Avantages :

the ease of configuration for complex processes the good explanation of the implementation consultant A+ response time from the service desk

Inconvénients :

Some features are on the roadmap for the web version that are now available for the server client version

Commentaires : - high transparancy in communication
- collaborate platform between own staff and customer key users
- no more need to maintain several mailboxes and thousands of email messages to look for critical info
- easy tool to import/export data by csv files
- create your own database and convert into own business process is THE MAX

Avantages :

To have full control and ownership about tables, processes, forms, reports, task assignment and notification setup (incl email content control)

Inconvénients :

missing features, it must be possible : - to add barcodes/QR codes to your report - to change format/font of the fields you use in the report (now its to small to read on a A4 page) - to have a print report functionality on your list dashboard - to have a count record functionality on your list dashboard - to remember the last list view on user level after exiting the screen (zup file) - to set-up a scheduler service where reports can be automatically run and sent by email - xtra functionalities to make more combination of data on graphs - give end-user possibility to draw their own graphs (now its only the developer that collects requirements from all users and offer a generic solution => this would convince a lot of advanced Excel users to stay and analyse directly in the system, in stead of exporting data to external excel files to feed the pivot tables and graphic designs

Great customer support!

Avantages :

The ease of use of BizzMine software is the most appealing, coupled with the great customer support and high level of responsiveness from the BizzMine team in Singapore.

Inconvénients :

Functionalities / features are not that intuitive, and though the administrator function allows for us to set up our own workflow, the rather complex nature of it makes it difficult for us to do it ourselves. Hope this can be simplified to enable administrators to easily set up workflows by ourselves.

No better way of making sure users follow processes

Commentaires : By using Bizzmine, the flows are clear to all users. This software has helped us to keep a clear view on numerous of complaint handling flows.
This brings structure to chaos!

Avantages :

- Transparancy of all registrations (which user has done what, and when?) - Big database of historical data, which is easy to filter. - Easy to setup a new flow. - Cloudbased, so accessable from any pc or smartphone - Service support is great! Big thumbs up

Inconvénients :

All datacollections use ID's starting from 0. So you have to know upfront, in which process you have to search for a certain ID number.

BizzMine from Vivaldi Software

Commentaires : BizzMine is a good quality management system for document control. Not only is it user friendly, but also the support given by Vivaldi Software is great. It is nice to see how fast and quick they can set you up so you can start building your own flows and develop new ideas for the maintenance of document management.

Avantages :

BizzMine is an excellent workflow management system, where a user without any programming experience, can create their flows for document or workflow management. A flow consists of building blocks, and multiple configurations can be added to each separate building block. Items which can be configured are: electronic signatures, person(s) performing authorization, reminders and fields which should be visible (forms). This gives the user the flexibility to create tailored workflows and to make the system adjust to almost any workflow. It is easy to follow the progress of the different steps in the workflow, and to view which people still have to perform a certain step. With the option to automatically generate e-mails when a new task appears also users who are less experienced with using digital software, can easily go to the task with a single click on a link, which re-directs the user directly to the task. Also the support given by Vivaldi Software is excellent. They are always ready and prepared to help, and give almost all of their responses within 24 hours.

Inconvénients :

It is hard to create graphical overviews or make a graphical representation of your data.

Commentaires : Good overall experience with the tool and support.
We use it for several processes, some basic some advanced.

Avantages :

- It does what it says it does. - The user experience; the layout is simple and easy to work with and understand, for all users. - Also the flexibility of the platform is good; workflows can be setup for all kind of processes and complexity. - Multi language. Also Dutch support ;-)

Inconvénients :

We would love some more features, specially within the use of forms.

Helpfull for our organisation

Commentaires : I'm a fan of the software and the endless possibilities.

Avantages :

The most interesting part is the flexibility of the different modules and the possibility to change and adjust the processes according to our needs. The support is always quick and to the point, we like that.

Inconvénients :

If you're not a day to day user setting up an new flow can be quite difficult, best is to appoint a dedicated person.

Commentaires : Goed, snelle terugkoppeling en communicatie. Trainingsdagen als zeer zinvol ervaren.

Avantages :

De uitgebreide mogelijkheden om je eigen kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem te bouwen met daarbij een zeer gebruiksvriendelijk systeem.

Inconvénients :

Op dit moment niet de mogelijkheid om automatische revisie op documenten te kunnen toepassen in een workflow.
