L'outil parfait pour la gestion de nos signatures
Commentaires : Nous utilisons cet outil depuis près de 2 ans et hormis la configuration intiale qui demande la participation du service IT ensuite cette plateforme et son évolution est totalement dans les mains de notre équipe marketing, qui ajuste les signatures, crée de nouvelles campagnes etc.. Je n'ai pas trouvé mieux que cette plateforme pour la gestion des signatures
Avantages :
La simplicité d'utilisation La mise en place de l'outil en quelques minutes, même la synchronisation avec l'AD se fait simplement La gestion des diverses signatures à partir de groupes Les signatures fonctionnent aussi sur les mobiles et sur Outlook Online La création et la gestion des bannières de campagnes marketing L'équipe de Support facilement atteignable
Inconvénients :
Je ne vois pas réellement de points négatifs sur cette plateforme, il y a souvent des mises à jour pour améliorer la solution.
Un excellent choix pour une identité 100% corporate
Commentaires : Au global nous sommes très satisfaits par la solution.
Avantages :
La possibilité de pouvoir gérer des campagnes à activer au fil du temps, du plan marketing ou de la saison. Un nouveau collaborateur ? Rien de plus simple surtout quand la solution est synchronisée avec Office 365.
Inconvénients :
Un peu de difficultés rencontrées lors de la création des signatures. Pas la possibilité de créer 2 signatures à sélectionner au choix dans le volet Oultook.
Une solution simple et efficace
Commentaires : Letsignit est une solution très efficace afin d'uniformiser les signatures au sein d'une entreprise tout en offrant des options supplémentaires pratiques telle que les bannières envoyant directement sur notre site internet. La mise en place fut très simple et les équipes de Letsignit sont très réactives quand on les sollicite.
Avantages :

Inconvénients :
- Des petits soucis de taille des sauts de lignes qui était inégaux lors de la mise en place du produit.
Un bon produit, mais le support ne l'est pas autant

Support client déficient, retour tardif et peu d'intérêt accordé à vos problèmes
Uniformiser ses signatures mails en toute simplicité
Commentaires : Plus besoin de partager par mail les visuels, liens et consignes pour travailler les signatures mails de nos équipes. La mise à jour se fait automatiquement et surtout plus besoin pour eux d'y penser. Ce qui était une corvée pour les équipes se pilote maintenant à distance !
Avantages :
J'ai adoré la façon avec laquelle je peux créer mes signatures mails et surtout les diffuser à toute mon équipe. Nous avons uniformisé toutes nos signatures mails et nous pouvons vérifier les statistiques d'engagement de celles-ci pour être le plus pertinent.
Inconvénients :
Il y avait quelques latences sur l'ancienne version de l'outil, aujourd'hui celui-ci est très fluide et me permet de moduler à souhait mes messages et signatures.
Fabulous and Effective Solution for Email Management
Commentaires : The most impressive aspect of this application is its fantastic features. It is very easy to use and the user interface of this software is so amazing.
Avantages :
It is the simple and powerful application for email management. It is to provide ready-to-use templates also provide the option to import your html code. The best feature of the letsignit is that we can add disclaimers to our signatures.
Inconvénients :
There are minor problems. After ignoring them. The Letsignit customer support is very responsive.
Sign it with Letsignit!
Commentaires : Yes it's good software, take it for a spin. There's no risk in trying it out, last I checked they still offer a two week free trial. The signatures aren't cheap or generic looking and the service isn't either.
Avantages :
Letsignit has enough flexibility in the templates that my signature matched our logo and other branding. Easy to manipulate and frustration free. There are so many possibilities that even the pickiest of customers should be satisfied. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to use it, I think it took me ten minutes. No more than twenty all together. Running Letsignit with Microsoft products is a walk in the park. I have to comment on how neat the name is, they didn't settle for "boring e-sig app #5,000". Clever.
Inconvénients :
Just one tiny little thing, adding a signature to more than one account later on. That did take a special touch. There was some sort of a bug preventing it from updating the signature into the new account. Letsignit has great deals for enterprises and mid to large businesses but not so much for small fish like us.

It's a real gem for my emails! What I like the most is how easy it is to use. The interface is so intuitive that anyone can create and manage email signatures in a matter of minutes! I no longer have to deal with complicated processes or cumbersome tools.

One day I experienced some minor difficulties syncing Azure and the local directory. Although, I can say that the customer support team was there to help me at all times and they solved any problem I had.

We’re absolutely loving Letsignit! They patiently held our hand through the initial setup and their outstanding continued support was second to none. We rolled out a rebrand this week and Letsignit helped tremendously. Personally, I am beyond thrilled to see everyone’s signatures finally consistent and professional-looking. It is SO EASY to implement updates across the board, and we’re loving the campaigns as well! Truly — tremendously better results with a small fraction of the effort that was required previously...
