Tremendous: Fastest and most rewarding incentive platform

Commentaires : Overall, my experience using Tremendous for receiving incentives has been pleasant. I can choose email alerts and updates on my chosen reward cards and can manage my transactions in real time. Tremendous makes using your selected card(s) even more simple by providing short informational videos on just how to go about using your rewards either for online redemption or in stores. Easy options for scan and go from your cell phone are also available when applicable. I have not encountered any problems with the whole process or any redemption errors.

Avantages :

I mostly liked how easy it was to become acquainted with and use Tremendous for redeeming rewarded incentives. There has never been a faster, more efficient way to choose and activate my earned rewards. Tremendous also offers the most reward choices and options to fit your needs.

Inconvénients :

I would have to say that I would have liked to figure out a way to view all redeemed cards and their current balances from a dashboard section on the platform. I was not able to do this which would have been very convenient.

Excellent tool for sending incentives or vouchers for market research studies.

Commentaires : The overall experience is very good and wonderful. We like all the features of it, and use it almost weekly or monthly to send vouchers for completing our surveys. We have been using it in our organization for the past couple of years and are very satisfied with the overall usage. The bank transfer or wallet recharge feature is also very very smooth and very fast.

Avantages :

The ease of setting up an email campaign, customization of campaigns, and sending the vouchers to our customers/ respondents is the stand-out feature. Additionally, various voucher options are available, and the tracking feature of the incentives sent to various respondents is a huge benefit. We haven't started using the API function but from the reviews read we feel that this will make the incentive process much smoother. You also find almost all countries and voucher options on tremendous. Much more than the ones other competitors provide.

Inconvénients :

There is nothing that we don't like about Tremendous. The one thing that we want is if the vouchers are not getting utilized then after expiry how may vouchers has expired we want to know that number. Also, there is no feature of sending multiple vouchers in one batch file to multiple respondents from various countries using different templates, so one please add this feature.

Love Using Tremendous!!

Commentaires : I love using Tremendous. It is so easy for our monthly reports. We have 4 different locations, and even one in London! I love that they have extra countries, multiple options for electronic gift cards, and making a campaign for all of our studies is so easy to use. You can always do reporting exports, but still get monthly reports emailed at the beginning of each month!

Avantages :

It is super easy to create campaigns, and even customize what you would like to do. They have added a texting feature, and even direct deposit (the latter for a fee). Customer service via chat or email is pretty quick to respond.

Inconvénients :

Sometimes it goes down, and our participants get frustrated. However, they will send out emails about what the issue is, and are pretty quick to fix it.

A highly recommend platform

Commentaires : We always struggled to find a flexible tool that could help us reach people around the globe without too much of a hassle. The incentive process wasn't efficient, and it was handled by different people at the same time, which led to human errors (money lost).

Avantages :

It's an easy and friendly tool to use for incentive distribution. Very intuitive.

Inconvénients :

There is no option to resend the incentive if it hasn't been cashed out after two weeks. Alternatively, a message indicating that someone hasn't redeemed their prize would be beneficial so we can follow up with them via email.

Tremendous is Tremendous!

Commentaires : I really enjoy using Tremendous. We ask our customers to send us feedback, complete surveys, leave reviews, etc. It's a big ask for a busy customer to take 10-20 minutes out of their day to help us. We find that with a small gift card, we can show the customer how much we appreciate them. But also - we can incentivize their behavior and get a higher response rate. Feedback is so important to our product-led growth company, and by sending a gift card via Tremendous, we can thank our customers and get more quality responses. Our product has improved based on our user feedback incentivized by gift cards sent via Tremendous. It's helped us share our product roadmap and create an amazing app. We couldn't have done it without Tremendous. Thank you Tremendous.

Avantages :

I love Tremendous. I use it daily and will use it at future jobs too. It's so easy to use. I send gift cards to our customers daily. We send gift cards if users complete surveys, or leave us a review, or if they provide helpful feedback. Sending a quick $10 gift card is easy as pie with Tremendous. It takes 30 seconds. We set up different campaigns for many countries. We have users all over the world, and they support so many countries. If they don't support a country (rare) we can still send a charity gift card.

Inconvénients :

There isn't anything I dislike. I love Tremendous. It's a simple, straightforward app and isn't cluttered with unnecessary features.

Tremendous is very easy to use. We can send out rewards quickly without any hassle. In addition to that, their wide range of payment options just makes a huge difference, plus the amount of countries they covered in giving rewards is just amazing. They also have a great selection of gift card partners and their pricing is super great and reasonable. We have really enjoyed using this platform also because it helped us a lot in giving our products an outstanding recognition. Moreover, I personally love the fact that Tremendous is user-friendly and their system is very much reliable. Furthermore, our team loves Tremendous and this has been our go-to platform for sending rewards. Overall, this is such a life saver!

Inconvénients :

Honestly, there's nothing that I don't like about this platform the fact that I also did not encounter any issues while using it.

Nothing. UI looks clean in my opinion. I would prefer that the most recently used gift card will show up on the top of the list instead of panning each section but this is mostly my preference.

What I like about it is that is Tremendously easy to use. It's Tremendously straightforward when you want to send a gift card to anyone. I also like that you can batch send giftcards to people as well. It's just Tremendous!

None so far really. I've used it for the last 6 months and I don't really have anything against it.

Quality Product that is User-Friendly and Versatile

Commentaires : Overall, we have a wonderful relationship with Tremendous and do not have much to complain about. We have grown with them and appreciate how they utilize our input to make a better product. We have looked at other vendors, but the value they provide us is unmatched. It is a wondeful feeling to know that I can reach out whenever, and with whatever issue I'm having, and they are quick to respond and eager to help.

Avantages :

Tremendous is a product that we can count on to do what it's supposed to do. We use and API to integrate with our own software which makes the process even more seamless. We can change the campaigns to align with our client needs and their customer service is impeccable! We love Tremendous for what it does and the culture they share with their customers.

Inconvénients :

We would love it if Tremendous closed the loop on the W9 Collection process and issued the 1099 Forms on our behalf. We would also love to see them be more pro-active when they have made changes to their product that affect us directly.

Avantages :

I like that they give their recipients a choice of money, prepaid cards, gift cards and charity donations.

Inconvénients :

You can't a physical card for all vendors.

So Easy to Use; Great Customer Service

Commentaires : My experience with Tremendous to date has been fantastic, and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an easy, user-friendly, and flexible way to send rewards to employees, clients, customers, etc.

Avantages :

I work with an academic research team that often does focus groups, interviews, and surveys, for which we compensate respondents for their time and assistance. Tremendous' platform makes distributing rewards pretty effortless and quick, and the instructions and templates provided are straightforward. The available customization of the language and graphics that accompany each type of award I send is so user-friendly and convenient, and I can save each template I make so that I don't have to reinvent the wheel each time I want to distribute the same category of award in the future. Tremendous allows direct uploads of CSV files which makes compiling lists of multiple recipients very easy. Additionally, their multiple options for payment/funding make it simple for me to work with my accounting team.

Inconvénients :

I don't have any complaints at this time.

The best tool to send rewards internationally!

Commentaires : We can send individuals from all around the world gifts like gift cards and money to organizations thanks to tremendous. The major challenge they are resolving for us is how to collaborate with and compensate individuals in the most remote regions of the world without encountering any logistical or legal problems. They provide gift cards to approximately 220 nations, if I'm not mistaken. I had no idea there were 220 nations in the world. The scope of their influence is that. The option to get incentives in the form of an actual Visa card is an additional bonus. Even if this isn't offered everywhere, it's still a fantastic choice. We would like it if this particular option was made available in more nations.

Avantages :

Tremendous excels at a variety of different things. The capability to design personalized email and SMS campaigns is my favorite among them. Multiple campaign templates may be made and saved to be sent to various persons working on various projects. By making each template unique, we don't have to manually alter them before every delivery, this truly saves us a ton of time.

Inconvénients :

Although some individuals might feel that their UI might be improved, I find it to be incredibly user-friendly and useful. I absolutely appreciate how uncomplicated and uncluttered they made it.

Commentaires : The Tremendous team has been so helpful during our onboarding. The ease of use, the wide variety of redemption options, and the ability to track delivery and resend if there is a failed delivery all make Tremendous a leader if digital recognition.

Avantages :

We have enjoyed using the Tremendous platform for its use of ease and ease of rollout to our administration teams. Tremendous helped us fill a void and came through for us when our shipping options were limited due to Covid. We have been able to recognize our teams around the globe in an instant with the use of digital reward delivery as well as the ability to track delivery and redemption. We love the wide variety of redemption options that are available.

Inconvénients :

I'd like some more video know how and how to customize a campaign. I know there are options for us to be able imbed video messages but I'd like a tutorial on how to customize them.

Tremendous is so simple to use!

Tremendous a simple user's review

Avantages :

Tremendous is EXTREMELY user-friendly to use. Excellent customer service. It can also be integrated to the CRM platform being used providing easier use and has a wide array of rewards available WORLDOWIDE!

Inconvénients :

Not really liked the least per se, but more on the accessibility of the chat feature. It might be my browser's cache not entirely sure though. Still, you can always reach out to their client support email albeit very easily so they can address your concerns on the spot!

Commentaires : Problem-solving with the help of Tremendous is easy because if you need help from their team, they work fast, efficiently, and informative. Countries that are difficult to find rewards such as Korea, China, and other country are available here. I am happy.

Avantages :

The software is easy to navigate even for the first timer. They offer a reliable, fast, excellent, and easy navigation system.

Inconvénients :

This doesn't apply to me at all, everything about tremendous is excellent, unlike other brands like Tango or Gyft.

Customizable Rewards with Ease

Avantages :

I love that you can set up Customizable templates for rewards! It makes it very easy to use and different managers can use personalized templates for various purposes. There are a lot of great features that can also even help with advertising when rewards are sent (or including a prompt of some sort). Gift receivers love that they can chose their reward!

Inconvénients :

The only thing I wish could be fixed somehow is that I’ve gotten responses that a lot of people don’t see their reward email because it is sent to their spam folder… but at least there is an option to send a text message reward instead. We just prefer to use email!

Streamline gifting + give your customers/users choice

Commentaires : We were able to automate some of our existing operational workflow with Tremendous and also consolidate different functionality into a single platform. The reporting features helped our accounting and finance teams while maintaining ease of use for our program managers using the product.

Avantages :

The portal lets multiple owners across departments manage their gifting budget, while being easy for our accounting department to audit. We were able to quickly hook into the API to automatically send gifts for user testing participants. The rewards selection is great for our participants to choose a gift that they will want and use (a big ask in feedback we've received).

Inconvénients :

Not much - great experience overall! I'd like to see some more features built out around greater personalization, but this is a great tool/platform.

Good UI and Excellent Customer Support

Commentaires : It makes our work super easy. Their customer support is super responsive and so helpful. I've never had to bombard them with emails to follow up on an item

Review of Tremendous

Avantages :

Tremendous is very good with large amounts of E gift cards and always giving new options in payment like SMS and wallet features.

Inconvénients :

There no way to call support if you need it. I have to reach Tremendous by email but most issues get resolved quickly.

Overall easy to use

Avantages :

It is really easy to use and nicely organized. Easy to send rewards and check their status. I also like customer support very much, every problem I had so far was resolved quickly and successfully.

Inconvénients :

I am not using it for a very long time, less than a year, and so far I did not have any kind of difficulties using it, or something that I do not like.

Good for a free product, but missing some functionality

Commentaires : Overall great - it solves a huge time consuming task of getting gift card incentives to many different global users, quickly.

Avantages :

It's free to use, there are options for most countries/gift cards people are looking for (I don't get a lot of feedback that xyz is missing), the sending is easy and the redemption is easy for the recipient.

Inconvénients :

The PII/GDPR/security isn't great - there was a security breach at Tremendous and there wasn't really a lot they could do to either check our account, assure met, export the contacts who were effected etc. Their only solution was that if someone wanted their data deleted with us, we would have to delete our ENTIRE account and start over. Not ideal. Also, it's kind of sneaky how making a gift card for India (Visa INR) cost an extra $5 for each time it's offered as an option - not just used, but OFFERED. They should come up with a better way to accomplish that.
