Avantages :

Payhawk est une solution de paiement moins chère que ces concurrents et qui fait le job.

Inconvénients :

Payhawk a besoin d'améliorer l'UX de son application web. Par exemple, il n'est pas toujours clair sur pourquoi une note de frais n'a pas toutes les informations nécessaires pour ne plus être dans la zone "en attente"

Avantages :

Une réponse facile et rapide du service client grâce à la messagerie lorsque l'on est bloqué.

Inconvénients :

Pas d'insatisfaction pour le moment pour ma part.

Le fait qu'il y ai énormément de bugs... je dois réécrire a plusieurs reprises, ne prends pas en compte ce que j'écris... Me disent que les banques des destinataires n'existent pas ou le rib n'est pas bon alors que si...

Commentaires : total control of expenses allowing to have a secure and very strategic basis for making decisions based on expenses

Avantages :

Since I have managed Payhawk I have managed to have an order in my expenses that helps me not to forget pending invoices and to be able to have a better visualization of all daily expenses in real time on a single platform so as not to disperse the information and have control of invoices , accounts payable and receipts.

Inconvénients :

I like everything, however the customer service can take a while to respond, that's the only thing wrong.

Avantages :

It's super easy to use and very intuitive

Inconvénients :

Onboarding promise to be more helpful, but you have to figure out almost everything by your own.

Alternatives envisagées précédemment : Spendesk et Holded

Pourquoi passer à Payhawk : Type of pricing (subscription based) and the fact that encourages it's use by the money back program. Other alternatives price more if you use it more which is not interesting at all.

Commentaires : I have a lot of experience as ADMIN profile but I would like more improvements

Very handy to understand and upload the information for cardholders

Inconvénients :

Quick and easy to use, But for Admind I always report issues I found and this never stops

Commentaires : General functionality is okay but having to authorise through the app to use the desktop version is silly.

Notifications on the platform are terrible.

Commentaires : Really quick and efficient. The platform is so modern and has made my life so much easier

Avantages :

The app is great and prompts you to upload your receipts. The approvals are pretty much instant and super handy to have the credit card linked with it also. Honestly this has made managing expenses for my team so much easier.

Inconvénients :

Nothing so far. I have been using the platform for a few months and haven't had any issues with it.

Avantages :

The ability to place limits on cards and introduce spendature policies for different team members. The system also automatically blocks cards when employees do not upload receipts, which means everyone keeps on top of this because they do not want their card blocked!

Inconvénients :

I would have preferred the ability for a 'pocket function' to allow employees to pay back money that is outside company policies. Currently we need to dock these amounts from payroll,

I love how Simple & Instant Payhawk is in processing and to be able to see the history of my transactions in a clear, simplistic view.

Creting virtual credit cards takes some time. It's not something bad though, as it just works different from other sites like Spendesk.

Organised Payments

Commentaires : we feel that we are in the right direction. i recommended Payhawk to 2 friends already.

Avantages :

the flexibility on limits, the control of spending, the organization of documents, and their support team. I feel that this will grow and the sky is the limit.

Inconvénients :

we are still setting up the automation of posting in our accounts software. the initial registration with some employees by not receiving the email and some went to junk mail. but once set all was good.

Tool with great potential

Avantages :

It's a tool that has a lot of potential with many ease features. The interface is user friendly and the virtual payment methods are a lifesaver!

Inconvénients :

The integration with Exact has not been flawless and there is no real monthly expense reports per employee that can be generated. Each and every expense is separate and that makes it confusing.

Commentaires : Good from the start, really simple to use, quickly, on the go. Expenses can be dealt with immediately

There's nothing I don't like. Fabulous programme, easy to use and updates on both app and software immediately

Payhawk saves time

Commentaires : I like the virtual card experience. It helps to add the card to they payment methods and use it without any additional manual information entering while purchasing.

Avantages :

It helps to pay for things from my learning budget, e.g., buying books whenever needed. Even though it could be better, the auto-classification of the purchases saves time.

Inconvénients :

When I get a refund (e.g. a lost package from Amazon), I still have to upload the refund invoice even though the transfer to the card already contains all the information.

Commentaires : My experience with Payhawk has always been positive and assistance is always close by whenever i have needed it. The support is great and queries answered in a extremely timely fashion.

Avantages :

Payhawk is usually quite reliable in terms of connectivity but i do like the easy on the eye format the most.

Inconvénients :

What i like the least is when i purchase an Amazon product it can take half a day or so for the transaction to show up on Payhawk.

Major Upgrade

Commentaires : Payhawk was a complete upgrade from our previous system, cardhoilders are now able to code and submit corporate card and business expenses instantky and comfortably from their preferred device

Avantages :

User friendly features and complete implementation to ERP system

So far I cannot complain about anything, they system is brilliant from its features to custome care

Very easy to use app, great with Google pay and Amazon. Love the ability to picture reciepts direct to the expense.

Almost nothing so far, i only use the app so no physical card.

Payhawk Feedback

Commentaires : When there are no exceptions and you do not need to adjust something in your own administration it works well. However from the moment something needs to be adjusted the impact is quite high on your previous administration.

Avantages :

It is nice it can be used across teams. Customer service is always very friendly

Inconvénients :

- Layout of expenses is quite unclear, you can not easily see what team made what purchase- When adjusting one of the information (categorization) fields this has directly impact on all previous purchases as well. This makes the impact of adjusting quite high. It would be nice if you for example could point out that the information fields such as selecting the date from when you would like to see it change in stead of for the whole administration- The info fields sometimes just change or get empty while typing- Even when adding suppliers to the list of suppliers it still adjust every-time you add a new purchase from the same supplier. When you are thus not focussed on adjusting this you end up with a great amount of supplier accounts for the same supplier (for example 5 versions of the a realtor supplier)- I feel that the interface of the company expenses is quite hectic. A lot of information is displayed but not the information you might want to see there. It would for example be nice if you could adjust the selected fields you see instead of only being able to see the note added and category

Overall; a great service!

Commentaires : Payhawk gives our employees the perfect about of spending freedom but also makes everyone accountable for their own expenses and invoice processing. The reporting functions are great and the Payhawk support team are always there, willing to assist with any issues that may arise!

Avantages :

I have been using PayHawk for around 2 years now and it as been a game changer in my Company for expenense management, invoice payments for suppliers and much more! It's very user friendly and although I do not normally like notifications from apps, Payhawk keeps me on top of reciept submissions and approving expenses for my team! I would highly recommend!

Inconvénients :

Sometimes there is a ever so slight delay with updating limits/ purchases/ approvals but it always seems to sort itself out pretty quick!

The best expense management system

Commentaires : I think it was the best tool that we have. Is very useful to manage all our monthly purchases, you have it under control, you can define limits, funds and payments very easy. You can also can have the recurrent subscriptions in the same panel, to know the monthly expenses. You can pay invoices, reimburse expenses and use the credit cards.

Avantages :

The easy use, implement, manage and control. Also, the support team is impressive! how they follow open cases, the fast answers, their knowledge.

Inconvénients :

Is a brand new tool, so it's improving their functionalities every day. We started without the Netsuite integration, and now it's working perfectly. We have also the travelperk integration and it's very good. The best is that the product and development team is always connected with your needs and helping a lot in Payhawk grow.
