Commentaires : We're very satisfied with Deliverect, they've become what a service provider should be, a seamless cog in your machine that you forget you're paying (for the good)

Avantages :

Everything from the communication with their team, support, setup happened the way one would expect. It was all painless and smooth, and I'm very happy with the way they work and support our business.

Inconvénients :

The syncing of the menus and management of them are, to be honest, the only nuisance. And it's a minor one, at least for us.

Customer service is among the worst I have experienced. Setup was difficult with help only through chat.

Good For Multi Unit Operation

Avantages :

Easy way to manage multi units delivery operations.

Inconvénients :

Hard to integrate with some of the till systems. Support team not very helpful in making the integration.

A time saver and unvaluable for our food delivery operations

Avantages :

It's really a game changer. It offers seamless integrations with delivery platforms and our point-of-sales system. We can easily build menus for multiple locations and multiple platforms and adjust with one push of a button.

Inconvénients :

It is a powerful tool and can be a bit intimidating at the beginning.

Onboarding Disaster

Avantages :

None, I am not even able to get myself onboarded.

Inconvénients :

Never paid $1200 for a service and I have to onboard myself and actively hunt down help and have account rep provide zero customer service. Over a month of waiting, and I am still waiting to be onboarded.

Cheat you money don’t let you cancel

Commentaires : It was a nightmare. The money they cheated me wasn’t that much but it was really tried to deal with these people. They never care what their customers struggle but they only want you to sign the contract so they can keep charging you and not letting you to cancel it. I don’t know why this company can exist. If I do business like this, my store won’t last longer than a month. You can’t charge your customers without telling them and without their authorization!

Avantages :

Nothing! Their platform has too many problems.

Inconvénients :

Extremely poor customer service.They like to ask you to “chat” with them but they reply only when they feel like to. When you come back they would just say “since you haven’t hear back from you we have to close this section” It takes forever if you need help and they are not really helping at all.Their platform has a lot of bugs. Didn’t work well with my POS and delivery platforms. Menus has wrong prices on delivery platforms but they couldn’t fix it! They didn’t care at all but when you want to cancel it! Sorry, you cannot cancel it even your contract is over. Cuz the automatically renew it without asking your permission and they won’t let you cancel and and won’t refund! You also can’t view your bills/invoice on the portal for the charges they made.

Not suitable for non-tech people. Terrible experience 6 months in.

Commentaires : If you have no tech experience or do not have access to one then don't sign up. If you do sign up, be prepared for a terrible onboarding experience that will cost you money in lost orders. Also if you do sign up, be careful with them installing apps on your website. They rendered ours useless by installing a banner which blocked our header and they cannot or do not know how to rectify it.

Avantages :

Streams multiple platforms into one. Response from support is instant. You will be on first name terms with support real quick as they will be on your speed dial because often times things don't work as expected.

Inconvénients :

Doesn't work seamlessly. Onboarding is a technical nightmare. 6 months in and it is still not working seamlessly. Deliverect installed a banner which completely blocks my websites header rendering it useless since all the functions are on the header. They have said it's a known issues and have left it be. Onboarding costed me lots of money from lost orders due to the poor and slow onboarding.

Unfulfilled Promises and Unprofessionalism

Avantages :

The only positive aspect of this company was their initial promise to integrate all of the restaurant's food platforms and websites into their software.

Inconvénients :

The integration process was flawed and caused more harm than good, resulting in missing products and corrupted information on the website.The onboarding team was unprofessional and lacked the necessary knowledge to properly assist the restaurant.When issues were brought to their attention, they stopped responding to emails and refused to refund the money.The company showed a disregard for customer satisfaction and was unable to fulfill their promises.

Avantages :

Niente, pessimo non lo consiglio a nessuno. Solo problemi dal primo giorno

Inconvénients :

Integrazione piena di errori, spesso perdevamo ordini sopratutto con Glovo, quando arrivavano arrivavano con importi incorretti. Assistenza quasi inesistente. Rimborsi figurarsi, quando chiedi di essere rimborsato mi è stato detto che io comunque il servizio l’ho usato.
