

I love how I can add speaker notes to the presentation so that I never have to look at my paper. I don't even have any separate notes next to the presentation! I am also enthusiastic about the statistics. How cool to get exact insight into the registrations, viewers and viewing behavior.

Inconvénients :

The integration with Active Campaign requires some extra attention from me. The first set-up went well. I find I can use some extra help with further fine-tuning.

Great to start out with.

Avantages :

I start using the software in 2019 when I started it out with giving webinars. I was completely new to giving webinars and the software behind it. I found it really easy to learn and use it.The most practical is the integrated mailing. It is easy to send subscribers an email when they register, also to remind them of the upcoming event and afterwards.Co-hosts are also easily included, even when your co-host has not much technical background.People find it easy to register en to use it.

Inconvénients :

While on the one hand you can easily adapt the e-mails to your own branding, depending on what kind of e-mail you are sending not all features are available or easy to use (changing lettertype, colour, inserting links)It was easy to integrate with mailchimp, but in mailchimp itself I am not interested in the information about the specific link that was sent to that user, nor the time or timezone. I don't like it how it is imposed on my overal data in mailchimp, it is there on my form builder (like for your sign up form, I don't need it there, it doesn't show on my sign up form, but I can't remove it from my form builder)

Good webinar tool without need to install any app (works in browser)

Commentaires : I needed a webinar tool without need of installing any app (works in browser) that can be integrated with Hubspot and Wordpress, so my web page visitors can register directly on my web.
Great ang helpful customer service which is almost always online and can help you with anything.

Avantages :

It can be integrated with Hubspot and the deployment was pretty easy. I also liked that the pricing is very favourable. It is great the viewers do not have to install any software and that they can watch directly in the browser window on any device. This is an important feature, because many customers come to the webinar in the very last moment and then they realize they have to install some app so many just don't bother and do not participate. If they don't have to install any app they just click a link and it opens directly in the browser. Another important thing for me was integration with Hubspot CRM.

Inconvénients :

There is not an option for viewers of a webinar to turn on microphone and cameras and to interact with the host. The only way is via chat.

My start with webinarGeek

Avantages :

I started a few weeks ago with WebinarGeek. It took me no time to figure out how everything works, everything is arranged very logically. If I had a question, I got an answer via chat within a few minutes. I now effortlessly give a webinar every week.

Inconvénients :

I have a premium account, and it has a limit of 100 persons who can be at the webinar. I don't need more than that at the moment but hope it will be needed soon!

Glad you were able to figure out the tool within minutes! I hear you on the premium subscription limit of 100 viewers. Good news! It is actually possible in the premium subscription to upgrade to 2000 viewers. And if that is not enough then you can go for the Advanced subscription with at the moment a maximum of 4000 viewers. So you have enough space to grow your audience overtime :)

Commentaires : Customer service is wonderful. My issues are being addressed. This platform saved my business when I was given 5 weeks to conform to new rules or "go away"!

Avantages :

The automated webinars with live chat. Although I need to be there when they start, thank goodness, they start without me.

Inconvénients :

"Exclude dates" need to have the ability to set a window of time. Example: I may need to set it up to be "not available" from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on a certain date.

Commentaires : I'm very happy with this product. Maybe also because I can retract in my own language. Beside that I'm not a computer expert but webinar geek is easy for me to work with.

Avantages :

I love this product because it is very easy to work with. In less than 5 minutes I can prepare a new class. People get an email and can join the class. We chat before class and than we do our yoga class. Afterwards people get there replay. It is so easy. When there is a problem the helpdesk is there in person to help you. I 've tried other providers and I don't like it when a robot is helping.

Inconvénients :

The least was that the button high quality for recording was gone after a while. But still the video is in perfect condition.

Avantages :

Easy access, quick setup, the tool is easy to use, great support via online help center and live chat. Fast and effective response, always friendly and patient. Good value for money. Tool is in Dutch which I can appreciate a lot.

Inconvénients :

Missing break-out rooms and some features might get some extra possibility as it comes to easy setup. Sometimes just a little too basic.

Avantages :

I like the most that I am able to automise the Software. People are able to register and watch, while I am busy doing other things.

Inconvénients :

The integration part with other marketing tools. This is quite difficult.

Very good and stable webinar software. Alot of features that work really well. We like the interaction tools the most. Our webinars are interactive and we really get to know our audience.

Inconvénients :

We like to have a assessment tool were people can make a prefilled test. We asked if something like that can be made. They where really helpful and they told us its gonna be on the request list.

It's all there: salespage, confirmation mails, reminders, even the replay is automated. Don't look any further. Try this and you're hooked.

Inconvénients :

Take a tour or demo to set you webinar up completely.

Great Offer for a great price

Avantages :

The tools are very easy to handle and compared to other plattforms, there are many options for a great price.

Inconvénients :

There would be great, if there would be the possibility to use your own logo in die basic-version.

Great Webinar tool

Commentaires : I like the automated webinars a lot because you can give a kick ass webinar and help al lot of people and you're not even there because you recorded it just one time. If you have questions, there's always someone to help.

Avantages :

It's very easy to work with and the automated webinars are soooo nice.

Inconvénients :

You have a lot of options (what's good) but in the beginning you have to sort a lot of things out.
