EPay Policy is a Game Changer!

Avantages :

They make set up a breeze and it is integrated with our management system now too.

Inconvénients :

The integration piece is a bit clunky because of the way we process agency-billed payments but they provided a workaround that flows well.

Fast and easy

Avantages :

Saves time and stress and is really convenient.

Inconvénients :

Check Fee little higher than some other companies.

Commentaires : Helped us with every aspect or customers payment plans and surprisingly our payments to companies and vendors. When I signed up in 2018, did not know that these were even a possibility.
But boy do I like them.

Avantages :

Like the ease, the speed, the service and the friendliness of Epays employees.

Inconvénients :

Wish the lag time could be shorter on finding out if a Echeck is insufficent.

EPAY supercharged our agency

Commentaires : Great so far. It looks like it has a lot of features that I don't use or even understand.

Avantages :

Before EPAY clients had to mail us paper checks for agency billed policies when the company that didn't have their own payment system. This caused massive delays. We had to wait for the check, then deposit it, then wait for it to clear. What used to take 1 or even 2 weeks has been shortened down to 15 minutes.

Inconvénients :

I wish the link to make a payment page was right on the main page. I have to click several links to get to it, which is annoying since it's one of only two features I use. I also wish I could send payments to clients, and not just carriers. Sometimes we need to send refunds to clients, and I have to hand write checks which I hate because it is time consuming. The ability to copy/paste the clients name, check amount, mailing address, and memo and have EPAY send them a check for me would be a huge time saver.

Avantages :

The ability for us to offer several types of payment methods to our clients is imperative to running a smooth operation. The ease of use is second to none and coupled with the reporting makes transactions clear and concise.

Inconvénients :

The hefty increase in the check processing option was a hard pill to swallow - Had that increase been done in 2 smaller increases, it wouldn't have been as hard to convince clients to use -

Commentaires : A 10 FOR SURE. GREAT COMPANY, GREAT PRODUCT, VERY USER FRIENDLY AND QUICK RESPONESES AND PAYMENT PROCESSING.

Avantages :

GREAT AND EASY TO USE. PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED PROMPTLY. NEVER HAD AN ISSUE IN THE 8 YEARS THAT I HAVE USED EPAY

NOTHING, EVERYTHING IS GREAT AND EASY. THE PROCESSING OF PAYMENTS IS VERY EASY AND I GET FUNDED VERY PROMPTLY

Commentaires : The relatively quick turnaround of receiving funds is great. the overall ease of use is great for both our staff and our customers. And I love when our MGAs/Brokers use it for allowing us to see our open invoices with them and pay those premiums quickly online.

Avantages :

Like the title says. Its is simple to use for our agency, for our customers, and it is much safer than sending checks through the mail.

Inconvénients :

the fees for processing payments, both ACH and credit cards, have increased quite a bit since we first started using the product a few years ago.

ePay Review

Commentaires : Our experience has been very good. It's been a great tool to have, and we've used it very frequently.

Avantages :

User friendliness for both our agency users & our clients. Easy transition for payments being directly deposited into our bank account.

Inconvénients :

As far as I'm aware, there is not currently a feature that allows us to send invoices directly to our clients. It would be nice to have a page that shows all open invoices, with due dates and reminders.

Avantages :

ePayPolicy is easy to use for both admins and payers. The interface is streamlined and simple to understand. Fees are very transparent.

Inconvénients :

I wish we could set up invoices with more than one payment amount option so people could select the amount which is required for their preferred installment plan. Also, most of our users don't remember that they can set up custom invoice links so they spend a lot of time typing out emails with instructions to send with the basic link. Maybe they don't feel like they are "allowed" to sign into our account or they just forget that it's an option? Better training on that feature would be helpful.

Epay solutions for a small business

Commentaires : ePayPolicy has helped our business grow with online, in-person and phone payments. This saves the customer time as well as our office.

Avantages :

Online, phone or in-person payments is what we like most about ePayPolicy.

Inconvénients :

Nothing comes to mind that would warrent a discussion about least liked.

Best value in billing policy processing!

Commentaires : It has always been a great experience in the time I have been with epay.

Avantages :

I have been using epay for years now for insurance premium payments. Many of the GAs I work with also use them. Best value or cc or echeck processing that I have been able to found and super easy to use!

Inconvénients :

Nothing that I can think of at the moment.

It pays to ePay!

Avantages :

The ease of use and the ability to immediately take payments has made my agency much more productive. It saves us so much time and money, not having to 'chase down' payments from customers promising to mail us the payment.

Inconvénients :

I have no cons. My needs are very basic and ePayPolicy suits them very well.

Love the accessibility, ease of use, and convenience for both our policyholders (paying us) and accounting department (to pay carriers/insurance vendors)

The percentage credit card fee - this can become quite pricy depending on the size of the transaction

EpayPolicy is a gamechanger

Commentaires : We have used ePayPolicy for years and have nothing but good things to say. It has helped facilitate our large growth as all payments can just be done online and there is no waiting for checks in the mail.

Avantages :

Simplicity of the payment site and the ease of sending the link to clients

Inconvénients :

The admin site is quite slow, but it does its job.

Excellent Option for Insurance Payments

Avantages :

During implementation, we requested a number of changes for the client-facing interface, and the technicians at ePayPolicy were very helpful.

Inconvénients :

The initial client interface was a bit mysterious for our clients, however ePayPolicy assisted us in making the site more user-friendly.

Commentaires : Mostly positive, problems I've had were addressed quickly

Avantages :

My clients like the ease of using ePay to pay their premiums; I too appreciate being able to easily pay my carriers and wholesalers. The platform is pretty straight forward to use and you can customize your individual page which is a nice feature.

Inconvénients :

I don't like having to pay when I send payments--I pay a monthly fee to ePay so I should be exempt from those payment sending fees! I also don't think the "back" pages where admins check what's going on are very user friendly--it can be challenging.

Excellent Solution

Avantages :

ePayPolicy is so easy to use and my clients love the convenience of being able to make their insurance premium payments on a credit card. Also, takes the admin work away from our internal accounting team.

Inconvénients :

We have no issues. It is so easy to use and the extra fees are clearly outlined for our customers.
