A Great Performance Management Software For Business

Avantages :

When it comes to performance management, Mirro offers the best features. Despite being well equipped, using and understanding Mirro is easy and it comes at an amazing cost.

Inconvénients :

So far so good with Mirro. It has been effective.

Avantages :

Before the implementation, the sales team offered a lot of useful information very patiently. Even the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was willing to meet our team to answer possible questions, and this I appreciated a lot. The implementation support was flawless, responsiveness to emails was very fast. I like the ease of use, some of the functionalities (like kudos and the interactive homepage) are cool, also the "have you met X" is a nice functionality. It was (in theory) easy to implement the software in our company.

Inconvénients :

I already suggested adding some new functionalities that would be helpful for our organisation. Although the sales presentation was impressive, the application has some bugs that interfered with the implementation part. The good part is that their representative (Lavinia) helped me during this process. I think the biggest issue I had so far was that we had co edit some of the information (for all the colleagues) manually - if we were a bigger company, this would have been a lot more time-consuming.

Good people management tool

Avantages :

Friendly platform, got easier to use throughout time and it is continuously growing/improving its features. Love the Kudos system.

Inconvénients :

Nothing specific; maybe regarding the "Dark mode" option, which when applied does not seem to be that user friendly considering the platform's font (all that is not bold gets harder to read/follow).

Commentaires : I've been using Mirro briefly, so far I've seem to found the necessary information.

Avantages :

It has a clean UI, the features are placed and explained properly.

Inconvénients :

I have nothing I dislike, I need to just look further into it.

Good addition for every company

Avantages :

Pleasant and easy to use, switches promptly and quick between functions, nice design and useful features. I'm a big fan of the kudos function. Mirro makes our company feel strongly connected in pursuing our goals.

Inconvénients :

Wish we would be able to use it in English. I look forward to expanding the range of functionalities we use daily.

Easy and fun to use

Commentaires : It’s a good experience, gives me the exact information i need, without having to dig too deep.

Avantages :

I love the simple interface and how intuitive everything is. I didn’t need an onboarding to start using it. It gives a holistic overview on what’s happening in the company and it’s a fun way to know your colleagues when you’re new, to give and receive recognition. Small things like social media type of interactions makes Mirro a tool that incentivizes employees to perform tasks that otherwise would be considered “chores”. I like the ease of use and clear way of displaying information, clean design and logical flows from an UX perspective.

Inconvénients :

The fact that upon logging in, even if i tick the “Remember me” check box, I always have to type my email. Seems like a bug, so it’s not that bad, but slightly frustrating to have a feature that doesn’t work.

Avantages :

Easy to use, I have all my employee information in one place, I don't have to ask someone how many vacation days I have or which team does a person belong to.

Inconvénients :

not very straightforward approach to OKRs and team goals setup.

Commentaires : I love this app, and I also like how fast your team answers when we have a problem we need to fix. Kudos for that!

Avantages :

The design is the best! It's very friendly and colorful, it keeps you in a good mood, and it's making me want to spend more time on the app! Another amazing thing is the fact that we can give each other kudos and feedback, it's very easy to use, and keeps the team engaged. A big plus for the GIFs, we use them all the time in the comment section!

Inconvénients :

As an admin, I feel like there is room for improvement in the next areas: - export payroll: the excel is great and it has a lot of useful information, but after I download it I have to manually make room to see the names or the days that our colleagues had paid vacation. I am mentioning this because Mirro got us used to a cute and cozy design, and when you download the export, it kinda lowers expectations. - some functionalities are a bit complicated to use: for example, as an admin, if I want to add extra free days, I have to make a lot of steps to make that happen. It would help if I could to that by 2 steps, 2 buttons. - also as an admin, I feel like it would be great to have a better view on the people who took the day off. Right now I have to check it, but maybe if there was a calendar on the right with the names of the people who have the day of, it would be great. - Kudos: this is the best feature, and we like to implement it more within the company, so it would help if we would have a database with specific numbers and dates for the Kudos given/received.

Commentaires : I feel better because I can track myself monthly and I can see my journey. I feel that I belong to the organization and I can work hard to improve each month.

Avantages :

I like the fact that I can see which colleagues are on vacation and the fact that I can see their birthdays. I like the fact that we can offer Kudos for a better day or for a successful company, this aspect motivates us a lot. I appreciate the fact that I can set my own goals, I can pursue them, but I can also set goals in my team. I can have an overview of the organization through teams and departments. I can ask for feedback and track my performance history. We can add comments and can interact through emojis with colleagues. It's easy to browse in the app, I like the menu and it has nice visual features.

Inconvénients :

Honestly, I don't think I have something that I like least. I enjoy using the application, especially because I can use it on my laptop or my phone.

Good product

Avantages :

The feedback and performace review features, holiday requests, flexi time requests

Inconvénients :

The are where you define the teams/departments - it should provide more flexibility as there are companies that are organized different than the "traditional" way Also it should start taking into account that there are a lot of companies that switched to WFH completely.

The easy evidence of the vacation days. So is great also for employer and also for employee.

Everything is great. No need to make improvements, at least from my P.O.V.

Sometimes there are times when I have to wait for a certain option to load, but it doesn't happen very often.

Great job in covering essentials

Commentaires : Feedbacks and leave requests are easier to do.

Avantages :

Keeping all work-related enquiries/documents under a single roof is a step forward in diminishing the time spent doing old style paperwork. I've mostly used feedback and leave request systems, never had a problem in understanding how they work, very intuitive designing overall.

Inconvénients :

Activity feed being spamed with work anniversaries of 7 days / 42 etc. Not sure if it's customisable by admins, in my opinion the minimum should be 3 months. Would love the ability to book half-a-day off.

Mirro for team engagement

Commentaires : The problems that we want to solve are team engagement and HR digitalization.

Avantages :

The features that we use every day are Kudos and Reporting. We really like that is built around creating a culture of feedback and also the fact that we can link everything with our core values.

Inconvénients :

The interface is a bit hard to use and it takes a bit of time to get used to it. Also, it would be great to have all the paperwork required by the Romanian law covered.

Avantages :

I really appreciate that this software has a friendly user interface and it can be used for a lots of things like giving or recieving feedbacks from our colleagues, giving kudos, performance evaluations and for more another administration and HR works. A big kudos for all the team members that implement this software and for support team as well, because they always answer to our questions and are very responsive.

Inconvénients :

I didn't find something that can be improved and i am really happy to use this software daily.

Journey with Mirro

Commentaires : Until now, Mirro helped with increasing transparency and communication of objectives among those from our company. It is also very rewarding to see the progress registered and how things could get into perspective.

Avantages :

Mirro is a user-friendly tool and I recommend it especially because it is intuitive, efficient and pleasant to navigate. Moreover, all sections are easy to update and the interaction among the users is entertaining.

Inconvénients :

The least I like about this software is that there isn't a very visible flow of notifications about the changes from the profiles of the other users. I tend to miss my colleagues' updates, although I am logged in when they make the changes.

A nice Tool for transparency in a company

Avantages :

- the fact that you can see all the information about your contract in one place - you can see the business organigram and know exactly who you need to address - the feedback option is very important and it is nicely implemented - the fact that you can offer kudos - i also like the fact that i can see the calendar when a colleague is in vacation and an historic when I had days off

Inconvénients :

- it is small but maybe at performance tab, feedback requests, the status could be set to "all" not waiting because I am interested to see what feedback I received. - an easy way to set a dark theme

Great tool for closely knit team

Commentaires : Great experience. Helps me know team members I work less with, manage my team and my own personal job information. Love that everything is in one place

Avantages :
