Commentaires : Con RetailTune abbiamo raggiunto l'obiettivo di dare la massima visibilità ai negozi, indistintamente diretti e wholesaler. Con il servizio abbiamo creato vere e proprie pagine di negozio complete, indicizzabili con informazioni di orari, indirizzi nonché prodotti in primo piano presenti instore. Possibilità di contatto con gli store manager ed attivazione di campagne dedicate. Integrato nel sito ecommerce del brand ci ha permesso di raggiungere un livello importante di omnicanalità e di fare conversioni di tipo drive-to-store. Il software garantisce anche una sincronizzazione perfetta delle informazioni in tutti i touch point (facebook, google, siti aziendali) richiedendo un solo passaggio di aggiornamento.

Avantages :

L'interfaccia di amministrazione è facile da navigare e moderna, tutte le informazioni più importanti sono molto visibili. L'integrazione a sito e con i gestionali è facilitata ed ha richiesto poco effort. Il software è completato da un app mobile ad uso degli store manager.

Inconvénients :

Il backend potrebbe essere migliorato in termini di velocità anche se le informazioni necessarie non richiedono l'apertura di molte schede, le informazioni sono tutte facilmente raggiungibili.

Avantages :

FCS has an easy to understand user interface, centralized location for all of our client's information, and a supportive staff that are constantly open to tweaks within the system. When we provide suggestions for improving the interface, FCS typically implements the suggestions in a very short time. Also, the ease of invoicing makes this such a desirable product. We have always had a great service department but with FCS we've created a self sustaining, well oiled machine.

Inconvénients :

The time card application is a bit jerky but we are slowly learning to use its features. There is no dedicated app located in Google Play or Apple's App store.

I would reccomend this to a company who really has the time and energy to invest in learning how to use it.

Avantages :

We chose this software to help with scheduling and customer management we were told it's easy to use, but we are only slowly learning how o use all of the features.

Inconvénients :

Customer support is sometimes slow, but has always helped us in our development, and with navigating the app.

Avantages :

Web based and the service is phenomenal . I recommend this product for everyone. Very user friendly

There is nothing I don't like about this product. The experience has been great

Mad that I can't get a reps help

Avantages :

I like the program and love the results though it would be nice to have some help for the problems in the program.

Inconvénients :

I want to be able to speak to someone about the day to day problems that I'm having with the system to try to better it.
