The best parking management system! SO EASY TO USE!

Commentaires : We have a combination of stacked and solo parking spaces. Some spaces are allocated, and others are available for staff to use as they need. We implemented parkable to optimise our parking utilisation and improve our staff experience. The tandem parking features have been particularly game-changing. The app connects tandem parking buddies to coordinate their leaving times using in-app messaging. This means I don’t need to be a liaison!The bay-sharing feature means that allocated parkers have their space reserved when they need it and can make it available to colleagues when they don't. This has allowed us to maximise the utilisation of our limited parking. I genuinely enjoy working with the Parkable team! I really appreciate that they go the extra mile for their customers.

Avantages :

I have been using Parkable for nearly a year and only have good things to say!In the admin panel, I can see the status of each bay and the assigned parker in real time. I love that from one place, I can share bays on behalf of the allocated parkers, easily book visitors' parking, and open the gate from my desk. I also love that I don't have to manually assign people to a parking spot anymore, it has saved me hours of unnecessary work daily!As a user of Parkable I love that I get real time notifications when there is a park available, as well as in advance booking confirmations which makes it easy to plan my commute to work for the following week. The team at Parkable is incredibly supportive and swiftly responds to our questions. The technical team consistently makes improvements to the software and adds new features, enhancing both the admin and parker experience.

Inconvénients :

All our parks are stacked, which is a challenge to manage without a system. Parkable's tandem parking feature set allows users to be connected with their buddy in-app to coordinate their leaving times and avoid being blocked in!Sometimes our parking stackers need to be taken offline for maintenance. Using the admin panel, I can make these bays unavailable for these occasions. The availability is fed through to users in real-time so they know if there’s space for them to use or not.

Great benefits to our staff and admin team

Commentaires : We want to deliver an easy seamless system to manage our pooled car parks. Parkable is easy to use and efficient. Staff can reserve a park in advance, and drive in from home knowing there is a park for them, and everyone gets fair access to the pool.

Avantages :

Parkable's on-line reporting system allowed us to get rid of time-consuming manual processes for managing the car park, saving us hours of admin time. We’ve also found the customer care experience from Parkable to be quick and efficient.

Inconvénients :

Parkable would be even better if there was a feature to support carpooling as a greener way to commute.

Great management software and tenant experience

Commentaires : We own parking space across multiple properties and locations, and before Parkable it was complex to manage them all. Parkable is great because we can view the occupancy of all our car parks on the same platform. Parkable also provides more access to parking and a good experience for our tenants, which is fantastic. Staff amenities and satisfaction is what we strive to provide for our tenants, and Parkable gives those who don't have a permanent car park the opportunity to park casually at a competitive rate.

Avantages :

One of my favourite things about Parkable is the flexibility. I'm able to add parks on the platform when they're not leased by tenants, so that people can use them to park casually. Parkable also gives us full visibility of our parking assets on one platform, which makes management more efficient. With the app, we can collect payments from parking easily, and recoup costs.

Inconvénients :

I can't think of many cons! It would be great to have remittance advice invoicing that goes straight to our accounts team instead of having them be set up as an admin.

Haven't had any major issues with Parkable. The app works great, my only feedback would be around parking sessions not starting for failed payments, maybe there should be a grace allowed to a customer of maybe 3 parking failed payments before kicking out the customer from an allocated car park.

Commentaires : Helps me by allowing me to get a car park when it is not in use. I don't have to ask around, the app tells me when one is free. Great that we can maximise the use of this valuable resource.

Avantages :

Easy to use. Can book corporate parking and public in a simple to use app. Like the reminders when a park becomes free. Great to be able to maximise parking bays when people are away. Love that those who have a permanent spot can make their park available to others when not in use. Has some good features like being able to open the gate from the app. Map is useful to see where public parking is. I use it every day and it really helps me to get a good park.

Inconvénients :

Everything works as intended, could be some improvements made with some of the flow, but nothing major.

Parkable is very easy to use!

Commentaires : I like the fact that we can book and reserve parking in advance so we don't have to worry about it in the morning. It is a much better start to the day! It is easy to resolve any parking issues, e.g. someone has inadvertantly taken your spot.

Avantages :

I really enjoy using the Parkable app at Datacom. The app itself is very simple and easy to use - I have no trouble navigating the system and love that you can book parking in advance. There are also always parks available in lots of different places so it is my go to app for parking!

Inconvénients :

Parkable has really helped the parking situation at Datacom - so I have no negative comments to say.

Mobile app helps planning my week

Avantages :

I've been using the Parkable mobile app for about six months. I find it really useful in planning my hybrid work schedule as I know on Friday what days I have a parking spot the following week. I can then decide when I'll need to leave home and that really helps with life admin!The onboarding training from the Parkable team when we started to use the system was really through and made it easy to get started. The notifications make sure I get my requests in time for the following week. It's really easy to use.

Inconvénients :

I did run into some issues with the navigation on the mobile app using my iPhone mini but the latest release has addressed of these.

Awesome casual & pre-planned parking App - convenient and has great customer support!

Commentaires : Parking in the CBD can be time-consuming and stressful before we aligned with Parkable. I think it is a great app for any company to use (or individual - in the weekends or after hours) - it is a robust and easy to navigate App, and process to activate or pre-book parking.

Avantages :

Parkable is an easy to use app - the park tomorrow feature has made the commute in the morning significantly less stressful. The ability to share car parks on the app is also a great feature which has made our car park and even work culture feel more fair!

Inconvénients :

I have no negative comments at this stage - when I have had an issue (usually relates to an error on our side - as our organisation uses Parkable to manage staff car parks and internal offers) customer support has been great at sorting it out quickly.

Using Parkable at Ojifs for our office parking has been excellent. The user interface is seamless and user-friendly. The onboarding process was exceptionally simple, and the Parkable team has been incredibly helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a reliable and innovative parking solution. I have an allocated car park waiting for me at the office and when I’m not coming in, I share it with my colleagues - I love the concept.

Great Solution to parking headaches

Commentaires : We introduced Parkable to our workplace towards the end of 2022. The implementation process was smooth thanks to the dedicated Customer Success Manager. She tailored the training and change management program to our needs, ensuring everybody felt prepared to use the new system on launch day! They’ve continued to assist us with extra resources and support.

Avantages :

Before introducing Parkable, I spent a significant amount of time managing our staff parking. Now, those tasks are automated, freeing me up to focus on more important things. When I go into the admin panel, I find it easy to get a snapshot of current parking activity and dig deeper in the reporting suite too.

Inconvénients :

The Customer Success and Technical teams have been responsive to feedback and suggestions. They’re constantly improving the software and adding new features!

Parkable is a great product and service for the workplace!

Commentaires : Before Parkable, our car park at work was often under-utilised when co-workers were away from the office their parks would lay empty. Now, we can share our spots easily and ensure that more people can park at the office. This is great since covid because more and more people are flexible working so they can come into the office when they know they have a park waiting for them.

Avantages :

Parkable is a really great app. It is very easy to navigate and takes any stress away from parking. The future booking feature is also very handy and allows us to plan our week in advance.

Inconvénients :

I don't have any negative comments at this stage - I appreciate how easy parking is at APRA now so keep up the good work Parkable!

Parkable means I have flexibility to purchase parking for the day using the future booking facility.

Commentaires : The reminders that pop up mean that I don’t have to worry about finding a park – it has already been done. This makes life easier for me because I don't even have to think about.

Avantages :

Parking is shared amongst the Zuru team in our office and if someone is away the app frees up parking to make it available to others. We don’t have to think about it – the app does all the heavy lifting for us.

Inconvénients :

There is no downside to parkable. It works faultlessly and even opens to garage door from the app – this is particularly useful for visitors who do not have a swipe card – we can send them the details via parkable where to park and on a wet day they can park under the building, catch the lift up to the 1st floor without even getting wet.

Parking has never been easier

Avantages :

Parkable was a no brainer for us, we went from a man managed system to the Parkable App and overnight we saw huge benefits, maximised occupancy, revenue growth and a wider audience from existing Parkable customers which will eventually grow other areas of the business.

Inconvénients :

It’s true that the App caused some issues with existing parking contracts but this was just push back on the change management and the initial roll out was fantastic. We had the whole Auckland team onsite meeting all parkers, showing them the App, talking through any hiccups the user came across or just general Q&A. It really showed that the company was just as invested in the success as we are.

Commentaires : For many people it is simple, so you have secure park waiting for you to take the stress out of commuting. You can book in advance and know that you will have a smooth trip to work.

Cancelled a park as I didn't pay the day before, my fault but would be helpful for notice, not to arrive on day of to get a notification.

Availability of multiple spots around the locations that I need to park. Comparatively the cheapest parking service. Car parks are secure. App is easy to use and is aesthetically pleasing.

Parkable's app is very intuitive

Commentaires : I think Parkable is a great app and love that my co-workers at Datacom have really got around it - it just makes the commute to work a lot easier and less stressful.

Avantages :

I have used the Parkable app a lot while working at Datacom and love the way it operates. It is very easy to use and intuitive - it really makes parking less of a nightmare in the mornings. I know that I will have a parking space ready for me when I arrive at work and love the park tomorrow feature that they brought out. I also like the fact that I can easily report any issues (i.e. someone parked on my assigned spot) on the app itself.

Inconvénients :

Nothing negative to say here. Parkable has really removed the headache around parking.

Great if you have a spare parking space

Commentaires : It's been an easy way of turning a mostly unused parking space into a bit of extra money.

Avantages :

Lack of flexibility around parking times it's either by the hour or for 24 hours. No way of being able to create historical reports. Would like to see a 12 hour option

Commentaires : Before Parkable, parking at my workplace could be quite costly if you weren't one of the lucky ones to have an assigned parking space. Now our parking system is fair and easy and everyone is a lot happier.

An app that actually does what it says it will do. I love it.

Commentaires : I love all the features that Parkable provides. I have a monthly subscription, so I know my park is always waiting for me, however sometimes another car is in my spot but all i have to do on the Parkable app is report the problem and I am automatically reallocated to another spot. Making this an entirely less stressful experience. The fact that I can also share my park when I am working from home or on holiday is a great feature.

Avantages :

The open gate feature within the app is also very handy, we don't need to carry around swipe cards all of the time now. Since using Parkable, DIY Blinds parking experience has really improved.
