Commentaires : Tesorio was crucial in substantially improving overall collections with less manual work. With Tesorio, we not only significantly reduced the amount of manual work from the team, but also substantially improved our collections performance, which ultimately is key for cash management, a key goal for our business today. The integration with NetSuite is seamless and allow us to quickly navigate between systems.

Avantages :

Easy to set up, easy to use. The automation of previously manual tasks and the actual results it brought from a collections and cash management perspective.

Inconvénients :

Not much. But the widgets in the insights page could allow more data from a timing perspective than it currently does. In addition, the ability to send "batch" emails would be a good feature. Outside of the campaigns, it would be good to have the ability to, at any given day, "send a reminder email to all customers above 30 days".

How Tesorio helps our Billing process

Commentaires : Overall, I find Tesorio as a very useful and effective tool in our Team's Billing and Collection process.

Avantages :

For the Billing and Collection process, Tesorio's effective interface with our Netsuite system greatly assist us in knowing the status of invoices and enables us to effectively prioritize in the follow-up process. The data our team saves and retrieves from Tesorio also ensures that our team will be able to address the concerns or issues that our raised to our attention by our customers.

Inconvénients :

I currently have not encountered any features which I don't like

Commentaires : My overall experience with this product is quite positive. I would recommend it to others especially knowing you have a team ready and able to answer your questions and are aimed at helping you be successful.

Avantages :

There are several features that I like within Tesorio's platform. I like that we are able to house almost everything out of it. I do like the collection capabilities where Tesorio synchs with our billing system to record payments, submit invoices, create dunning templets, manage collection functionalities like follow ups; Review aging and generate reports; Make notes, send notices, use a dashboard for a broad picture of at risk customers, missed promise to pay, cash trends, new customers and such. Everything is essentially at your fingertips.

Inconvénients :

Integration went well. Customer service is very helpful and responds well. The only thing I would like to see happen and I know is being worked on is when an invoice is paid, but the invoice number that is referenced is no longer open for on reason or another, Tesorio is working on making sue that payment is not unidentified. Currently we have to look for those payments and archive them after ensuring the payment was posted to the customer's account. This is not an issue that all will face, however it is one thing that we are hoping to see become more efficient.

Commentaires : I am having fun using Tesorio. One of the best tool in AR that you can actually use for fast communication and sending notifications to the client.

Avantages :

Tesorio is a great product in the AR field. Pre-populated email templates helps a lot in communicating with the clients. Data are update immediately which you'll have up to date information with the actual current balance of the account.

Inconvénients :

There were times that in using the email functionality of Tesorio, adding (cc) another email address is not working.

Commentaires : I love the tool, one of the best! If not the best tools that I've used in 4 years working at Finance.

Avantages :

How everything is so user friendly, how you get direct links to other tools such like Netsuite, statements, notes, now we are able to track accounts to be suspended, when there are errors or issues, the tech team solves the issues really fast.

Inconvénients :

There arent really any cons, once in a while the tool goes down but its fixed within hours!

Commentaires : Overall, Tesorio is a great product. Its easy to learn and had an immediate impact on our collections process.

Avantages :

Tesorio has excellent customer service. The entire team is incredibly responsive and resolved our questions quickly. Providing visibility to the open invoices and payment history has saved so much time on both sides.

Inconvénients :

The challenging piece on our side is how customized our Netsuite and SFDC instances are. It would be really helpful if the Admin could map and unmap fields on their own.
