> **Avantages**: ePayPolicy has filled the gap with credit card processing for a low monthly fee. No more waiting on a "check in the mail" or having to advance funds and trust that the client is good for it. The payment portal is branded so the client will trust the payment portal. It doesn't appear to be a third party processor, but looks and feels like an in-house solution, giving added trust on the client's end.

> **Inconvénients**: I have had no complaints with ePayPolicy, the company or the platform. It has performed as advertised.
> 
> Highly satisfied. The system is very user friendly for the agency and the client. You are given instant notification of payments. I especially like the ability to email prefilled payment pages so the client can complete the transaction on their own time.

> **Avantages**: Ease of use. We have been with Epay from the beginning.  They have done everything to improve, keep up with the advances, and make the life of a insurance agent easier\!

> **Inconvénients**: Nothing.  They have continued to grow and change with the times.  They have added additions that insurance agencies use and appreciate.  The technology upgrades are constant in the insurance industy and we do not have to worry about the acccount aspects due to Epay\!

> **Inconvénients**: Batch notifications come days after transactions as an email notification.  We don't really need that as we can log in and see the transactions

> No problems.  Easy to use.  Happy to have this as an option for clients to pay.  Appreciate the user-friendly platform.

> **Avantages**: What we like the most about EPay is the ease of use for this product\!  From teaching the process to new employees to  instantly telling us the credit card payment is invalid, it says us time and saves our agency money.

> **Inconvénients**: Only con is not receiving instant notice if an ACH or ECheck is insufficent.This might not be a item that is available yet but sure hope it does become available in the future.
> 
> Could not be happier. Saves us time, easy to use, easy to teach, can void if mistakes are made,  and saves our agency money.  Near perfect\!
